  1. 5/5/5 W 212th deployment! We love you @gohn and @Rohan! Thanks for the fun!
  2. +1 This guy is amazing at what he does. There is no arguing that he did well in both of his terms and I got to see them as both his regimental as well as one of his officers. He's got what it takes to keep going and I'm hoping he's given the position for a 3rd time. Much love Kaiser! Good luck!
  3. +1 212th is truly the only one that can handle having a 3rd Subunit right now and right now is the best opportunity to get foxtrot back. This needs to happen!
  4. +1 Nissan! You will do well! Can't wait to see where you go! I endorse this application. Nissan will do amazing!
  5. RP Name: ATK RCMD Rye / Quassont Battalion: ATK Regiment Who is in command until you return?: My BCMD’s Length of Absence: today 8/21 til Sunday 8/27 school starts for me this week and I’d like to feel out my schedule before continuing
  6. Steam Name: Quassont RP Name: Attack RCMD Brioche/Quassont Steam ID:76561198751511248 Regiment you are applying for: Attack How many terms have you held the position?: 1 term How do you feel your previous term went?: I feel my first term went very well considering I’ve never been a Regimental Commander before. I approached members of both battalions and asked for their opinions on how they thought I did as well as critique anything I could’ve done better. Overall they all said I was open and available to help with anything they needed as well as being someone to talk to and interact with. I was really touched by the words said and it made me even more confident that I did a great job for the regiment. My battalions were a really big help to make these 3 months successful. Without having the passionate members of the Attack regiment in both 212th and 501st I don’t think Attack would be as active as they are now. 212th has been staying consistent with high numbers and even higher entertainment and recruitment numbers. 501st was in a very rough spot when I got to be a RCMD. They have since turned around twice with activity and numbers and are very successful at this moment. My term has given me a lot more knowledge as a RCMD and I feel I can push this experience into a second term to keep the ATK Regiment going strong. Why do you wish to remain a Regimental Commander?: During my first term, I focused on consistency with numbers and activity to make sure the ATK regiment still had a presence on the server. This time around, if I get the position, I want to start branching out and focusing more on strategies to further interaction between my battalions, by swapping subunits between the battalions. This would be where during a deployment or event, giving 212th Torrent Company and 501st Ghost Company, or vice versa with the other subunits. I never took advantage of the option of getting the GM role to host a training for my regiment this time around but if I get a 2nd term, I want to work with my BCMD’s to prepare mini-events or trainings to further communication and interaction within the regiment. Current Availability: Everyday Afternoons and Evenings What have you achieved within your regiment during your past term?: -Finding 2 different BCMD Rex’s that changed the game for 501st -Assisting 501st in earning BOTM in the month of May -Assisted in revamping 332nd tryouts -Assisted in the growth of 501st in its current state What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your regiment?: Honestly I don’t have any immediate changes that I’d want to make. The regiment is very strong right now. As for improvements, I’ll be working with 501st to overhaul the Torrent Company tryout to make it streamlined like 332nd. Right now, there have been changes made but those changes haven’t been the most ideal for the unit. A lot of impromptu tryouts and surprise interviews that aren’t even scheduled. We have been discussing how we can improve the tryout while still holding the same standards as before. For 212th, Parjai Squad for 2ndAC has been in the works for a while and should be rolling out soon thanks to the 2ndAC leadership. 212th is in a very good spot right now but I'm always available to help them with what they want to change or improve anything that they want to. Other than that, there aren’t many improvements that need to happen with 212th’s processes at the moment because they keep them updated frequently. My goal is to see both of these great battalions at their best and making sure they run smoothly. One thing that I would for sure change is the adding subunit swapping to my arsenal of tools to use within my regiment. Any other changes or improvements that I’d need to make will happen as I see the need for them. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: I do

Just taking a week to refresh and then I will be ready to go next sunday.

  10. RP Name: ATK RCMD Quassont Battalion: Attack Regiment Who is in command until you return?: My BCMD's will be fine as I will only be gone for a few days Length of Absence: 5/11-5/14 Reason: Going on a Work trip out of town and will not have access to my PC whatsoever. I will still be available through discord if anyone should need me for something. Discord: Quassont#2405
  11. @BactaHow’d I know that 2 weeks actually meant 2 days. How’d I know?
