Implementation: Revert server rules that were implemented to create a "serious RP" environment. The server rn is just not that fun tbh, most of the comments on the recent post made about this show that people want things back to the way it was. If anything this is a mentality switch. The server needs to go back to not being so up tight and realize not everything needs to be by the book. I am being the martyr for this movement, I am not directly involved with the server as much as I once was, but I will say that semi-serious does not mean degeneracy. Back in the day we didn't just go around and be murder hobos, but the people who wanted to RP could and the others could choose to just play to play. Please leave your thoughts below and lets see if we can make a change happen.

Fleet Captain Stinnet asked for assistance in dealing with the fleet, and presented a plan to win. "Admiral Trench has developed a new cunning strategy against the Republic. CIS Intelligence and Infiltrators were able to coordinate a sophisitcated slicing operation to hack into the shipyard controls. As of right now, the fleet’s ships are unable to depart from the shipyard due to an override on the docking clamps, preventing us disembarking ships and defending the shipyards against the CIS fleet. If this keeps up, we won’t hold Anaxes for long." "Our objectives are to defend the base, disrupt the hacking, and have the fleet help push the CIS fleet back. To do this, we need to divide our forces effectively. Base Ops, set up base defenses and work against CIS Intelligence and jamming. 9/10 I really enjoyed this event and so did the 501st. Specifically how each battalion had a role and there was no down time for anyone. Also the GH's and the GM were on top of things perfectly, when I called for a pod to be destroyed it was gone within 20 seconds. Impressive for such a large event.

9/10. I loved this event. It was fun,entertaining and well made. I loved the endless waves of droids and having to fall back and take new cover it gives the event more life because it gives us a sense of panic. Anyway awesome event keep it up jagger.

I've never put stock into whether an RP server should do Serious RP or Semi-Serious because those who minge will always try to minge, and those that want to pretend that they are someone else in a video game will always try. Whether you want to play this game for fun, to let out your anger or to escape reality in search of what you can pretend to be, you will always choose in favor of your lifestyle. The point i am making from this is that mild minges get blacklisted from battalions anyways regardless and extreme minges get yeeted off the server. As a staff i think that either way, we will have to deal with people being retarded, but if more minges decide to show up and be cancer, then we still have shock and staff to deal with them. +1

Who woulda guessed. I don't play the server anymore so maybe my feedback doesn't matter but, back when the server was semi-serious it was way more fun. So +1 from me.

+1 We rebranded to serious roleplay and people tried to act serious. But Synergy was built with it's unique semi serious roleplay and it never went away. I say we revert back to semi serious Also maybe we can start serious roleplay with SCP?

Wasn't there a suggestion once made about rebranding to serious? Is this just going to become a continuous loop of old and new generations wanting different levels of rp? Regardless, does this even matter? It's a game that's supposed to be enjoyed. Anyway, this isnt me going at quill, I love quill. I just find it funny I guess, never had this when I was the champ that ran this camp. Oh how times have changed

Acting serious 24/7 can be very fun, but Garry's Mod... that ain't the moves. Who thought that people who play Garry's Mod (Who JUST want to troll or have great fun with friends) could pull off Arma like RP 24/7 ?

I would winner you if I didnt know what our majority of player base is. Anxiety ridden teen to pre teen for many of them they cant distinguish roleplay from actual feelings towards them. If we were to go full serious mode/military we would lose a majority of our player base. Also I think and this isnt directed towards you but some people use the cloak of roleplay to be actual dicks so it's a mixed bag I think

Honestly it should be required to give atleast a mini-Technodad related speech when someone is being promoted to any NCO+ rank. I wouldn't put too much effort into ranks under NCOs but if you're promoting someone to LT. and you can barely comprehend the ability to say a sentence or two as their CO just shows your lack of motivation and resonates throughout your officer branch. Keep promotion speeches under 3-5 minutes, but if you can't formulate atleast a sentence I don't think you should even be promoting people 🦞
