On down times we did training, simulations, and we listened to Hudson sing it was a great time! I led them in events and helped the battalion strive. I also made sure that the 41st were connected with their Jedi and form bonds with them. I also made a lot of friends and help shaped a Gree to be named Egg. Eeth Koth After I felt like I needed a new battalion to work with I found out the Spec Ops were coming to the server, I got in on my clone and I felt like I had to go and support them on my Jedi also. I became Eeth Koth as a freelance Jedi and went to be apart of Spec Ops, The XO Lightning held PT, training, and different trigger discipline. I helped lead in different events and provided entertainment to my men in the form of literature stories and simulations throughout the day. Me and SO had a very close bond and I learned some maturity and responsiblity in this battalion. Saesee Tiin When the big update dropped Spec Ops was turned into Shadow Company and it brought cool features to the table, SC's Commander was Zomb at the time I was Saesee Tiin and I helped with many pieces of training, recruitment and overall morale booster for the battalion it was the same as Spec Ops but more stealthy and comfortable. As new members came they found that even though I was young I was easy to relate with and I can also be strict. I help give hard PT and punishments to many individuals who broke server/battalion rules I even removed some from the battalion. I helped the Jedi order by hosting many trials with other masters and putting my input in the council. Poof: I was a couple of Battalions Jedi around this time I was 38th, SC/Spec Ops, CG, and that's it I helped with training, Sims, and events with these battalions. I also made sure that the jedi order was surviving I hosted trials and helped settle the brand now Jedi order with many old masters like Tybo, Dargon, Ginyu, Llama, and many more. I also gained the rank of High Jedi General which was a big achievement, I worked hard throughout the months and finally got it. Anakin Skywalker: I spent some time as Anakin and I had several good moments and several bad moments but I enjoyed it as Anakin, the 501st was friendly with me and we were like a big family . I helped with training, sims, and events I talked with the men a lot and boosted morale among the group I also helped anyone who were having a bad day and helped make important decisions for the battalion. I got a new Ahsoka for the battalion and helped recruit people. Shaak Ti: I gained Shaak Ti through a hard trial where I had to lead clones and jedi. I passed the trial and was given Shaak ti, I had to help with the jedi order with document works, organization, branches and Jedi Battalion communication. I helped keep track of all the meetings and interviews throughout this time I also gave battalion reports on how the Jedi in each battalion are doing. Mace Windu: After Shaak Ti I wanted to go for yoda so I applied but I got beaten out by Tyzen but Tyzen gave me the Mace Windu position and we both worked together to make a good council. I worked side by side with Tyzen to make sure the masters were behaving and doing their work. I helped with interviews and organized documents for the order. In Tyzens absence I helped run meetings and ran the order for him if he was LOA there were some slip ups as Mace but as I looked past on them I began thinking how immature I was in some of those situations and I learned to act more mature. Pastor: I gained perma master and became Pastor! I gave guidance to the new masters and new council. I helped out with some problems that were plauging the new council and tried to get them new things to spice up their council! Director Of Special Forces Arligan Zey: When I gained this position I knew if I messed up I would not be trusted to be in any battalion, So I went in and everyone accepted me in as their Jedi. I was required to sign in everytime I was on the server and help with SOBDE tryouts. I also tried to help establish a link with Alpha and SOBDE, Also the Jedi! Being SOBDE jedi has made me mature and made me think about every action I was doing and making sure my men stay out of trouble. Futhermore I had to watch the 2 SOBDE jedi under me Bardan and Etain! This help me gain more leadership skills and helped me with my thinking. Why should you become Grand Master?: Right now we gained a lot of new hardworking masters but the order is missing a lot of aspects that makes it fun. Jedi seem very bland and not fun because there is a lack of roleplay and seems like the only way to get by is to be a manager and do a trial simulator 24/7! I want the Jedi to grow and improve. The branches are struggling and the overall health of the Jedi has gone down drastically. I want reforms of the overall attitude and mindset of the Jedi order, that means if your a jedi you gotta roleplay as a jedi! Basically as grand master I want Innovation, Creativity, And Reform! I believe it's time to have big changes to come to the jedi and change it for the better! On weekends I'm free almost all day Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server: Overseer: I was a overseer [Basically HA] I helped do staff interviews, promote hard working staff, run the GM program with Llama and Halpert, and banned horrible players. Gaining High Jedi General: This rank gave me a sense of pride and maturity I believe I was the 2nd high jedi general and I helped run the order and different battalions Shaak Ti: I helped work with battalions and the jedi order with document work. This made me feel more mature and helpful to the order I helped out multiple battalions with their jedi. Mace Windu: I gained Mace and helped the jedi order with document work and leading it through difficult times, Created documents and did trials for Shaak Ti, Cin, ETC also revamped multiple documents throughout my time as Windu. