I have had many high ranking positions throughout my time here and I'm going to just list off what I have done... starting with Icefuse of course! IceFuse: 41st PVT-SFC My time on Icefuse started with the one and only 41st. This was my first battalion and it taught me sooo much about how I can get better on the server and how I can really move through the battalion very fast. I went from PVT to SFC in about a weeks time for the work I did in the battalion and it was the first real stepping stone for me to succeed and made me think about this whole idea of Clone Wars RP. ST PFC-SGT After my time at 41st I then moved over to the Shock Troopers, the Couruscant Guards on our base. There was a rank transfer and I felt like I just didn't fit in this battalion due to the fact that it was slow progress and it wasn't a lot of fun for me personally, gotta say CG on out base is better.... just saying :). I look back on it now and actually ST was one of the most beneficial because they taught me patience on the server and that I should grow slowly over time instead of getting pity ranks for work. Special Operations(later Re-branded to SC) SFC-XO This was my first battalion that I joined and I fell in love with from the start with our Oreo colored armor that we meant to update, but loved it too much. This battalion taught me everything I know today through trial and error I think I was taught by the best people imaginable. Sixseven, Zomb, Flynn, and Freck are just very few names of the leadership I was under and taught me how to really play the server in general. Special Operations was the one battalion I feel like I had to do something because we had a small platoon of people that just shared love and we felt that nothing was going to get in our way. I would just like to quickly shout out all my brothers from that time. Anyways I went from the rank of SFC to XO in about a month and a half or two months due to ranks not being handed out and instead you had to put in 5x the effort to get promoted in that battalion in the officer ranks. Synergy Roleplay: Shadow Company XO-BCMD I started on synergy as a Shadow Company trooper, now called 21stSO, and it was the highest rank I have achieved as of yet until SixSeven left the server and the BCMD position opened up. I then went for the position of BCMD and got accepted pretty easily I must say. I was BCMD with the Shadow Company troopers for a total of 1 month and 15 days. I could not finish my term completely due to a Hurricane called Irma went through my lovely state of Florida and taking me offline for about a month because of my lack of connection to really anything and this whole time I just got hate DMs for apparently “Faking a Hurricane” and actually made me grow as a person oddly enough since it gave me a thicker skin and taught me how to deal with people a lot better. When the Hurricane didn’t ruin my mood I was leading when Shadow Company was at its more active state and actually led it fairly well with the help of Thunder and Freck by my side. This was my most enjoyable time on the server due to the way that I grew this battalion, but really sucked when Irma made it tumble. Jedi Youngling-KA Adept My time as Jedi has been a long one but an enjoyable one. I have always been a KA due to me not investing enough time into my Jedi, but it was a lot of fun when I got to do stuff outside of my battalion. I have held many positions within the order and I always really enjoyed the jobs that they gave me (will list all jobs in achievements). I still get on jedi, but that is to help my Padawan Boozer. This group has taught me how to roll with the blows because I have had many opportunities before (when I was on Jedi like everyday) to go up, but was just never fully interested. Instead I put all my time in on my job as a 21stSO so I can make them better and a more friendly place. Gray Jedi Knight-Master Gray Jedi was only around for a very short time but it was the best thing that happened when it was a split off/Sub branch of the Jedi Order. Through a lot of hard work and dedication we always had a dedicated group of people that enjoyed doing work together no matter the circumstance. We went through a lot as a group from hate to love and we enjoyed every day that we had together because it created such a good base that we could've grown off of, but alas not everything can last forever. Throughout the time it taught me how to better work with a group that you love and outside groups that didn't particularly like everything you did (the clones). Sith Hopeful-Wrath The Sith was the one regiment outside of the main forces of clones and Jedi. I went from the rank of hopeful to Wrath pretty fast and I got some of the most fun jobs you could imagine in this faction as you have full run of what you can do on the job. With the help of some dedicated members with me: Cloud, Chrome, Joah, Jackson, Bro, Fyi/Pie and some more that slip my mind as of now all helped me get to a better place and made me feel a sense of community and how to grow as a family even though everyone hated your groups guts. The other ranks I've gotten I'll post in the Achievements but they all taught me how to be a better leader in a battalion and how you can adapt to any situation at hand. Special Operations PVT-COL(Current) So my current time on synergy role play I went from PVT to COL in about 2 months (I had a legacy rank that later put me to the rank of CPT about 2 weeks in) and I have the opportunity to come back with people