Hello i would like to reply as some things are missing here that you did not include/ things I would like to state 1. The community stated awhile back with Brooklyns case they wanted the rules to be followed in which @Brooklyn was banned for the 7 days, so it was enforced here, if you see a member doing this you should bring it up to staff so they can enforce the standard set by the community. 2. Heart is a SA and Honorary staff in which have higher standards then the average players as we expect more from the staff team 3. This case was brought to us by the CG in which 1 HA was gonna handle it and have a talk, in which per community's wishes Heart was gonna be banned for the 7 days and was gonna leave it at that nothing more 4. When Bud was talking to him he preceded to go off on bud when bud was just trying to talk with him and handle the situation, screaming and yelling at him which isnt the same as "having an opinion" your straight going after someone 5. The video Trad linked, Dragon Wolfro Gears myself and Trad were in a LOCKED channel with the description of DND at the time, Heart joined on his own free will mid talk with Bud and stated those things, in which none of us stated anything as he left before we could talk with him. Your allowed to voice your concerns with the community theres multiple ways to go about that, messaging High staff myself or founders, The feedback form if you wish to remain anonymous are just a few to name, but coming in a locked channel with DND and screaming at us is not a way to voice/address it. 8/10 My main issue with it wasnt more on your end but I have 0 clue if you wanted them to do this You had an EJ No colliding and colliding the rayshield they would no collide it pop out kill clones and run back in a recollide it and this was on the last rayshield where we would get turbo lazered I will say I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the effort you put into the dupe it was fucking awesome good shit @Dono

@Piff @A-a-ronI will say this I was present for the original discusison on behalf of the first round of evidence brought to us, The only things you originally brought to us was the RDM mess with brooklyn (In which he handled well as he punished all involved) and The one case of RDM and High staff had handed out the punishment seen for it (See quote above) You now bring all this up after the situation was handled, Which to me seems like a witch hunting case to me as you brought up evidence that seemed to have happened at the same time, so my question is why wait on it cause now it looks like a mega witch hunt Aswell I know BOTH OF YOU have said cases along what dennis said to tomm while in a locked channel, everyone has heated moments even myself and it seems you just caught him in the moment to me. EVERYONE AND I MEAN EVERYONE talks shit while yes it went a little far i do agree but from what ive heard it was in a locked channel (No this isnt defending what he said just addingmore clarity to it) The one RDM case, The fact that you didnt AOS him right then and there speaks a whole lot to me, you started to type /advert which shows me you were going to and then blamed it on not wanting to be removed. YOU HAVE NEVER been one to worry about demotion/removal from battalion, to me it just adds to the case of you wanting to save it and bring it up later for this, You also being an older member know that you CANT take action on someone for that And a general note it seems like the clips are just completely out of context, theres always more to that story
