Its really not that hard not to crash in to other people. If crashing is a problem then the pilots need to be trained better.

==========[ Battalion Commander and Equivalent ]========== Steam Name: Dreams RP Name: 187th 2ndLT Dreams Steam ID (SteamID Finder😞 STEAM_0:0:59059664 Battalion or squad you are applying for: The 187th Legion BCMD Experience: Im only going to be talking about my experience on Synergy not other communities nor will I go indepth(If need be I can, simply ask!) 212th – PVT to COL. During my time in the 212th I became the SharpShooter Lead, Ghost Company Lead and ARC Lead. During my good times during the 212th I helped revive the battalion and work my way up the ranks. I had the honor of leading troopers such as Perri, Nade etc who all truly became good troopers. 41st – PVT to 2ndLT - I don’t really remember much about my time in the 41st, apart from making Green Company and 2ndLT. This was when Egg was BCMD and koval was playing. As I stated I cannot remember much about this. Republic Medics – PVT to SNR Officer - When Medic and Fao was in the RM I become a Senior Officer in the republic medics, I then resigned but later came back to have turbine as my BCMD and helped set up some solid roleplay guides and backgrounds and assisted in running the RM’s. RANCOR – PFC to 1stLT Ion Team RAS – This was given to me as more of a meme type position. 187th – PVT to CMD – I returned to the community just before sugga got BCMD, I than joined the 187th with the main idea of only really wanting to do documentation and assisting the battalion to get a more solid footing and help it get on its feet. From this I worked up the ranks from private then obtaining the rank of Commander. I also held the position of Intel Director, allowing me to futher work behind the scenes for the battalion allowing them to still use the basis of the roster etc i created with tingus months ago. I worked my ass off to assist this battalion, and its a shame its become what it has today. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: After having dedicated so much time not just to the 187th but also other battalions especially the 212th a lot of my background is based around being in and working with Attack Battalions not only that but having worked and commanded people in BCMD positions, it allows me to have easier communication and netoworking with them and be able to reach out to other attack battalions for assitance and feedback. In every battalion I have been in I have wanting nothing but to be the best and I it is that which has brought me to the 187th. When I first joined the server again after talking to members of the community I was told they lacked any original documents, Senior officer core or any officer core to be truthful. When I left we had managed to do the following without obtaining BCMD: Original Documents (Still pretty much being used now) A Officer core which False polished off Activity (Which is the massive situation now) Unfortunately I had to pull legacy rank, not by choice either. With lack of active officers I did what I could to assist as soon as I can simply by being a face people can talk to. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: Not removed. As much as a joke that sounds its quite serious, its not gotten to the point of potental removal. The main things I will be targeting specifically are the following: Officer Core: Quite frankly we have zero officers, The way I will be looking at fixing this is simply and as bad as it sounds *Mass* promoting those who are worthy of officer to 2ndLt+ those with prior experience can potentionally go higher as I see fit. This is so we can have some visable officers around the place to start getting entertainment done within the battalion and promote those who need to be promoted etc. I wont be on 24/7 and this is something that pushes people away ASAP. If people leave due to this, then so be it. Its something that needs to be done. Activity: I personally cannot help an individuals activity but, I can make us appear more active. I want to bring more people to the battalion, so I will be dropping regimental "tryouts" to get into things like MED, ENG, ARF etc. If there are necessary trainings required then they must obviously go to those trainings for example "ARC Selections" etc. Not only that but we will be opening most to the rank of PVT, not PFC+ so people can chose their loadout upon joining giving them a little extra something to play with and have fun making it more of an enjoyable feature rather than a "grind". Ontop of that we will be putting a hold on the regiments like Sharpshooter, its not needed, we have ARF. If we restrict the areas people can go but open up the requirements we can hope to see more people in specific roles. Mingeyness: Sorry I dont even think thats a word but, I will be removing small things like the "Purple Pride World Wide" slogon etc and start making us come across as a more serious, roleplay orientated battalion. No more stupid /me binds i see around, informalities. We need to present ourselves as best as we can now, to attract people looking in from the outside. With the potential use of SOBDE out-reach I will be also looking to them for assistance with harsh PT for those who step out of line. (This part is subject to potential additions as I mind blanked when writing this.) Intel: Simple, I just want it there and I want it working effectively again, the roster is out of date by a solid decade. Love your storyline events but this is one of the lower tier ones Basically felt like a walking simulator with some mid range firefights Had a cool feeling but the objective was pretty shallow Though it was a fun event overall, just very short and unorganized from my perspective 6/10 Pls make more doe they are hella fun

7/10 It was a pretty nice event, got to pilot a LAAT, but I wish you could of spawned more enemies (AKA spawn more Gremlins) as it wasn't all that hard to kill them. But overall I loved the event, so continue doing them.

There is currently 56 staff, 49 without High staff (Only counting HAs). Might be in your timezone where there is too many staff but from my experience there is 0 staff on at points in the day. Just putting this out here cuz I don't believe there is too much staff. We used to be at 70 ish before.

Alright well, I should have done this long ago, but now I'm finally doing it. I'll just say it simple and flat out. The server is hella boring, the new map changed nothing, drama is 24/7, the game master team doesn't know anything about new and unique events, and everyone shit talks eachother behind everyones backs in hopes their egotistical personality and power playing abilities will ever get them anywhere. But those aren't the primary concerns. All big servers have that in some way or another. The primary concern for me is how fucking lacking the updates are. Huge updates are fun for 3 days to one week. Then you just wasted your own times developing them. Start pushing out small updates like everyones been kindly asking you to do. Maybe people will find more enjoyment in weekly to bi-weekly changes. Even monthly would be more of a miracle then this oh so grand "big update". I don't wish to go on a grand rant about my poor little feelings, as I know the people in this server couldn't give less of a fuck, so I'll just leave it at these next few @'s, then I'll be gone. I see in no way shape or form that it is not allowed to call someone out on a post or atleast say something small about them, and why's it fucking matter regardless. -1 I'm sorry, Dennis but the stunt you pulled earlier today was really fucked up. As much as I think you'd be a competent staff member, you've held a negative outlook on the community for a while and I feel this has really affected how you act around others in-game. It's understandable as a lot of things you do is because you're passionate and get upset but you nearly had an ST Enlisted harassed by a large group of people after I had already spoken to you before, asking you *very nicely* to stop doing things like that. He was so stressed out by your actions that he ended up leaving the battalion. You act out in anger far too much and I fear it will turn you into what is essentially a dark cloud that hangs over everyone's head. With the state that Synergy is currently in with staff -- a state you, yourself have noticed -- I personally don't think you'll do the community any favors. You need more time to cool off before I can back you in full confidence.

Personally I think their are too many staff members. The problem is I think most of the people who currently play either are staff, or re-apply again. I think their should be a cap at how many members should be in it. Which leads to the scenario like how Bbstine described it
