Channel Admins should be able to move users within their battalion channels (training/cmdr office/main/etc) but this is restricted within their channels. Additional groups have move power globally including some staff groups, high command roles, etc. which is used to perform their duties including speaking to people privately, etc. throughout all server/rp channels. Only Head Admins+ and GM/Training Directors & Managers should be moving people outside of the RP channels.

I personally think that the ban shouldn't be removed. But perhaps shortened to a few months instead of permanent. I believe in people redeeming themselves, but after that many bans, your ban SHOULD be extensive. Permanent might be a little too long. 🤷‍♀️ Neutral

To put this into perspective for everyone, chambers is not a bad guy, he has done many great things and many of you have had good interactions with him before. We have figured out that chambers has been under a LOT of stress recently with both Finals for his university and running this server. Because of all of this (And running the community for as long as he has) Chambers has been lashing out at people for small things. Its not that he hates the community but more that everything is starting to get to him. So instead of removing him like some of you think we should do, we will be giving chambers a second chance like we gave to many other community members, like the community member who made this post. So in short, Chambers is human like the rest of us, once Chambers has destressed from everything, is finished with his finals and is ready to come back he will work as Director once again.

Okay, Jackson and I have come to a decision. We will speak to Chambers directly and put him on a break for now, Until his break ends, Square will take over CW-Director until his return. This post is accepted and locked

I personally feel as if Chambers does more work than anyone on this server, if anything. Perhaps a talk? But I don't believe a removal is necessary, and the billiam comments are a bit far-fetched. Remember any flame will be deleted. Again, keep it to serious posts only ~ Thanks in advance.

Here, I got some for you. Chambers as a Director alone scared me, this is why. I was having a discussion with him about why he would immediately deny a suggestion based on his own views instead of the community's, and this is what he says. This is NOT okay, I even immediately reported this to Square. I am not fine with this, I've been here for a very long time, and when our views are being trashed on by someone who just wants to see his way is not okay. And when I say "Okay Billiam" at this point Carter is one document deletion away from being worst. Please, I beg atleast speak to this fucking guy. +1

Please provide any evidence, Without evidence, we will not pursue this.

Okay, so I think this has been well established at this point that this should not be a staff report because no staff abuse was involved. Sanchez did nothing wrong with his staff powers as it was merely him doing what he was supposed to as a 41st officer. (Which didn't violate server rules) If 41st chooses to have that harsh of a kicking policy then it is completely within their power to choose to do that. If you felt the kick was unjustified you can then speak to the people over Sanchez which in this case would have been the commanders, battalion commander and Regimental commander. In regards to the feedback given in this report, there was no hostility that was in the input provided by community members up until 7 people had responded (3 from 41st who tried to explain why the action was taken) and this message here from you was placed in the thread. Only 1 person said "Overall -1, just seems like an attempt to get back at him because he removed you cause of your own fuck up. " which was Striker but you instead accused (11 people but only 7 people had posted?) people of being hostile in their replies while the only (Maybe but not really?) hostile response is the one from striker that I quoted. Literally, no one is the responses called you a minge anywhere (At the time you posted this response) where da heck did you even get that from?? You also basically insulted everyone that had left feedback by calling them autistic for leaving their feedback here? If I was them I would probably react negatively to that as well. Then they responded to you insulting them with insults (eye for an eye eh?) Which you then responded by insulting the entire community (Which is hundreds of players) based on the comments of 7 people? and call them all bullies (Which is another thing people would react badly to especially since they just voiced their opinion and there weren't any direct attacks on your character (Except the aforementioned Striker post which I will highlight a keyword from) This then just snowballed into you continually insulting people for their opinion and them responding to it. Everyone has a right to their opinion and everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Please take this as a learning opportunity and go over the rules so you can avoid this outcome next time. I would have just left the area after being told to leave then would have either made a staff ticket or talked to Shock outside the restricted area. It's because you're viewing it like that and not accepting when others add their opinions. Almost everything here was relivent till the end. They just didn't aline with your view. No one is bullying or circlejerking but if you can't take feedback and accept not everyone will agree with what you have to say 100% of the time, you are going to have a rough life. Half the community doesn't like what we do as Founders sometimes, but we do what we see as best for the community, and the members, like the founders, state what they think is right and best. Locked.

This community is founded for the people by the people, yes. But you guys still need to respect each others opinions and be respectful. And if someone disagrees with you, don't bitch and report their post, because if I get another email at 6AM so help me god.

If he WAS abusing (Which im not saying he was) he was abusing his BATTALION powers. The ones given unto him by his battalion commander, not staff.
