I would like to first start off by sharing all the negatives about my self.
I have recently been arrested twice, I was being mingy and not following some rules and knowing how to bend some things. The higher ranked Shock Troopers can confirm this. I also believe I have nine arrests on record, most dating back to last year. I was not always a bad player, I would be mingy when I come on to see everyone and check out the server after not playing for a few months, this would last generally 30 minutes. But as I am back and want to play, as well as my other times as I was active, I took and will take everything seriously and want to enforce the rules and serious RP in this community.

Are you currently staff on a server?:(SCP or TTT): No I am sadly not.
Why did you leave the staff, team? I left the staff team because the TTT server shut down. I was also very busy with school as exams were approaching. Transferring servers did not come to mind right away but I do not have any intention of leaving this community, this is a great place, with great players, great content, and a lot of fun. I want to stay and help make this community the best as possible.
Why do you want to rejoin the staff, team?
I want to rejoin the Synergy Staff Team because I feel that I can bring experience, knowledge, and a good attitude to the server. I will do my best at answering calls/tickets, training recruits, populating the server, enforcing rules, helping players, helping fellow staff, and continue to keep everyone in a serious roleplay attitude. I want to guarantee that the minges, spammers, rule breakers, and ETC are punished for their actions, and contribute to always have a staff member online. But I would not only punish players and then close the situation, but I will also explain to the player what he did wrong and teach/help him to act better and also watch him after the situation. Besides that, I think that there may be a limited amount of staff online at times after the launch and not everyone will be able to help and do everything. Lastly, I truly want to help out the community again and continue making the server perfect. I believe I should be accepted on to the staff because I have plenty of experience with being a staff member on a Garry's Mod and Synergy. I’m 19 and I am mature, fast thinking, good at problem-solving, and patient, which is crucial when taking sits or dealing with problems on the server. I also have great communication skills as I use every day for my job, school, and ETC. I look at situations from the different point of views to fully understand what is going on and understand why someone acted a certain way; also I will be active on this server at all different times of the day.
Some other information about me that would make me a good staff member is that I am friendly, welcoming, and talkative. I had and have a few jobs that which I was and am in charge of important things, training, and people. I learned how to deal with people of all ages, and figure out problems in most situations. These are not things that are required to be a good staff member but things that will help me to do my best.
From being vet-admin on CW I learned how to deal with minges and trolls. I enjoyed doing sims/trainings and events so players are always having fun. I am good at explaining the server and training players. And learned to work with players and staff in any situation.
From being HA on TTT I learned how to manage players/staff. Even though many people believe TTT is such a basic game, it is but starting a new server in TTT is extremely hard but we did amazing for a month with a good amount of players each day enjoying themselves and playing respectively. I also taught/trained new staff on the game mode for many of them did not understand TTT, taught them how to staff on TTT, and managed the staff team. I was good at overseeing staff and helping them with mistakes but also always giving good feedback which is very important for having good staff members. I would always do stuff with staff members but let the lead situations so they get first-hand experience on solving things as I am there to help and encourage them. I also learned how to persuade mingy players to play properly (did not work all the time b/c some players have no intent to play properly at all), it is all about how you talk with them, your tone, wording, being friendly, and understanding. As TTT was a new server without a player base, I learned ways to keep players having fun, staying, and being active on the server.
From being a Senior Admin on MRP I proved I can learn new rules and gameplay quickly and in any situation, I can deal with the problem accordingly. I showed that although I was a past player and staff member in this community I would not pawn stuff off and take my role seriously by taking as many tickets as i can and trained over 60 recruits within 3 days.
I am also a Temple Guard so I stand around lots of the time so i am always available to take tickets and deal with situations but i will also always remember staff over rp.
Therefore I am qualified to be staff for my experiences in and outside of video games that makes me a great staff member. Staff isn't just a rank/position its half about helping the community but more importantly, the other half is making sure the players are having the most fun possible. Staff is not an authority or higher person than others, staff is friends to all players.

I have also been TRO at Synergy Roleplay.
How much time do you have on the synergy server? (You must have a minimum of 75 hours of in-game playtime on the server to apply for new admin. Make a staff ticket in the game so that you can figure out your playtime if you think you are close) I believe I am around 400+ hours on the CWRP Server. Would also have a few hundred hours on both the old MRP & TTT Server.
I have returned for a little now and I am now taking everything seriously, thank-you for your consideration.
NOTE (for the higher staff): I have a 3-day ban on record I believe. It was not my ban, there was a mixup with SteamID’s and that situation was resolved by past HA's and D's.