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want the Jedi Order to be at the end of your term?: I want them to be in a golden age where there are innovation and creativity, I want leadership and people who can pick up where I left off I don't want anyone to be forced to become Yoda and doing a terrible job because they don't know what to do. I think the order should be able to be a fun place again and not be the trial simulator and lack of roleplay it is today! it's time for change gentlemen and I think I can do it. Futhermore I want masters to have a new mindset and not be scared to voice their opinions. Also I want knights and padawans to help each other and have a great relationship. All in All I just want the order to be functioning and not be seen has another thing you have to do work for! I wanna create things for padawans and knights to do on off times and make the whole jedi a roleplay power house! How do you plan to improve relations within the Jedi Order between branches?: I want to get the masters and knights to work together and reform the branches together. I want them to help with Roleplay and Document work. I want to make insentives for the branches like using hilts, rp powers, and roles throughout the server. I also think there should be a balance between work and roleplay people should be awarded for work and their roleplay people should have fun in their branch and not see it as a part time job. Experience: As some of you may know, before this community was created, the original 70-100 members were from Icefuse Networks prior to an issue that was held there. As majority of the CWRP player base moved across as did the work that all of these members had achieved. I will be listing what my achievments on Icefuse were, but will not be speaking about them as these are almost over 2 years old now. Icefuse: BCMD Bacara. Division Leader (Solo Director equivalent). Executive Liaison (In charge of intel team). BCMD Rex Ion Team Leader Climber. Foxtrot Squad Leader Gregor. Mutliple Jedi Master positions, including mostly Anakin Skywalker. I will be discussing my experience in the community in my roles and will color the different roles in green, in case you would like the "tldr" version. Upon the server launching I transferred across from Icefuse and was given the position of Head Administrator within the community. As a Head Admin, I made sure to enforce the rules that were written by the Directors as closely as I could to what was written and provided on the forums. I also helped behind the scenes by creating documents and working on coding of things such as the High staff roster to work on automation. One night chilling in a channel with Joah and some of the other original Founders, I joked of the idea of a Trouble in Terrorist Town server, little did I know that Joah and the Founders took this as no joke and the next day asked me if I would like to Direct the server and help develop it. Little over a week later I held the position of TTT Director however I still held a position as a honorary Head Admin on CWRP. Obviously as this was a new concept and idea for Synergy Roleplay we started with quite a small team, however as the Director I created all the documentation needed to set up the server. Unfortunately the popularity of the TTT server was mostly within the Founders and people trying to get Joah to notice them, lol, and the server ultimately failed. During my time as TTT Director I also had the amazing privilege of becoming the First Admiral Yularen on Synergy, in which I enlisted the help of some respected and highly regarded members of the community to create a strong structure to the Naval system that was improved from what we came from in Icefuse. Unfortunately there were issues with the person that preceded me in the position and I became the "Third" Admiral Yularen and had to fix all the issues that were created. Upon my return to CWRP, I was granted the rank of being a third CWRP Director along with Billiam and Zander. We all worked hard in this position to move the community and the staff team into a new era, by recreating documents such as the server rules and creating standards in which were required to be followed to make processes within the staff team smoother. As Billiam moved on from his Director position, it fell to me and Zander to continue working and training up the next set of Head Administrators to be as strong as he and I were to continue to improve the staff team. Upon receiving new employment and lowering his available hours, Zander stepped down from Director to allow Jackson to move into the position. Jackson and I stayed partners together for almost 6 months as we work really well together and move the staff team into a really strong era. Until finally I got caught up with University tightening up on me and had to move on for the time being. Upon my return, I made a joke to Joah about reopening TTT in which we had agreed to try the server again with me once again gaining the position of TTT Director, long story short the population once again wasn't there and ultimately failed and upon returning to CWRP for a while reaching the rank of Jedi Master again and working on other positions such as reaching officer ranks in 501st, I eventually had to move away once more as life started crashing down on me again. Finally, I returned again, into a new era with new players within the community and found my fun on the server again, I joined the RANCOR battalion and was grinding as trooper under Dragon when he was Blitz, and saw some issues coming up