They showed me the ropes and taught me a series of different ways to enjoy the server. Overall, it constructed my base understanding of the server. 2018 - 501st [SSG - CSM] (Pilot)(REGO) During my time in the 501st, I was built up by a lot of individuals. Here was the first time I finally felt like I belonged somewhere on Synergy. They brought me in with open arms and I spent several weeks if not months, everyday, playing with them. Whether it be Synergy or another game in which we played. It showed me the true passion found within the people you talk to daily. 2018 to 2019 - Doom’s Unit [SSG - CPT] (Engineer)(REGO) Doom’s Unit. My home territory. Here, I finally understood what the server is about. I found people I could call some of my best friends at the time. These were people I met in real life at one point. They took me in and I stayed for well over a year. They treated me as their own family, and I, the same to them. Here, there was no politics, there was no drama. It was a bunch of dudes playing Star Wars for the fun of it. 2021 to 2022 - Coruscant Guard [PVT - CSM] (Pilot, TK) The Coruscant Guard. What do I even say? These people are highly misunderstood. I’ve seen a lot of discouraging comments and regards towards individuals and the battalion as a whole, but in my opinion, they’re some of the best folk around. They treat each other with a level of respect I hadn’t seen in a while. They understood what needed to be done and not once did I see any of them act in an unprofessional manner. Here, I learned professionalism through compassion. 2022 - Doom’s Unit v2 [PVT - COL] (REGL) These boys are my family. I can confidently say they’d do anything for me and I’d do the same for them. They brought me in when they were struggling, but never showed it. They built me up and encouraged me to go far. They’ve been there for me throughout it all, and I plan to be there for them too when they need it. These guys have shown me more than what I thought this server could. 2022 to 2023 - 212th v2 [WO - MAJ] (REGL) We migrated to 212th after the closing of Doom’s Unit. We were taken in and accepted with open arms. Here, I grew as an Officer and just learned patience. I adapted to larger groups of people under me and how to bond and grow relations with everyone, regardless of rank. Here, I met some of the people I consider to be some of the better friends I have on the server. This time in 212th taught me loyalty. Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: The reason behind me wanting to be Regimental Commander comes from the players I see everyday. These players are not just the Officers and Commanders, but the NCOs and Enlisted. These players, whether new or old, have opinions and voice them. They say what they want to see and what they want to do. They give ideas. They push for change. They are on everyday. They make up most of the server. As for why I should be Regimental? I WILL be their voice for change. I believe in a very hands on leadership style. You won’t understand anything that goes on in your battalions if you don’t participate with them. I’ve been an officer in every battalion under the Attack Regiment. I’ve worked with so many people and heard so many voices. I know the direction Attack wants to go. I want to help get them there. Alongside this, I know the boundaries and stipulations set for a Regimental. I want each to know I have no intention of overstepping boundaries and giving an independent discretion to each BCMD and letting the choices for their battalion be their own, with my own opinion and points presented to them. At the end of the day, it’s their men. I’m here to help and provide aid and support where I can whilst not being afraid to voice my concerns or opinions. Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server: 501st Officer - 212th S Officer x2 - Doom's Unit S Officer x3 - REGOx3 - REGLx4 - Gamemaster Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?: Firstly, I want all THREE battalions underneath the Attack Regiment to be satisfied within their own battalions. That will be my first and main priority to begin with. I want each to be able to maintain activity, alongside enjoyment. I want each NCO to be able to voice their opinions and not be afraid to take initiative. I’ll be working very closely with each Officer core to maintain this in a reasonable fashion. I know each battalion will do things differently, but working together to establish or maintain systems that’ll not only boost their battalion’s strength, but the others within the Regiment. Secondly, 501st and 212th have the strongest bond between any two battalions on the server. They always have. I want to bolster this. Use it as a means to connect the two battalions with every other battalion. Communication is key for working with other Regimentals to establish joint trainings and opportunities for Officers within each respective battalion to capitalize on. It’s not about doing it for them, but showing them how so they can do it indefinitely. “Give a man a fish and he is fed for the day. Teach a man to fish and he is fed for the rest of his life.” Lastly, I want every individual to know that at any point they should be able to voice their concerns. Whether it be someone or something, at the end of the day, we play this to have fun. As fun and retention will always be a priority. Disclaimer: I have ideas regarding Doom’s Unit, but won’t be primarily focused on them until their possible reintroduction. As a former Doom’s Unit SO, I know the fundamentals, needs, and desires of Doom’s Unit and am very confident in my ability to kickstart them. How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: As I stated above, the 501st and 212th already have one, if not the, strongest bond between the battalions on the server. Having two very competent and reliable BCMDs and Officer Cores has helped that astronomically. The Foundation built between these two are more than bountiful grounds to build off. A hands on approach though, is what I believe to be the best method to maintain this. By working independently with each battalion and actively playing and partaking in events, trainings, etc., more can be learned and discovered than anything that could be read on a document. Participation isn’t the only thing that’ll improve relations though. By actively providing opportunities for each to branch out and participate with other battalions outside the regiment will prove to be more beneficial than just partaking with those within. I want to actively work with other RCMDs to create those opportunities. Push matchups that you wouldn’t typically see. This will hopefully begin to lead to more of a community between all clones and those in their regiment. Lore: Pilots only wore the pilot armor when flying. It was to help breathing at high altitudes and maintain resistance from substantial increases in G's at a rapid rate. It was very common for them to wear normal helmets when not flying.   