Experience: 9 months of combat both on the ground and in the sky fighting alongside anyone willing to stand by me. I earned each rank from PVT to CMD by leading my brothers into battle every chance I got, coming up with strategies, taking risks, and making sure my brothers all got back safe. I also earned the position of Pilot leader leading my Squadron of 10 Pilots into every kind of danger there is in the sky. As a Commander I also handle internal issues either dealing with officers that have made mistakes to cause trouble. And to creating documents to continue the success of the 501st Legion making sure its organized as well as effective whilst I'm not there. As a shiny in the 501st getting my first taste of real combat under the legendary 501st Legion being led by Acorn at the time built character and taught me how to serve and eventually lead my brothers.

 

Why should you become a Regimental Commander?: I do believe with my dedication as many people have seen to both RP and my Character as well as my brothers at my side I can organize the attack battalions to their full potential. With what military experience I have would give me an advantage. Also the amount of respect and loyalty I have gained from any trooper I come into contact with I can expand that to the rest of the battalions under my wing. I feel these troopers need to be inspired to keep fighting. Not just for the Republic, not just for freedom, but for their brothers at their side as well. These battalions if they are willing to listen can be at their fullest potential. So this is why I feel I should be given the position of ATK Regimental

 

Do you understand the lore of your regiment?: Yes. In the Grand Army of the Republic, the Attack Regiment was made up of multiple infantry attack battalions such as 212th which is connected to the 7th skycorps, 501st legion and Galactic Marines (21st Nova Corps) Which are all lead by fearless leaders Examples Rex, Cody and Bacara . They take point in large scale operations such as Geonosis or Umbara. Usually led by a Jedi General and Clone Officer.They also have sub divisions that being 2ndAC, Parjai Squad, Torrent Company, and finally Kellers Company

Availability: I am available 6 to 8+ hours a day. Since I don't have a car anymore, or a job due to medical reasons. Also if I have to leave or go on LOA for any reason I will notify my superiors.

 

Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server: My achievements contain:

*Reaching the rank of Commander

*Being trained in all Star Fighters of the Republic 

*trained in Assault Heavy Weapons and AT-RT's 

*I organized the 501st Blue Squadron 

*I received recommendations from multiple high command and the chancellor himself after repeatedly defending the Resolute against entire fleets almost single handedly

*I received Role Player of the Week twice in a row. 

 

Do you have a microphone?: Yes 

 

Where do you want your regiment to be at the end of your term?: At its fullest potential, that being said Documents, training simulations and Organization. I would also like to see it as one of the best regiments on the server kept with high standards.

How do you plan to improve relations within your regiment?: By not ordering them in the rear with the gear. A great leader will lead by example and to do that you have to be with them where their boots meet the ground. I will be first into combat and last out, and I will leave no one behind. Dead or alive we all come home together.  I will also improve relations with Cross Joint training's as well as send them to do different objectives and make them learn to work together in simulations.

 

Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes I do.

 

Do you understand that your position has a two month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your regimental commander rank?: Yes I do

-1 okay Hawk, I like you as a person, I love you fucking voice, your RP is god, but RP isn't everything. So far in 501st you've had many warnings by other high command in the battalion for certain things, you don't really do much tbh. I don't want to sound rude, but you mainly have just done pilot stuff, that's almost it. You got put to CMB partly due to you being good disciplining people, that has dropped massively. You many times have been the problem breaking PTS, battle comms when told to stop, and letting things drag on. The main thing have done is just be in events and RP in them, that's almost all you have done except from pilot, I feel like you don't have the skills in order to be in command of 3 battalions. Please don't hate me

Cool. You can roleplay more than most people, that's nice for a Regimental to have. A Regimental should be able to work, communicate and help the battalions under him. Going, to be honest here; the only thing I've seen you done is  1. Roleplay 2. 501st Pilot Program. I have not seen you doing anything that a Regimental Commander would do on a daily bases. 

Both as Obi-Wan Kenobi and apart of the 212th Attack Battalion on my clone, I cannot support an applicant that does no show the qualities of a Regimental Commander. The ONLY reason why I am going with a neutral and not a -1 is that it would be nice to have a Regimental that could encourage roleplay a little more than usual.

So this is actually really sudden, with the recent changes that occurred in the 501st, I'm surprised that you wanted to go for Attack Regimental Lead.
Right now I believe that the 501st still needs its current Commanders, and that the new Rex ( Who ever that might be) will need a right hand man.

There is a difference between RP because you can do a fucking voice  (and not breaking character which Smokes did better) and actual RP, interacting with your bat/regiment more than just the pilots, and having something worth more than initial impression. Meaning, those who are giving you RP of the week for having a voice literally just makes the other people who are working hard and enjoy the serious RP feel like they are 2nd to someone who just pops up and can do a cool party trick.

