There's a whole lot of evidence of wrongdoing and shady shenanigans here. You also use the defense of "I make mistakes, everyone does." yes, everyone does make mistakes, but sometimes, people have to learn that actions have consequences or else, you can't learn from them. In regards to the witch hunting in revenge to getting removed from ahsoka, just seems petty and the sense of entitlement from these chat logs and screenshots is astounding. You were removed for multiple reasons that are very apparent and I can tell you as a person who has been a former master and been playing star wars RP for a pretty long time, these things don't just happen without a plethora of evidence and MANY reports. A word of advice from a person who got removed from BCMD position of almost 2 years and blacklisted from that battalion for no real reason, warning, or consultation by people, take it and move on, improve yourself where you can, and be humble on your next go around. In regards to the "spent too much money to be demoted below knight" is just beyond stupid and proves that you should be demoted below knight in the first place. I wish you luck on this report and I do not mean any disrespect by this but I mean to try to give you some advice. I am going to leave this with a +1

-1 to health and armor changes for the reason of this: the reason that rancor has higher health is because thats their battalion buff. 41st gets boosted runspeed as theirs. Green company has the same exact buff as Elite corps and the buffs should apply equally to the battalion as a whole. Unless all sub units should be buffed more than the main battalion, then this part of the suggestion should not pass. Next, I want to talk about the medkit part, I also want to add that the only jobs that get medkits on the server are designated medic jobs, and unless that is a part of the suggestion, then it should also should not pass. The pay should be equal to other sub units but not more as you are suggesting. Just for fairness between all battalions on the server. I disagree with upping colt and havoc to 600 pay because they are commanders but also named characters. not the BCMD and should be equal to other named characters on the server. The faie job that 41st has does not have a buffed paycheck even though he is also a lore commander, so this part of the suggestion should be at least reworded or rethought to factor in balance within the server. Some of the suggestion seems to be alright but seems to throw a lot of balance out the window in the favor of what you are asking for here, which is why I am giving this suggestion a -1 for now.

Ok, hear me out. How about we remove the dead that you stated. Actually though. I'm going to +1 this, for the reason of: I dont see why not. Yes, lore death is important, but if people want it then as I said before, i dont see why it would be a bad thing

-1 the E-binos are something that I use regularly outside the base on patrols and things. It prevents accidental misclicks and also if needed, pinpoint clarification on enemies and points of interest. You can use the suit zoom along with the binos to get a nice 4x zoom instead of the measly 2. Keep the binos, they are a good addition to the server and help with recon stuff extensively as well. One final reason, is they are free, and not everyone has scoped weapons, so it provides a way for newer players, who may not have the funds to purchase said scoped weapons, to provide useful information to superiors during events and patrols.

-1 there is really no solid reason to do this other than "improve RP" when, in reality, it would be absurdly difficult (if it's even possible) to implement into the server, and many times would just be forgotten about. I cant tell you how many times, the gamemaster just hasn't turned the lights back on during events, and this is the main form of communication for the server. If you dont want ooc getting cluttered, just make the chat box smaller or just ignore it. I am giving this suggestion a full -1 because of the difficulty to implement and use properly, not being necessary, and how it can very negatively affect gameplay on the server.

-1 I don't think another cluster of text screens is necessary because of all the crashing and lag that goes on in the base. Also, battalions listing off their specializations is sadly kind of useless because they rarely get used. It should at least be shown in CC training that there is a list that can be checked out at any time or if the CC wants to see it during training. Also, they should be encouraged to go and talk to the battalions and physically ask what they do. It keeps people engaged, especially with the CTs and a potential battalion but also helps give a reason for NCOs to better understand the lore and role of their battalion in the server, instead of just reading off a wall like a bunch of literate scrubs.

just because something is in character, doesn't mean it isn't useless and wasting everyone's time Sitting there and listening to someone drone on for 15 minutes about things entirely unrelated to the event and going on several different tangents while doing it, is NOT useful and is almost the definition of a useless PTS. If a sith is to be detained, let the Jedi handle it. The republic is not equipped to detain and hold Sith without unnecessary loss of clone and possible civilian life. Clones should be allowed to continue killing Sith that wear their non civvie clothes unless there is a Jedi present. By "the republic" i mean the clone army

-1 You are a sith during the clone wars. If you are running around ADVERTISING the fact that you are a Sith, you should be shot. This rule makes sense because you have a civilian model for a reason. If you dont want to be shot, don't run around as a sith, it is that simple.

41st can get that trooper Fi with improcco company and we can all just become SOBDE. It will be great. +1 Could be a solid addition to the server with sadly, only a small amount of lore, but can be made to work if things properly play out

By adding a new Jedi Master (even if you have to remove a current one), It can help breathe a breath of fresh air into the Jedi, with new people seeing him around the Order can keep things interesting and also maybe add something else to the server that many others may not have. Also adding something shiny and new can help out with battalions because it gives something different to call theirs. (No disrespect or flame intended, just stating a fact) 187th has VERY little lore, and the lore that they do have is pretty shaky at best. Why not give them something else to call their own and make them a bit more attractive to newer players and improve many things on the server along the way.

+1 Un-oof the Poof! This can add some RP and many of the other characters around the server are very much dead, why shouldn't poof be added. He has lore and is another Jedi Master that people can strive for. If it has been approved by council, then what other reasons do we have to deny it?

Ok big moron, the reason why at rt trainings haven't happened is because I got removed while I was trying to get them set up and running so that's just moronic. You are also one to talk about starting drama and other things. You've disrespected myself and members of my battalion to my face and seemed to get away scott free. Also 41st not doing a training would actually make LESS work for you to do eks dee. Spooky is a hard working member of the server and of the 41st. I know I've been removed and taking a bit of a hiatus but I will defend spooky on this. Also from things that Grum have said something along the lines of how 41st is nothing but degenerates seems to be leaking down to his officers and enlisted. Instead of making a player report that seems to be some sort of an attempt to kick up some drama and force something out, talk it out like you should and actually try and get things solved like mature people. FAT -1 on this thing

+1 Freck has done more for this community than many others whether it be current or past members. I personally believe that he would not intentionally do something to harm this server or his relation with it and in good faith request that he be unbanned.

Just gonna bump this because it's been here for a LONG time but has not been touched. Turns out that nightmare wasnt actually banned in game either so that's pretty neat. But this has been pending for more than 2 weeks.

Also, a blacklist was never made so if you want to try again in 41st, that can be arranged