I know and I also get to see some new people that I fully enjoy. I have done a lot of work in this battalion in my opinion (ask Qal, Gene, Jet, and Sawbone and they may joke around lol)(love these guys new and old members). The battalion I am apart of now has probably taught me everything I need and has refreshed me of what I need to do on this server as a functioning member in the Synergy community. I am currently apart of the Shadow Company branch of the 21stSO which is the more elite branch and I am tryint my hardest to keep it growing and keeping it stable. Also I am an ARCO in my battalion so I know quite a bit about leadership (Rancor your ARC selections, leadership, and W&P all really helped me in my journey). Overall I feel as I am ready to move from this battalion because of the people that are in it are the most active and nicest people I have met in a little while. Staff on Synergy: NA-VA The staff team is probably the one thing that keeps me sane on the server because it allows me to help every single person on the server in one shape or another. The main reason I do most things is because I just want to help the people that are in the community no matter the situation they are in. This position of VA allows me to volunteer and help people in a game and also allows me to better help people irl when I volunteer at select non profits in my area. I am a big believer that you should give oneself and sacrifice for others so that you can allow everyone to have a better life (one of the main reasons I am going into medicine in college). Also in staff I am a TRO and it allows me to train people that just train new people that just grow the community as a whole. I feel as my time in staff I have helped a lot (even if my work out of MANY other staff members gets dulled down due to the sheer amount of them) of people and I am fully enjoying my time here and I feel as though I can do even better in the future. IWhy should you become a Regimental Commander?: I feel like I should become the regimental Commander for the specialized battalions due to me having a lot of experience throughout the server on all angles: Clones, Jedi, Sith, Gray Jedi, and Staff. The time I have been here is just crazy in my own head and I still enjoy it because when I help someone on the server, whether it's through tickets or through just having a convo, it gives me great joy knowing I have helped that person. Usually if I can't find a solution to a problem I'll try to problem solve or search up what I need to find to get someone the information they need. I know it sounds like I can just be a memory bank, but I know fully how to lead and deal with a situation. I've been here for about 4-5 years (including Icefuse) and I have dealt with nearly everything you could think of and I know when I can be nice and when I need to put my foot down. If anyone does want to talk to me just hmu and I'll see what I can do. Also I have a lot of experience from both this server and Icefuse in the Specialized Regiment that I feel I would be great for this position. I want my regiment to be more advanced than they are now and I want them all to have a friendly relationship with each other. I want everyone in my regiment to be happy where they are and if they are they can really go to anyone for help because I want to make our group a family! More communication (will explain this in next part) and more time doing activities together (which could be many things. Overall I want this Spec Regiment to be a more friendly place and with Rancor joining they will be a great part to this Spec Reg Family... that they're already apart of! :) How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: I plan to improve relations by having a weekly Spec Reg meeting to see what we have all done through out the week (this would include the two highest ranking individuals in each battalion, reason I don't want one is because I want more than just one POV inside of a battalion). This meeting would include just an overview of tryouts that week, recruits, issues that come up (inside a battalion or between battalions), and pre-planning for the coming weeks. I also plan on doing a weekly HUGE sim for the battalions to enjoy because I don't just want their communication and friendship to grow but I want them to fight together like they are going to do every single day on the battlefield. These will all lead to the Specialized branch being a better place for everyone where they can enjoy the times they have together and that is my goal that will not only make me jump with joy, but I hope everyone in the Specialized Regiment jump with joy! :) Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: yes I understand my activity needs to hold true Do you understand that your position has a two month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your regimental commander rank?: yes I understand that I must reapply if I want to keep this position

yeah, I don't think this should be applicable because it kinda makes bounty hunters differ greatly from everything else on the server. I think that BH is doing great now and that this change is small, but is not needed so we can keep the unique nature of the guild. -uno

I was not talking about overall activity on server... you said you were "beaned" for inactivity before, and I was asking how can you become more active in the staff side of the server, and how you can be a presence in the staff team unlike before.... (keeping original rating)