in the Specialized Regiment in which due to my previous experiences I felt I had the ability to help solve. So I went out on a limb and got waived and applied for the Specialized Regimental Commander position and actually got it. Within this role have worked extensively with the battalions under me and assisted in multiple situations ranging from, but not limited to, the Dooms Unit activity issue (which at the time was very poor) to the GM and SO merger into the 21st Nova Corps that we know today. As the Specialized Regimental Commander, my main focus was roleplay and activity as main priorities throughout the regiment and kept up to date with all battalion affairs, whilst allow the Battalion Commanders to run their own battalions as much as possible. From here, I felt as though I could pass on the work that I did within the Specialized Regiment to all battalions and the entire community in general and applied for the highest position in the community and roughly a week later received the position of Supreme Chancellor Palpatine. As Palpatine I focused more on fixing the Senators and creating systems that are still in place today, such as the Public Senate Discord server. I enlisted some great Role-players through extensively hard tryouts and put strict regulations and procedures in play to ensure the smooth running of the Senate. Then I spoke with Qal who was the Marshall Commander at the time and spoke with him about how we can increase standards of all battalions. Whilst in the position of Chancellor I also worked throughout the Temple Guard branch of the Jedi Order and once more acquired the Rank of Jedi Master, and became Kit Fisto and attached myself to Doom's Unit to continue to assist the battalion as much as possible. Soon after my Palpatine term finished, I found myself in the position of Anakin Skywalker once more and was working thoroughly with the 501st's Jedi program in which still has my systems in play today, almost a 8 months later. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I believe I have the experience as demonstrated above to be able to lead the 501st back to where it once was as one of the strongest battalions on the server. I have in many cases been able to help strengthen a battalion when it is struggling and I believe I can do it once more. I can see a few issues in the 501st currently, in which myself and other members of 501st have been working on together with Kelso as our Executive Officer, however I feel as though with my vast knowledge of what will and will not work in these dire situations is can be more beneficial right now. In case someone is going to comment asking what the current issues are and how I plan to fix them, I'll save you the trouble; Low amount of Officers. Currently in the 501st, not including Jedi, we have 6 officers. 1 XO, 1 CPT, 2 1stLTs & 2 2ndLTs. I believe the situation to this is pushing officers to work harder within their positions to assist in the issues I will be listing below, and allowing them to prove themselves but not just handing out ranks because we need officers. Battalion documents are not uniform. I have looked over documents within 501st and they do not share the same standard of how a document should be formatted. To solve this, I would create a master format document and have all documents recreated to follow this format. Battalion standards could be better. I believe we are at good standards for troopers, however I feel as though we should be training our troops regularly to ensure we are all at a higher standard and on the same standard. Roleplay standards are similar, decent roleplay can be found easily but I would like to see people being more creative and creating amazing roleplay scenarios. My solution would be to increase the amount of training that is ran and oversee training to ensure that they meet certain criteria and have a purpose to increase standards. Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: Yes, there is a vast lore base of the 501st Legion, and I believe I understand most if not all of it to a good extent. Availability: Although I am Australian, our time-zones are different but similar, roughly 14 hour difference. In the coming future I have nothing on for the next 2 months. In Feb I begin university in which I will be able to play during the morning (early afternoon EST) then be available on Discord until roughly 8-9pm EST before returning home to get back online. Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: I have been playing Synergy Roleplay since the launch of the community, I have had a few periods of time where I have been absent due to outside issues & commitments, however I have been around for majority of time of the server. For roughly to first 6-8 months of the community, there was no time tracking system. Do you have a microphone?: Yes, I have a microphone, it is however wireless and sometimes needs charging! Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: My goal for the 501st after my term is as follows; Have an active 15-20+ members online throughout each week day, with weekends reaching 20-30+ throughout the day. Have the regiments within 501st consistently filled with members that I can confidently leave in charge to run their regiment with little intervention. (We already have decent people in these positions, however I would like to see consistency.) Train and promote good leadership within the battalion to create a strong officer core and thus create a strong hierarchy within the battalion. Increase relations with all battalions, especially other Attack battalions. (We currently have good relations, however we still don't interact much outside of our battalion.) Create procedures to be followed to ensure the longevity of battalion operations post my term as BCMD. (Example. Recreate all documents that I feel are lacking and make a uniform, easy to follow system to make battalion workings smooth.) Increase Roleplay and Military standards throughout the battalion. When I joined the server back in January I was relatively new to the 501st. It was my first battalion to join, and I was there for three months. I started off as a Private and wanted to show my potential to go further within the Legion, I was deeply involved with the 501st’s Medical Regiment and became MEDO and became Torrent Company Medic Kix for a short time before becoming Support Overseer. From my first day as a member of the legion, I have strived towards to become someone who would have a large impact on the 501st. Little before a month, I became Warrant Officer under the named Character, “Appo”. Within my term as Appo, I got on everyday, and started to look over the Enlisted, NCO’s and SNCO’s. Guiding them, Nurturing and pushing for them to prove the 501st wasn’t a pushover battalion. Giving them the reason to why we are the Poster Boy Battalion of The Grand Army Of The Republic. Eventually, my term came closer to its expiration time. The last week where I really strived to show my potential as a WO. Taking charge, Making each NCO recruit, bringing up problems, Helping them become solved and become a voice that was recognised in the 501st. I was then promoted to Lieutenant Colonel and continue to show my worth to other officers of the 501st and those external of the 501st. After becoming Lieutenant Colonel, I was later promoted to Colonel and Regimental Lead. NULL Squad Prudii Skirata 3/17/19 - 4/27/19 I eventually felt that I did my part in the Legion and wanted to try new things. Finally, I passed Null tryouts and became Null-5 Prudii Skirata. In Null, I went about doing Null things, Ya know the redacted stuff… (Hah) During my time, in Null, I was assigned as 21stNC’s SOBDE outreach, After Jaing was reassigned. There, I was giving the rank as Captain and began to help with training's, Recruiting, and deployments. I didn’t accomplish anything to crazy while I was Prudii but I managed to be one of the few active Null at the time and Role played my character pretty well. 327th Star Corps I was in the 327th for a short while as a Private and did nothing too big. I ended up re-joining the 501st! 501st (Second time) I ended up back in the 501st as a Staff Sergeant and didn’t really do anything too notable as my second time within the legion. I did some recruiting and kept up my activity. Delta Squad, Scorch. 5/22/19 - 6/4/19 I passed Delta Squad Tryouts and filled the position of Delta's EOD, Scorch. I wasn't been in the squad for long yet, I was pretty active and tried to play my character to the best of my ability. Shortly after I became Scorch, I applied for Niner as Omega was in need of a Squad lead. Omega Squad Niner 6/4/19 - 7/25/19 I resided in the position of Omega’s squad lead, Niner. I have managed to fill the squad and keep it as the most active SOBDE. I’d say I’ve managed to keep Omega RP orientated. And fulfilled what I said in my Niner application, Of course there is still room for more always. In terms of outreach work, I’m not going to praise us there but we’ve managed to keep a good relationship with our recon counterparts apart from 41st. (I do apologise about the lack of Outreach work). Recently, I spoke with the 21st and managed to get Omega to do EOD and Tech training's once again, and have sent each member the docs and appropriate attitude to run those training's. I am still pushing to work with my fellow members of Omega to point out a potential candidate for the next Niner. I’ve also managed to point flaws and positives about SOBDE with now previous and current squad leads and work on improving how other members of the community perceive us. Kal Skirata 7/25/19 - 10/19/19 Ever since I was promoted to Kal; I carried on the same mentality that I use to go around with as Niner. SOBDE First. Throughout my term as Kal I've accomplished to continue to keep the most active and best squad in my opinion. Null in my opinion has been at it's best in a long while. I've had the pleasure of running countless of rounds of tryouts and nurturing my squad into an elite unit which is represents in lore. I've spoke with BCMD's and members of High Command, Korm and such to see what they'd like to see Null doing. As the first clones created, I've encouraged the lads in my squad to be the Ori'vod of the server (Big Brother in Mando'a) Representing themselves and the Special Operations Brigade. My squad is really outgoing and are enthusiastic to improve themselves in multiple ways on the server, whether that be taking upon more responsibilities, helpings others and just improving overall RP on the server. Null are described in lore to be "Instant death on legs" and I feel like we live up to that quote. We're always helping with Tryouts for countless hours and always looking out for the other squads. Saying that, I feel as Null is in a great spot if I move on to a different position. The lads have Llama who is my currently Ordo and they're all a great squad and I'm proud to be their leader. They make me a proud Papa. Dark Honor Guard, Officer of Trials. I can't remember when I was exactly giving the position, Although it was shortly before the Sith were removed. I applied for the DHG Trial Lord, I eventually got it and actively ran DHG Trials and managed to bolster the numbers of the branch up significantly before the Sith Orders inevitable fall to the Dark side (lol). It was fun being trusted with this position and I always pushed for the guardsmen under me to become baton