Implementation: I would recommend giving them only to the officer class, naval, BCMD/Squad lead+, and other select individuals. I don't think that putting it as a free item in the weapons vendor like the salute swep is a good idea, but we could do that instead. The only differences between this and a comms link is that it shows the players surroundings to the other player and only people in proximity of the item can hear and be heard. Obviously High command and staff would have to talk about who should get it, which is why I am not filling out the change jobs section. I personally feel that the comms link suggestion is good and would be useful more for ATC and many other applications, but this could be useful for people that aren't in a battle to be able to see the situation first hand from a safe distance, this addon allows you to right click and show a camera view as well.
