(3 sentence minimum): I just want to help everyone out. Host sims to keep people from being bored. I want to be a late night and early morning staff member to can always help out and get those tickets and issues solved. I want to set an example for the people who are wanting to become staff. I mainly want to rejoin the team because I want to fix the lack of creative events. Shoot'em ups and Passive RP's have been done to death, if you think of an event idea it's probably been done. I want to put some new life into the events. How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I believe on all 3 of my times as SA it went all well. I took tickets, I did training's and did my events. I never had an issue with helping anyone out and I was always willing. Near the end of my time as staff before I got burnt out in them. Second time around I was burnt out, and my last stint as staff was the same thing, but now Im back and I want to accomplish my goals of putting some new life into the events. ive been stalking the forums and sever like the last year and havent done anything, im kinda bored with every other game and i wanna see what has changed so can anyone give me a rundown on like the last 6 months of the server ?

@ Freck @Panzergrenadier765 Pretty sure thats the right panzer. Me and freck, plus a couple others made a drop pod dupe and roped them to the underbelly of a LAAT. Flew out of the small venators side hanger and flew over main hanger bay were we ODST dropped in there, Freck them proceeded to kill everyone in sight with a rocket launcher I'm pretty sure. We did this a couple times because we were having a fuckin blast. Another memory is with @Faded We wanted to speeder race with the drop pods I duped before. We started building a massive thing under the small venator on the bottom of the map and I'm pretty sure I crashed the server with spawning to much 128x128s @ Joah got on after and asked why the fuck the player base went from 70ish to 38 in 3 mins. So I went to him and explained. He was pretty cool about it which surprised me bc I thought I was dead meat lol. Rancor, early 2018. We managed to get literally every single ARC that was one during prime time and marched. Some dude decided to follow us and started playing the full metal jacket marching song. That's all I remember rn

if you have fun lol but like mission objectives that aren't straight cancer, a story that somewhat makes sense and you can follow. the spawning has to be near perfect in order to have people not get pissed off at you. intensity, like what makes your butt cheeks clench because you lowkey don't want to die because you're having fun. this is just my opinion

-1 yes you were banned for the whole model thing, and you would've gotten unbanned the first time had you not then went on military and minged right after the first ban. Im not sure quite were to stand on this since there isn't a neutral, so -1. sorry weevil.

Mainly due to lack of ideas, IMO. If you think of a reasonable event, it's probably already been done already and "shoot em ups" are just a cancerous as some "role play" events. Lack of ideas will lead to bad events, and then bad execution. Most go with easy events like shoot em ups and role plays because its easy to fall back on. I myself wasn't a good GM back in the day, but I took some ideas from the event suggestion and built on one. Im not sure if the post exists anymore but you get idea. While most of the event suggestions are kinda meh, there are some good ones that can be worked with. Main server events, generally are just straight cancer because of the population and lack of new ideas, event server events can be great given the time and execution of the event.

I want to see peoples views and opinions of what the game and community is to them. To me it's my preteen and teens. The friends I have made through the game that I talk to somewhat because I don't play much. The countless nights I've stayed up because of building dupes or talking to friends and having some great quotes and memes that have come from it. It has taught me to be somewhat mature and responsible. This is my experience, what's yours?