trained, and watch out for minges within the Sith and just some quality rp in general. Jedi Guardian Manager 9/19/19 - 10/21/19 Within my Jedi side of things, I'm a Knight Adept and a Guardian manager. My time in Jedi isn't too strong nor is my experience, I haven't been a Manager for even a month yet. Although, I believe I'm one of the more active Managers with the Branch, Trying my best to do trials and continue to keep the Guardians the biggest branch as it was in lore. Although, I've been lacking as of late due to myself focusing on SO BDE a bit more again. I'm currently a 501st Jedi but I haven't done anything with them yet. I resigned from my Guardian Manager position after being promoted to SO BDE Regimental commander SO BDE Regimental Commander 10/19/19 - 12/6/2019 During my almost but not completed term of being the Regimental Commander of SO BDE, I took the mantle of being the head honcho of the Brigade. I finished the interrogation training document and got the lads under me versed in it so they could teach interrogations, I represented the brigade in High Command Meetings, and Republic Command Meetings. I also changed the outreach system so that each individual SO BDE member could have their preference of outreach instead of forcing them to work with battalions who they didn’t get along with or to do the work at all. This has since helped with out reach work, I’d like to say during my term I was fairly active and did my best to represent SO BDE and have them under their best behaviour as a whole. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: SO BDE is my baby. Upon my resignation I thought that the Brigade would’ve been fine with my absence, as I would’ve still been around to give them any advise. Upon my resignation, the brigade became stagnate. Especially Bad Batch, As being a previous Reg I see all the squads as my responsibility. I feel like my dedication to help SO BDE and each individual squad is non other, and seeing Bad Batch in need has deemed me to get waived and come help out one last time. I’ve had previous experience leading and managing squads, and know how to run tryouts in my sleep. I’m extremely dedicated to filling my squad and having each individual member roleplay to the best of their ability and fill their responsibilities as their characters down to a Tee. Three months is nothing. I resigned from the server due to Halo; and I’ve still got a load of free time even when I’m playing halo. The server did become a bit boring on my part but; if a squad needs my help. Im willing to drain my blood for it!❤️

He has spearheaded multiple projects to fix some of the shittiest Branches in the order and has for the most part succeeded. He has with the help of the council rejuvenated the council and has filled out the named master roster with his judgement of putting people up for Master. Some may think he’s too mingy or immature to be Yoda and they’ve ignored all the progress he’s made. This man will it his mind on something and not stop till it’s done. There’s quite literally no other candidate who can even match with his record and commintment. He’s one of the greatest masters even seen on Synergy

He has not only proven himself countless times and time again, he’s shown dedication by expanding the Jedi Order and rejuvenating the branches. He brings insight from people outside of the Council into it and allows ideas to be heard. This boy, sorry; man, has shown one of the biggest glow ups in Synergy history. If you base someone’s behavior on their past then please take a look at his accomplishments. Former Mace Windu, Former Overseer in the staff team, etc you get the point read the application. If you consider Nightmare as a minge because he has fun on a video game, please get the fuck off Garry’s Mod and attend Harvard. I will always support Nightmare for Yoda, always, not because he is a friend but because he is a qualified candidate for the position.

This man right here, is one of the most hard working Jedi that I know. He's been one of the best Arligan Zey's that I've seen in my entire time in SO BDE. He's on so much, more than so many of the other jedi, he's great at playing the character, and he works and strives towards improving the ways of the Jedi each and every day that he gets on the server, while at the same time assisting SO BDE in any ways that he can. Whether it be, helping with tryouts, or as an adviser, to give his second opinion, he finds a way to do everything. I don't know a person more fit for this position than you my brother. The only reason I would ever think of -1ing you for is because I want you to stay in SO BDE with us, because that's just how much of an amazing guy you are. I shall keep this as civil as your comments warrant. 1. Staff didn't remove him from Ahsoka I did. This decision was made after I was given a false account of events which you perpetuated by reporting it to several different people who then came to me with said false report. He also didn't abuse Ahsoka powers, you made that miserable excuse for a report and it failed because you were dead wrong. He got removed for battle meditation which I now believe he didn't intentionally do, but of course at the time I had several people spreading that false claim which you invented, and perpetuated. 2. He broke PTS once by mistake and was arrested once and it was falsed. So don't pretend that this happens consistently. 3 You've disliked sniff since he got Ahsoka because you were rightfully removed and then failed the trial on lore 3 times before screaming at me that it was unfair. So let's not act as if this is anymore than deliberate malice on your part. Please don't lie on apps, it's not a good representation of the applicant.