16. A Clone Overhaul Update: Now, before you shut this down, just please read everything that's posted. The server has been asking for years now for some uniqueness within each Specialization. The consistent nerfs have left the 6 Specializations with empty shells of what they were originally were. Whether it be the removal of the defibs from MED or the removal of Rocket Launchers from ARF, each Specialization has received nerfs. I propose a solution that could bring back the enjoyment that comes from playing in certain regiments instead of varying weapons that do negligible differences in DPS. So, here's the idea: ARF - ARF has to have been one of the most forgotten Specializations within the server. The removal of Rocket Launchers alongside the long forgotten nerf of the DC-15X has rendered this Specialization to a normal clone with a subpar sniper rifle. To bring back the sparkle to this, I suggest everyone's favorite method of transportation, the Grappling Hook. There are several workshop addons ready available, many with customizable ammo amounts that can be set so it's not an infinite method of transportation. MED - With the new respawn system in place and the nerf to the Injections, MED and Revives are progressively becoming a thing of the past. MED needs something to be able to bring troopers back into the fight, whether that be the defibs or a new CPR system. It could also just be a flat buff to the Bacta Kit. It doesn't matter, they've just been nerfed into the ground. HVY - As a current forum post suggests, add Shields! I suggest looking at Beetle's post for more info. HVO - HVO is a rarely used and when it is, it misses it's chances at the limelight due to the bugginess involved with the Tracking Launcher and the uselessness of the Anti-Vehicle mines. I propose the removal of the Tracking Launcher and the mines and in replacement, add Thermal Detonators or Grenades or a place able explosive that can be used. It not only will give HVO a more viable kit, but something to do other than ammo box mines. ARC - ARC isn't my place to determine or suggest for. I recommended viewing past posts for ARC as suggested by Rancor. SUP - SUP has a great setup so far. They have depth within their kit, but they miss the customization that was once given to them. The only suggestion I have for SUP is the reintroduction of the ENG Model or giving them the normal Clone armor for their battalion alongside the Pilot model. SOBDE - The DC-17m desperately needs a buff. It's worse than the pea plants in Plants vs. Zombies. If this doesn't suite well for you, here's a second idea: Return Individual Battalion Buffs: Battalions in previous years of Synergy had uniqueness that separated them from the others. Now, they're just recolored models with a +50 buff to either Shield, Health, or Speed. That's so..... boring. Battalions have lost their identity that separated them from the others. The only ones who have even remotely held onto what they had are in the Specialized Regiment. Because guess what, they're just unique! TLDR: Individuality has been removed as Synergy has developed. People want to be their own main character, but they can't when they're the same as everyone else.

[Hours]: 500+ From 1-10, what would you rate your knowledge of the Clone Wars?: 8 Why do you want to join the Gamemaster team?: Originally I joined the staff team to soley host events and encounters and just act as a Gamemaster before the system was implicated. Now that Gamemaster is it's own standing team, I'd much prefer to be apart of that. The reason behind wanting to join the GM Team is the lack of encounters or events during times when there may not be anyone on to host them. There's often a lot of room for smaller encounters or Passive RP events that are missed out on. I hope to capitalize on that market.   22. This Application is VOIDED I'd like to clarify somethings before assumptions are made. There is a few reasons as to why I'm voiding this and stepping out of the race. The main reason behind this is I don't feel as if I can leave my boys in Doom's Unit in this new era they're about to enter. It's going to be a new start and a new day for Doom's Unit and I'm excited to be apart of it. It feels very selfish of me to leave the position I hold in the battalion and leave them in this new time that could determine the fate of the battalion. Another major reason as to why I'm stepping down is due to the other applicant. I believe Stix is a wonderful applicant for the role and I think he can take the ideas that each BCMD has had farther than any of us could expect. I do believe he is a great runner for RCMD and I hope to see him get it. Alongside this, I'd like to personally thank Void, Unkindled, and Arizona, alongside every officer for taking the time to speak with me when you didn't have to. Thank you for giving me at least the attempt to try for this position and I hope to go for it again someday. I hope to see your ideas and goals become reality and I hope I can help if you ever need me. Lastly, for those select couple who sent me those very hateful direct messages.   23. I heavily respect that. You were upfront and honest. There's not much aside that could reassure you without showing you in person. But, that opportunity may not come until the time is to late. The feedback is much appreciated though. All I can assure is that I have more experience than meets the eye. You would understand firsthand though, as a former MCMD, what it means to be a High Command so in that regard, I respect what you say. A lot of the information relates to their trainings and with the new leak of majority of their documents, I don't find it quite suiting to speak on it without Void's permission first as it's not my place to speak or announce things for. As you can ask other individuals of battalions I've been in, I've always stepped back from those positions and pushed others into the lime light. I have played Garry's Mod for a rough total of 6,000 Hours. In that time, I've been every position you could imagine. From BCMD's on Icefuze, Leaders of Factions on Fallout Servers, Management, Development, and all around typically have been one of the higher ups. I took my time here to just enjoy the server and play with people who have the initiative to move forward and pave way. Now though, I think it's time for me to reenter myself into that aspect and start contributing to Synergy in the best way I can. I hope through this with my previous experience, that I may help move us forward in setting more foundations that have already been paved by people such as yourself and other members of High Command.