I've heard you've had leadership skills but they have been slipping at times and leading by example is out of the window. You aren't going soft now cause you got an application up are you? We expect our high command to be involved in everything that has to do with their regiments, to do sims and trainings with their men, and oversee them. Should we put someone up there whose speciality is 99 players and below? Or that every other PLT trained person can do?

Let's not put someone in one of the most important positions simply because a party trick. That's called favoritism boys.

When I held Senior Officer evaluations you got the majority negative comments from the battalion.

Here's a brief overview what was said, both positives and negatives.

CMD Hawk 
- Very good at enforcing roleplay. Keeps Pilot's 100%

- Very active.

- Is hypocrytical about battlecomms,  a few reports of overexaggerating things. Records deployments too much and doesn't pull the work load as a CMD.

- Is only in his rank for his RP Voice

 

Now don't get me wrong, I love you Hawk, however in order to receive this position you need to pull the weight of a CMD, because trust me. High Command just a voice.

Trooper since you are unaware of what actually happened to him. We were chewing him out in TeamSpeak for his unacceptable behavior and when we said that he is being blacklisted he did what all minges do and started RDMing. Turns out he was streaming on Twitch. We got that video taken care of. That trooper maybe got of 5 to 10 rounds before being arrested by CG. So before you accuse someone of anything you may want to get all the facts Bazoo.

Snadvich me and the Rancor mainly Hero and Maze have been holding multiple combat sims that I arranged to keep my troopers sharp and ready to go. You may have not seen me do these sims, but I assure you I do what needs to be done with my men. Thank you for the feedback.

what do you mean, all of 501st and some other battalion were making a line in front of them. Betting money. Prince I can understand your frustration with the RP of the week. I didnt even know about that until they gave it to me. I honestly didnt care if I got it or not. Now as far as the Pilot thing goes I do stuff with all my troopers. Ask Hero and Maze they helped me arrange for a multi-phase combat simulation for my men. and as far as the voice impression I do it to help with immersion for other players. I dont do it for me. The only reason I am doing alot with my Pilots is because the program in 501st was dead until I arrived and I'm still reviving it. and also I'm a named Pilot along with Pilot Leader for 501st so I have to be with my Pilots. As far as leading on the ground. I step back and let others lead. I'm a commander, I cant get promoted anymore so I let others get their moment to shine and get noticed. Everything I do has a reason behind it. If there is something that you dont approve of please come to me and tell me and I will fix it. Thank you for your feedback.

Bazoo I wasnt there for that but was told about it. That trooper was dealt with when I got back. and It wasnt "RDM" they were boxing but no one was killed. CG did step in and handled the situation. Like I told the others. If there is something that I do that you dont agree with, come to me directly and tell me and I will fix it. Thank you for your feedback.

My main priority was the documents. However I would want to be judged on my overall work ethic and notjust my document work.

As for the revival... I give you 5% credit. Here we fucking go boys:

1. 501st is one of the most iconic battalions of CWRP

2. How. Fucking. Dare. You. Quill did amazing in my opinion (not saying you insulted him) but I talked to him a lot cause he hung out with Woeny, Tyzen, etc. And he put a lot of effort into making sure it was the best that it could be.

3. Next the OWNER was the BCMD. At that an owner who knew what he was doing. Simply put, the 501st is fine without you on recruitment

4. Wooo....sims... woooo 

5. A pilot who only focuses on pilots as a fucking CMD... IT'S YOUR FUCKING JOB TO LEAD. You can barely even have more than 2-3 people in the sit at once and maybe 1 in an event. So tell me, when the fuck do you act as a leader?

I'm not here to flame, I'm here to play devil's advocate and pick you apart. Because if no one has yet before me, it's a long time coming for a CMD who doesn't command.

What are your intentions? As attack reg? Seriously. Host a few sims here and there and advocate for PLTs?

And if you want to consider forums hiding then you gotta realize, TS is hiding too. There is no face to face in an online game.

The events where you don't see me though is cause 501st is our cannon fodder we wait for you guys to die in those one lives because the front is always annihilated.

+1 I personally have been in attendance when Hawk does trainings. He does them well and even gives opportunities for spectators to harshly critiscize his battalion and there leadership. Under his leadership they always improve and the men under his command trust him. I trust in his ability to due the job of REG Command.

Well, if you are where you are, the 501st deal with their own. Not going to criticize them. But again, I'm connected to GM. That's where stuff like this matters to people outside of 501st or ATK High Command.