  12. 1/2/5 Too many PVPers as 'event jobs' that ruined it entirely. Please try to make it a little more fair for the people participating by limiting EJ's to base weapons only, thanks!
  13. +1 This guy has my vote. Has been a very big impact in 212th and has what it takes. He is the one who I see taking the mantle for 212th.
  14. Steam Name: Quassont RP Name: CC-2224 Cody RP Rank: BCMD Steam ID: 76561198751511248 Regiment you are applying for: Attack Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: I feel I should be the regimental commander because I know what this regiment needs. I have been with the Attack regiment for 2 years and have seen it be really successful and also at the point of scraping at the bottom of the barrel in terms of recruitments and members in it at the time. Out of the possible candidates that could go for ATK Reg, I feel I’m the most suited because I know that I can help change this group for the better in this new age of Synergy. Being both a CMD and BCMD in 212th in the last 5 months has really opened my eyes to see the bigger picture. In my mind I see how I can help and influence the positive change that this regiment needs. I feel I can help boost up this regiment to be the best on the server. I’ve met with 501st and asked what they’d like to see from the next ATK reg and also what they might need help with on a Regimental level. I have discussed my plans with the officer corps of both the battalions currently open in the regiment and told them that if I got the Regimental Commander position that I would do my best to advocate for the best interests of the battalions and boost communication and cohesion between them. I told them that I will try my best to not be biased towards one battalion or another in terms. I have been part of 212th since I first came to this server/ 501st were concerned of bias towards my home battalion . I will make it my mission to do what is best for my regiment in its entirety and keep it as active as much as I can. Long has this Regiment been without a Regimental Commander and I am confident that I am a great pick for the position. Availability: Every day during the afternoon and evening Give a brief overview of your achievements and experience on the server: Achievements: -Helped rebuild 212th with BadDog during his Cody term -Aided 212th in achieving BOTM for the first time ever on the server in January Experience: 212th PVT to CMD (May 2021 to January 2023) My time in 212th started in May of 2021. I was a fresh recruit on Synergy and quickly found the 212th and joined up. I progressed through my time with them becoming an ARF trooper and meeting new friends. I learned some basic leadership skills and led 212th through many events and quickly gained respect from many of my peers. I joined up with the 212th once again and met many new faces while seeing some old friends as well. When I started in 212th for the second time I decided to become a pilot. I became a part of Red Squadron and gained some new knowledge of other ways I could help the battalion. I met many friends and learned more about things I could improve on with my leadership and responsibility. As of October 2022, I was one of the few officers that were still in the battalion and assisted my BCMD Cody in reviving the 212th and bringing it back to the way it is as of now. I attained the rank of Commander after being a big help and resource to my BCMD by assisting with fixing old changes to the battalion structure and helped it become more streamlined. I worked hard and showed that I could be trusted with the responsibility of being in the 212th HC. I became one of the Regimental Advisor in November and achieved many accomplishments during this time. I filled nearly every regiment with a Lead so that they could re-build the regiments from the ground up. During my time as a REGL members were always able to come to me with issues they had and I would be able to assist them or guide them in the right direction so that they could be more successful in their regiments and their regimental duties. 212th BCMD Cody (January 20th 2023-Present) My term as Cody was very fun and it had me excited for the future of my battalion that I’ve called my home for almost 2 years now. When I started I already had a great officer corps and an active player base in the battalion. Several role models peaked through and were shining examples as to what atmosphere I wanted to leave when I finished my term. At the end of January, my battalion's work paid off as we were the first ever on the server to get Battalion of the month. We were the most active battalion at the time and actively did entertainments and training as well as participated in events and deployments at all hours of the day. What made my job easier during this time was the wonderful command team I had as well as my intel director and officer corps. They made it to where I was able to take more time to spend with the battalion itself and show presence without having to worry about any collapse behind the scenes. This was proven especially when I took my LOA in March. I was able to leave the battalion in the hands of my capable commanders while I was away and the ideals and atmosphere stayed and kept the battalion alive and well. I feel that I’ve done an amazing job keeping this battalion at a steady but ever growing pace as I start to end off my term on a good note. I am forever grateful for the lessons that were taught to me along the way by many former cody’s as well as some of my most trusted comrades in the 212th command team. