+1 Quebec has a clear idea of the drastic changes and shake ups that need to happen in the battalion. He's active, hard-working, and a good guy.

Used to be a high ranking administrator on a relatively popular DarkRP server back in the day, went on FSAS to minge with a few friends and became addicted for a lil while. Quit SWRP after like a week and eventually came back to play on Icefuse in 2016. Stayed through until the split and joined when the server was just a teamspeak.

I'll give my hesitant +1. I feel like this will be a role taken at first but then after resignation of the first person to play it, it'll fall out of favor and eventually be decided to be removed by council. Ima Gun Di is on of the lesser "cool" roles to play so I do hope you guys will be able to keep it filled.

As far as I can tell, hes a good dude when it comes down to being serious and if he had known the rule he would not have done it. I hope that he can be unbanned or at least be given a reduction.

Such a large suggestion in such few words. What would you define as non-rp hours more than just dicking around? What is the level of dickery allowed? Aren't we always in non-rp hours anyways? What rules still stand? 6am EST is noon for EU as well. Would this undermine our attempts at ascending the shitty stale RP?

+1 I've often pondered the level of Jayarr's homosexuality, to the point in which I realized the manifesto he wrote on the intricacies on the world wide web was in fact a memoir reflecting on his homosexuality and realization of his role in his native american tribe. To which I must say, hail the chief running homo Jayarr. On the real though, having worked with Jayarr as a fellow regimental last year, he does a good job and I think he can revitalize parts of the regiment and support the battalions.

Mess Halls have be readded and removed like 50 times since i've the start of the server. It's one of those cool things where its fun to RP in for the first week or so, and then never is used again.

This and, When I see your online you’re also cooped up in your channel. I’ve talked with the other batts and they say your minamlly interacting with them TS wise. The most I see you really do is alt walk, fish for salutes, and crossarm swep. Obviously theres probably stuff behind the scenes I don’t see but on those public interactions I don‘t see much. Regimental shouldn’t be be a retirement home, you should be on the same grind as BCMD except your actively into and helping change battalions and attitudes for the good. You shouldn’t just @everyone in anouncements and tell them to do stuff, you should actively helping then recruit, guiding people to their battalions. I hope if you do get another term, you listen to my criticism and try to improve. On top of this I feel that Jayarr would be a stronger candidate, and has previously shown that he can lead a regiment that extreme sucess. With all of this, no hard feelings -1

I'd suggest you detail this a bit more out to avoid unnecessary arguing. The idea doesn't sound awful however it is extremely undercooked from what you've detailed. However, I do agree that community should have more a of a say in the rules and developments in the server besides being able to +1 or -1, i'll leave my thoughts in more depth later.
