I was actually talking to Sanchez about that whole name situation and his name is literally Richard. Dick is short for richard. People just jump to conclusions and look for the smallest things to yell at and assert dominance over other players for and he told every one of them to calm down and go away. As for the other stuff you're saying, you do you but it's usually pretty obvious when someone is doing ERP. As for the appeal itself, licking isn't something that I would have ever banned for and I dont think others should either. As you said, it should be classified as FailRP because that is more what it is. If something else was involved in the kicking, then that is a different story. There should have been a warning involved and if the issue persisted then action could be taken but based off of this appeal, I am going to give you a +1 for an unban. Good luck my guy.

I was not in the channel when it happened because I was eating dinner. Tucker has been around the community for a while and does enjoy meming around and who doesn't. This may have crossed a line that he shouldn't have crossed and there does need to be punishment for it. I do not think a full on execution is what should have been resorted to but a ban of some sort should be warranted. Considering it was not entirely malicious, from what I understand, but still against the rules there should have been at least a talking to first about what did go down there to fully understand the situation from both sides before whipping out that flak cannon (#freemike). I have seen people do things like this before and not as much of a punishment happened if any. +1 for shortening the ban to less to hopefully teach the goob a lesson.

+1 is a tard but I do believe that some of this is a case of a meme gone too far. Nevertheless, a perm for what is going on is a bit overboard imo. People have started FAR more drama more consistently but are still not banned. Yes there should be some punishment for what happened and at maybe a temp ban instead of a perm for everything. +1 for the unban of this lad. After thinking on this a bit more, I realized that it is not a necessary addition to the server. You guys already got your models done and these are not needed. You do not need a pilot job to fly, it is not a server rule that it has to. If that was the case, it might be a different story but it sadly is not.

I'm going to make a quick point here that you can respond to if you want. You keep saying that all the old 187th people want it back and how it's a great battalion but then you say this. If the same people come back, the same issues will happen. A battalion is literally a bunch of spastics online with different colored armor. What really determines how it runs is the people in it and their willingness to make it better. Having all of the old boys come back is great and all but how will these fundamental issues be solved without just not having them come back. I appreciate the persistence but as I said before, everyone has moved on and are in better places now. Having no lore doesnt make you the oddball battalion, it's how the people act and carry themselves but I can say from my personal experience in my battalion that oddballs are always the closest and best to be apart of

41st could have 2 sub units as well but we don't. Battalions should be limited to 1 sub unit with jobs and if they want to add more, then they just use normal jobs and put it in their name

+1 for adding K-Company. Ghost company doesn't have lore accurate models and having 2 sub units instead of everyone having 1 or less is just not fair to everyone.

idk if you know this but getting attacked by retarded forest sponges on a planet is MUCH better than getting attacked by most anything on a venator. You're kinda supposed to explain why or else it doesnt count as a vote. I am going to +1 this because what you did was never really that bad, all things considered. You did tend to start some drama and such using the account but I think at this point you should be allowed to be unbanned.

-1 for a few reasons. 1) battalion buffs are a thing. If you want them to have more health, change your battalion bonus. Class bonuses are not a thing. 2) giving a certain class in a certain battalion a buff is unfair and makes no sense in a gameplay standpoint. In reality, clones with z6s had the same armor as clones who didnt so there would be no real reason to do this from a lore OR gameplay point of view. Thanks and have a good day.

Ok, first off, no. Second, no. Red Guards are a bad idea and having the chancellor isnt really necessary either. Having red guards cause unnecessary issues that include legalized RDM and other issues that are not needed. Bad idea to have them around. -1

This is how it was on all the other planet maps we have had. ARF, ARC, and certain Recon battalions were allowed to leave without full permission, they just had to let someone know they were leaving. This gives a much needed allure to recon battalions and allows us to actually do our jobs and go on patrols with vehicles or just on foot. +1

people don't hate naval, just people in general that go around demanding respect of others without actually earning it.

Making posts like this is why people lose respect. As I said to gene when he went full baby rage, respect isnt something you just get. You have to work for it and earn it. Respect is not something you just earn overnight because it takes weeks and months to prove yourself of actually being a leader that will not let people down and prove that you are worthy of the respect that people give you. Forum posts crying about how people dont listen to you wont solve things. Actually get in and get your hands dirty. As max said, host trainings every day and show to everyone that you deserve the respect that you are wanting so much. -1
