You where just recently removed and blacklisted from 212th. I don't believe you have the maturity level that is needed to be in a staff position. While you do have some positive interactions with you the amount of negative ones i've not only seen but also heard about in terms of disrespect as well as meta gaming. I can't in good faith think you should join the staff team. You need some more time to mature as a person and thats alright, you're young you got a lot ahead of you take some time to grow as a person so that you are ready to take on this responsibility.
