Brian-Limmon Posted January 11, 2022 Posted January 11, 2022 Bug Type (Server:): Clone wars event Severity level (1-3): 1 Evidence (if you can): This is the crash report I get if someone is able to make sense of it: https://imgur.com/a/zL4Ux94 Description of the bug: RP_Geonosis causes consistent crashes during peak server hours, it seems fine during EU but when there's a lot of people on main it will start crashing you regardless of how many people are on event server, it happens with multiple other people who've tried using it, not sure what's causing it, usually the crash happens when noclipping around the map really fast but not always, for this reason you can't viabely run events on this map anymore, it's been happening for a while since other GMs say they've had this problem for ages but I can't see it reported anywhere so not sure when it started How can we recreate it: Hop on Rp_geonosis during peak hours, wait around for a bit, start spawning dupes, fly around, etc. Why tf cant you upload images to forums this shit dumb asf

Jayarr Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 This is likely a limitation of source, knowing how big and expansive jimbo makes his maps. The only solution would be to decrease the general size of the map, which isn't really a priority, nor do I know when it will be. I'll move this to acknowledge and see if I can do more extensive testing along the line at some point, but as stated, not really a priority 1
