Neutral, Get a better logs addon, not the best I've seen Maybe something like this https://www.gmodstore.com/market/view/report-addon-logs-admin-statistics-warning-system My friend is the person who made it and it was used on my other friends server which I was staff on before coming here, it is pretty organized and easy to change up settings. Basically opened up a ticket, you could preset reasons, and you could also go through the list of people on the server who was the offender or just put other, samething with the reason, and give a description of the issue and take it, goto them and deal with it and once they were done, the person would rate the staff member. But it's 5$ so yeah