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?: Attack Regiment: As a whole, I’d like to see this regiment grow to be the most successful once again. I feel that this group of battalions has the best chance at making that happen. I hope to be a resource for these battalions to use if they ever need help with a change or implementation with new systems so that they can flourish and stay successful. That being said, a lot of work must be done to both achieve and sustain these ideas. Both of the battalions that are open at this current moment were both in very bad spots back in late 2022 when I first got CMD, and I felt nothing but sad that the regiment was starting to fall apart. Since then, I’ve been trying my best to help both out as best I could as a trooper in 212th but I feel as though I could be a more effective help and leader if I were to get the ATK Reg position. I’ve told leadership members from both battalions that in terms of battalion problems that occur, that I would let them as leadership of the battalions sort out the issues they have on their own unless they called for my input and or wanted a solution from me. 212th: This battalion right now is in a very good spot. As long as the BCMD transition happens with very few bumps, the general premise and atmosphere of the battalion shouldn’t change. I trust the leadership of the battalion, because I’ve worked with them for the past few months, and know that through the change of leadership that they will carry on being one of the most active on the server no doubt. I will be there step by step helping whoever may get the BCMD position next to make sure they are comfortable in their new role. The Command team has asked for help with inspiring new recruits to join the Attack regiment in general and as well as joint entertainments for the regiment as a whole. The best way I can accomplish the requests from 212th is by first focusing on the inter-regiment communication aspect. 212th likes to remain to itself most of the time and it hasn’t changed much since I first joined in 2021. By expanding their communication and interaction I am most confident that the joint trainings that they want will be organized without me having to push it as much. The biggest thing that I discussed with Kaiser, 212th CMD, is if I get ATK Reg he wants me to be around for if he ever needs help. I can confidently say that I am open to helping any of the battalion's needs and talk through situations with the HC team if they ever need it. 501st: I can confidently say that Brak and his officer corps have the right mindset that this battalion needs to keep progressing forward to grow even bigger than they are right now. Interactions between 501st and 212th are very good right now but they can be better in time after 501st gets completely back on their feet. I will be watching over them and giving advice and help where I can to help them to keep the momentum and growth as it continues. Things that I’ve noticed about 501st that I hope to help them improve is the variety of people that host entertainments and recruit in their battalion. It’s been the same few people constantly and I hope to shine some light on this part of their battalion to strengthen this link that’s keeping them together. On a separate note, BCMD Rex (Brak) voiced that the biggest thing he wants to push during the rest of his term is comradery and overall teamwork and cohesion within his battalion. I think this is a perfect opportunity to focus on the communication within the regiment by working on this aspect that Brak brought up in our discussion. Brak has also asked that we start focusing on joint entertainments/trainings/event for the regiment weekly/bi-weekly to boost communication and cohesion for the regiment as a way to boost the activity and recruitment for our regiment. Doom’s Unit: As for DU, seeing that they have yet to be unlocked and there is no leadership figure to talk about my plans with, I will outline a simple plan that I will conduct if they get unlocked during my possible term. First thing is to get members that actively want to be in the battalion. Fill it up and start building active leadership that will help it grow. It may be slow but that's what re-building is all about. Next, I’ll want to find someone who will go above and beyond for the battalion and start getting officer leadership in the mix. I really want to see a successful and friendly start up so that it can boost not only the reputation of DU but also the status of the ATK Regiment as well. That being said, this plan will only happen if the battalion is unlocked during the term. How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: Inter-regiment relations are only going to be as successful as the weakest link. It will be a group effort to get relations to improve better than they are now. Especially if DU gets added to the mix, it will be a new group of people that will have to be included into Regiment activities, such as Joint trainings, sims, entertainments, etc. I personally think that mixing it up with doing some activities outside of the server like movie nights and game nights as well might be another way to “break the ice” and get battalions to interact with one another. Most of us enjoy playing on the server but interacting and improving relations doesn’t necessarily need to be an only GMod thing. Taking experience from 212th, we always had game nights or movie nights where we would hang out but it wasn’t in GMod. This was normally after a deployment or later at night when not as much would be happening. I feel that it will improve not only how we act with each other as a Regiment but also how we interact with the other battalions on the server. Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: I do Do you understand that your position has a three month term limit and you must reapply after three months to maintain your regimental commander rank?: I do
