Don't get the hard drive, it's slow. You want 7200 RPM. Don't bother with the 212 Evo either, the stock AMD cooler is pretty much on the same level as it. I use the scythe mugen 5, it's cheap and effective.

those are both coming out of my old one so I guess it's better than nothing

Thats what my first PC was built(expect a R5 2600 instead of 3600) but, Upgrade that 5600 RPM to 7200 RPM and if you plan on overclocking get the CPU Cooler, if not, just use the stock one, it will do the job(plus you can use the extra money to get a 7200 RPM HDD). Overall I could run MW with those almost exact specs at High settings at 90-120 FPS. The RTX Capability's of the 2060 are usable but not Ideal. It doesn't have that extra umphh if you know what I mean, for example I recently upgraded from a ROG Strix 2060 to a 2080 Super and the results are night and day. However I would try to opt for a 2060 Super since it give you that extra 2GB of GDDR6 Memory(for a total of 8GB instead of regular 2060 6GB). Also, get 3200 MHz instead of 3000 MHz for RAM since Ryzen loves that extra speed, not a huge difference in gaming(3-6 FPS diff maybe).

Look into a closed loop liquid cooling for your CPU. I've had one before going to custom. The difference is very good.

Boy do not recommend this poor beginner to install a custom loop.

Rule-maker and rule-breaker.

I'm recommending a closed loop system. Here is a link for example.https://www.ign.com/articles/the-best-closed-loop-liquid-coolers-for-your-gaming-pc
The difference in menu's is noticible between liquid and air. If you want more help picking one out let me know your price range and @ me here and i'll respond asap.

I build computers for a living.   I have done computers for Twitch streamers, so I'm pretty good.

- Stick with yo stock cooler.   Unlike Intel,  AMD has GREAT stock coolers.

- If want to,  Shell out for a higher memory speed RAM.    Your Mobo can handle up 4200.   DO NOT TAKE THE MAX ONE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE PAYING AN ARM AND LEG FOR IT.

Everyone else's suggestions are good including on the hard drive.     If you don't own like 700+ games like me,   You won't need more than one normal HDD drive.  Always get an SSD for your OS if you can.
