Event Name:

Game Master's Team Rescue Mission

Summary of the story:

Senator Bail Organa attempted to have a foreign alien race join our senate but went MIA.

NULL was sent to investigate and shortly after went MIA as well, Kal knew something was going up and decided to investigate. He informed the Marshal Commander should he make no further communications, to investigate further.

91st, 41st and SO were deployed to scout and learn what they could of the area. They found a CIS Hangar, satellite dishes and the enemy Compound, coming to the conclusion that this specie had sided with the CIS.

They were ordered to stay put as Attack & Specialized battalions were deployed in order to assault the compound together, but decided to move in instead and were heavily outnumbered. Due to how quickly the Battalions were required to deploy as our cover was blown, no vehicles were available for use.

All troops were shortly briefed on the current situation and ordered to assault the compound and help 41st, 91st and SO, as well as Null & the Senator, escape the compound that was overwhelmed with enemy forces.

The full assault began and everyone went out guns blazing until they managed to get back to the FOB.

What was the result of the event?:

91st, 41st and SO got to RP their scouting and all of Specialized & Attack got to shoot stuff with some mild purpose of why they were there.

Was this more of a role play oriented or "shoot em up" oriented event:

+1 Good idea, and added some sense to Null having their entire team missing on the main server. Featured some good ol' recon and a nice ol' base siege. Very well done.

+1 This event was mad fun, it seemed like a real clone wars battle, except for the whole me punching things instead of having my lightsaber, but regardless, solid event, do more of these.
