Alright heres the thing Mike while I understand you mostly only care about a TS uban but this is still going to be considered for all platforms. Now your original offense for being perma banned was quite a while ago and honestly for that alone you could have very easily been unbanned, but instead of contacting higher ups to make a ban appeal on the forums you made ban evasion attempts in the forum of using a VPN in TeamSpeak, in game(Only a small amount in game from what I was told) and on the forums, then when your CT PVT Crispy account was banned, which you only ever used that account to start flame wars or tried to start drama, you made another forum account to do the same thing. For everyone giving their opinion on this ban appeal with just a "+1/-1" with no comments attached or a "+1 such a good meme" or "-1 You are bad man" these votes are not being nearly as heavily counted, I really was only looking at replies with real feedback and after reading them I have come to the following conclusion: Most of the +1s are stating that mike is really dumb but deserves to be unbanned and another chance, and while I do agree with that he has ban evaded several times between the forums AND teamspeak and intentionally causing problems on the forums. So for the time being this appeal will be DENIED and you will remain banned, BUT if you stop attempting to ban evade MAYBE a couple months down the line this can be considered again for appeal. Until then if another instance of you ban evading happens anywhere, forums, TS, or in game, you will not be given another chance at appealing and all appeal attempts will be automatically denied.

Alright spooky just like with Mike's appeal even though your appeal says "TS" appeal you will be considered for everything on whether you will be unbanned or not. So let me just say before you were banned you committed to several stupid acts almost all at once, when we talked about your appeal there were many things in question that needed to be discussed about from intentionally causing drama, racism, and posting certain things you shouldnt have on the forums. Now among all of this you have redeemed yourself in one single way, instead of going around everyone and the ban appeals you actually came to higher ups to post a ban appeal for yourself so you can attempt to return to the community legitimately and not hide behind a VPN. After reading the feedback on the post we have made a decision on you: You will not be completely unbanned as you still did a lot of stupid things to get yourself into this situation in the first place, but your ban will be SHORTENED to 1 month in total (Considering you were banned on 10/8/18 you will be unbanned on 11/8/18) that being said during your time waiting for the ban to be over, if you are caught ban evading or trying to break other rules, this post will become invalid and you will return to a perma ban.

Sup Egg, So here are my concerns below. You did not pick up the activity like you promised me and the Directors, I'm not sure if this is because of real life things or you're just bored of Garry's Mod, I personally had some of your officers come to complain to me about your Activity. I also believe you have a lack of value for your battalion. You have the tools to make it something great and I know you and I can tell you're giving it your minimal attention, You're not the old Commander Gree, I used to know. I'd like to see you put in more effort towards your battalion. There are roles that are not filled in your battalion. You need to promote 41st actively doing things etc. (That's how I was able to make 501st great) You need to do things with your battalion. In short (You only fulfilled 1/3'ds of your promises to the directors that we told you to make after accepting your interview) Here are some positive points Egg was able to clean up the cancer of his previous term and remove those who were acting like idiots. He did follow up with his promise to reform his battalion. I personally feel like you have a lot of the support of the 41st still. (Excluding a minor few officers who have complained to me. You know I don't support either you or Pythin, but of the two I think you have a better mindset for avoiding drama or creating it. I do think it's time for a new Commander Gree. Perhaps a 3rd applicant? [Neutral] Leaning towards +1 Also (Minimal effort on the application (a lot of rephrasing - going back to the same points), I'd recommend adding what more you'd like to do, and expressing how you're going to make the 41st appealing again) I think you're relying too much on your officers and not doing things yourself, It shows in what you want to improve on in your app.

My name was 501st TC PLT SGM Nax and that TC squad was the best squad I have had. @conrad - I remember you being Kix and one day I skipped an event because you said you needed someone for TRO so I thought I would help a brother out. I have no clue what happened after that point I just know you left the server. @Scrape - You were the best Hawk out there. No one has been able to top the personality or clone voice that you had. (DILLY DILLY) @Badger. (hopefully this is the right one) - It was an honor to serve under your reign as a TC member. @Quill Khan - You were the one to SGT test and train me I wish you didn't leave man we need more people like you. I can't remember all of them but that was who I remembered. I came back in I believe late July or early August and I joined back as CT PVT BigMacSauce since Sauce was taken. I rejoined 501st as a Medic and got to PFC before leaving. The only thing I can tell you about that time was that @Nyx, someone else, and I were trying to guess anime characters. After obtaining PFC about a day or two later Ghost Company tryouts were happening. I messaged @Trall and asked if I could do them since I used to be a SGM. Lucky me I was able to and was the only one who passed first try. I had some people that I will remember for a good amount of time. @Heart & @Kj12344 - You guys were with me when we passed those GC tryouts I wish you guys the best of luck. @Eclipse - You are the best Boil and my god your the best GC member there was. +1 Egg is hands-down the best, most experienced, and capable leaders on this server. He has successfully lead the 41st and the sole criticism people can bring up is: "wE nEeD sOmEoNe NeW" 1) should hold no weight as it might just be the most retarded argument for a position that I have ever seen. Like it continues to amaze me that people think this is a good reason. "Hey joah has been a founder since the server started, we need someone new" is basically the argument these people are making and it just makes me so sad to see these people have any position. 2) He has done only things that suit the battalion and its best interests, he has fixed the minge issue, boosted the battalions activity, and besides some real life things managed to boost his own activity. Egg stands as a paragon and beacon of leadership, and illustrates the perfect ways to lead to successfully run a battalion. There is a reason he's been Gree for so long. Because he is the best. (I would put in a gif but forums are some busted with images, so imagine a nice gif)

