I don't believe this is true. I honestly like both applicants and have nothing against either one, however FYI has less activity overall than Llama. Unfortunately I know this isn't due to timezones... (I'm on for too many hours per day). I also have to say this, commanders do NOT have to be online 24/7. They should entrust their lower ranks to run the battalion and if any major issues pop up, they will deal with it. This is why both applicants are getting a +1. Good luck to the both of you.

So, go ahead and get ready because this is mainly a post that's me complaining about a very common, important thing on the server. Then I'm going to ask what you all think about, whether it's not actually a big deal to you, or if it actually bothers you as well, I would like some feedback! Earlier today I had just got on the server and found a majority of the chat was being absolutely blown up with adverts to join a battalion. At the same time, there were PTLs and PTEs as well -- ones that were getting buried by a huge brick of yellow text screaming at us to drop what we're doing and put on a different color of armor immediately. And they were doing so at such a high frequency that no one could get a word in at all, effectively killing all possibility for Comms RP at all, which is a very important aspect of roleplay on a roleplay server. Now before people flip out over that last sentence, this isn't a discussion about the state of roleplay on the server, as it is about tryouts. Everyone has to do them, everyone needs them to advance their Synergy career, but aren't they just a little bit irritating for the people that actually want to do comms RP? As I understand, there's a rule that you MUST delay your tryout binds by a minute or so before they get spammy, but the issue is that a LOT of people are doing it all at once, and typically if a SGT sees another SGT do their advert, it either reminds them to do their own, or it becomes competitive in an attempt to bury the other advert to get the attention of the 2 shinies that are on. As you can imagine, this really takes away from using such a vital asset to RP, that being the chat. I've seen many other servers and they way they handle this issue, and not once have I seen it as bad as my home server, Synergy. You may see an odd tryout bind or two, but typically this is circumvented by the fact that SGTs need to wait for a claimable area to do a tryout rather than doing it in their bunks. I'm not saying this will fix the issue with Synergy, but what I do want to know is what everyone else thinks. Are tryout adverts ruining chat RP? If so, what can be done to fix it?

Right where to begin. A good game master should be able to adapt to issue, your Event job got captured/killed early on. Being an event job and GM is a bad idea. I was told you event job tried to commit suicide, after being stripped and going through metal detectors. Also don't kill lore event jobs, Shadow GM should have helped/use him more. I will rate it a 3/10 NPC bit was alright, but overall not good.

This seems to be quite some inflammatory accusations, and if that's what you're going for, bravo. But before you go and call him out for minging with 41st, as its BCMD, I would REALLY like to know what you mean by this, and who was directly involved, so I can deal with this "minginess" accordingly. If what you mean is the situation involving carvis and shaw with rose thrown into it all, you seem to be very misinformed on the whole situation and I really do not appreciate you saying this about my battalion based on rumors, lies, or half truths. I'm not trying to start a fight here in this app, but please get your facts straight before trying to flame someone and my battalion. For my full vote on this, I believe that dreams is more than qualified for this position. He has talked to me about going for it for a few weeks now and he wants to move on to helping all the other attack battalions since his plans for the 187th have been realized. His plans are good and he had reasonable expectations and ways to realize those plans. I believe that dreams is the right person for the job and can do an amazing job as a regimental. +1

10/10 Hands down the best event I've been apart of. From the stealth to the narrow get away on the LAAT i was fully immersed into the RP. It took thought and planning and wasn't just a shoot em up and I loved it.

This could not be more incorrect. Yoda has been a floater since before Synergy was even a thing? Also have you spoken to Scarecrow about how much behind the scenes work he does? Have you spoken to other members of the Council or Mace Windu? Have you considered he may be going through a rough patch in his life that he wishes not to share with people and is trying to soldier through? @Egg I have seen him on different jobs under different names, and have spoken to him about this myself, he does this to increase the roleplay from branches that seem to be lacking to give them more of an appeal to other players to try to entice them to join the branch. He does this to try and improve all aspects of the Order through different means than just being Yoda and telling everyone else to do it for him like some Yoda's have in the past. I agree, I would like to see Scarecrow have more of an in-game presence on the Yoda job, however I don't think a report should have been posted prior to speaking to him and asking about his situation, in which you may find he is struggling right now. I feel as though maybe a discussion should be had with Scarecrow about his aspirations as Yoda moving forward and his activity but not a demotion that this report is calling for.

While I dont care about the yoda+41st issue that people really seem to be clinging to, because that's just a dumb thing that's tacked on and isnt actually reportable, but the evidence for inactivity is what I am actually looking at. Yes, the evidence is a bit shaky, but it's there. From my own personal experiences, I have not seen him as yoda once which could be chalked up to timezones, but I have been running around at all times of the night and day but still nothing, and I believe activity concerns were also brought up in his application as well. Next, in regards to playing on an unnamed master job for rp, is another reason that they shouldn't be yoda. Yoda is in fact a very big part of the server especially in game, I'd say more so than "behind the scenes" rp with yoda and the order are massive parts of why people take part in jedi and swrp in general. Next, if yoda has to spend that much time doing "behind the scenes" work, then it also shows the many weaknesses of the jedi high command and the current council. I am going to leave this with a +1 by also adding that if a cmd report that was most likely made in less than half an hour can find some actual decent evidence of how scarecrow is inactive, how much more could be uncovered if someone with actual access and resources looked into it or cared.

-1 -- Heard from multiple 187th members that you are lacking for activity. Also heard that you pulled a 187th member into a channel with other officers and NCOs and humiliated him. Definitely not a good thing to have for a Reg Commander. Also when you were recently on, you were caught minging, with 41st. May I ask what you have done for the 187th since your term?