"What improvements or changes do you plan on making within your battalion/squad?:" This question seems redundant when asking someone who is already in a CO position, why the hell haven't you made any of these improvements yet, are you going to wait until you get another term to do so. A lot of the improvements you want to make can literally be done in a day if you focus some time into it. +1 - I want this to go to interview.

Battalion: SOBDE Regimental RP Name: Baelfire Date:10/21/2018 Reason: I feel that as my time as Regimental I was able to get SOBDE in a decent place and to a place where they do not have to have their hand held. @Korm Nothing really needs to be said regarding you. You have been IMO the most proactive Squad lead in terms of reacting to something I told you as well as keeping Null in line in general. You are definitely not afraid to do what needs to be done. @JBFox is a great Boss and one I don’t have to worry about letting his squad become mingy, after all he is the one who more or less taught me how to be a squad lead by watching him. @Nade Jones has been doing a bank up job himself. Though now that he has another position he has not been on Niner as much. But Omega has been good and not mingy for awhile. @Heart Has shown me he knows what he is doing for the most part and that he can be serious when needed which was in great need since foxtrot has been in a iffy position for as long as I can remember.. Whether it be activity or just the behavior. I am also just burnt out and just outright bored of being Regimental. It was fun while it lasted and at least I broke the SOBDE Regimental Curse Also I highly recommend @Doc to be the next regimental after speaking with him and seeing his goals aligned with what I was trying to do with SOBDE. Neutral Reasons * Spawning was great I like it how you spawned all over the ship especially areas we dont go (Docking bay, Starboard guns) * Overal Droid HP/ARMOR was reasonable same with Proficiency * One problem I had is that you kicked one of my troopers after using the Turbo lazers. I know he was an idiot and using them incorrectly but instead of resorting to respawn (which didnt work due to a glitch) You shouldve told him in OOC to get off which would be easier than kicking him and him trying to reconnect which takes a while. By the time he came back the event was over and it kinda ruined it for him tbh Overall quality is the same like all main server events the points that I stated are the reasons I stayed neutral

Your work and dedication is very respectable based on what you have shown in this application as well as when I look at your battalion in game. The 41st seems to be very close with one another and work hard to make sure the battalion is prospering. Egg is a great leader and a guy that I hope maintains his role as Gree. +1

+1 I have known Egg for about one and a half years now and in those years I have noticed that he would do anything for the 41st. His friends ask him to play games all the time and he refuses so he can play with his battalion and be active. This man is dedicated to this battalion even though he has work/college and try's to put in as many hours a week he can.

Okay so I completely hear Joah and I understand what he means by his points, however having interactions with you in and out of game and seeing you lead I think another term would be what's best for 41st. +1

+1 Egg has been the best thing for me throughout my time on CWRP. Even when I left the battalion for BCMD Fox egg still helped me out when I had issues or needed help with certain things to do with a battalion. He really cares for this position and he cares for everyone in the battalion from his XOs all the way down to the pvts. Egg doesnt have the best of activity but he tries. He has works and school and he spends all the time he could on the server. Activity isnt about the hours you put onto the server, its about what you do when you are on. I dont see anyone else keeping this battalion alive. Yes it has its problems with activity, every battalion does. Its the fact that they always bounce back from it. My first even when I met egg was when I was a PFC in an event. I wouldnt even expect him to notice what I was doing, none of the officers did around that time. Ive spent around 3,000 hours inside your battalion and I dont see anyone else being Gree besides you o7

I'm going to speed this process by directly @ing@Esitt This will not be sent to pending, we've looked into these before and they were seen to cause extreme server problems. -1 from me. This is not worth the trade off at all.

Neutral (leaning to -1). I’ve seen you personally as myself starting to calm your urges within the 41st as Barriss. But, you do tend to cause unneeded trouble when a tiny bit of drama arises. Plus, you seem to get ‘burnt out’ quickly out of any state of your activity. Maybe this time will be the time you don’t take a 2 week LOA and stay inactive after those two weeks.
