Experience:

212th:

My first ever battalion and my introduction to starwarsRP. When I first joined the server 212th was the battalion that welcomed me in with open arms and that is where I met most of the friends I have today. My first highest position that I held in this server was to be the ENGL for the 212th which is when I got my first responsibilities in terms of a battalion. In the 212th I got all the way up to the rank of CSM and then slowly began lowering my activity as I was introduced to the Naval and focused on that a lot more. Another big achievement that was underrated was my position in the 212th as Alpha overseer which was a squads idea that CBlake tried to implement during his term. I managed to oversee several squads and form individualized tryouts for all of them. I even got out of my way to create a squads only event when I was not even a game master that was to test roleplay and decision making. I enjoyed my experience as a 212th as I that gave me experience in learning how a battalion works.

Senate Commandos:

One of my most enjoyable times on this server was when I was a Senate Commando. I like to mention this part due to the fact that it made me more open into roleplaying with others and made me truly appreciate how much more rewarding roleplay is compared to just shooting stuff. As a Senate Commando, I was wiped 4 times due to the fact that each new Taggart would wipe the previous roster which was extremely annoying yet I kept joining back due to how great the roleplay was when you joined Senate Commandos. It gave a different aspect of the server and was an interesting dynamic being a human amongst clones.

Special Operations.

I transferred from 212th to SO as I was wanting a change and wanted to see how other battalions operated. When I joined SO they were very low in numbers and needed a lot of help growing. I took the time to develop ideas on how to improve teamwork in SO by creating a communications sim which basically made others have to verbally communicate with each other to find the cloaked individual. This was a success as I tested this out with another SO member called Dinkleberg and we then had the sim open to all battalions and it got a lot of positive feedback from everyone.

Naval:

I guess this is the most important experience I can mention regarding this application. When I first joined Naval I completely loved it as I was and still am now only interested in roleplay ( my combat level is like 11 and I've been playing for 11 months). I joined during Freck's term and quickly started to dedicate all my time into Naval and neglected my clone as I was not enjoying that as much. My first high position in naval was in the engineering branch and I eventually became the Chief of Engineering. This was a very crucial moment in my Naval experience as I literally dedicated a ton of time trying to make the branch more appealing and more interesting for everyone. I created a new document and completely redesigned the Engine room, with a notable mention to ENGM Brem who alongside me revived the Engineering branch as much as we could. My next highest position in the Naval was the rank of Branch overseer Commodore which basically made me in charge of all the branches in the server, Quartermaster, Medical and Engineering and I worked alongside the leaders of the branch. I'd say during this time I truly began to have a significant responsibility on the server and started to take my role much more seriously. I'd say when I was a Commodore and we had all the other roles filled in Naval it felt like Naval was a well-oiled engine and all the pieces were working together. Then something really bad happened, and everyone in Naval got demoted or removed, I ended up having the second highest rank after the Naval purge which was Ensign. I ultimately left Naval due to not agreeing with how the purge was executed and the reasoning behind that. I then became CT PVT Alfa for 2 months which made me realize a lot about why I play on this server. After a while, I began to see that Naval was not changing and it was not growing the way it was intended to after the purge which is when I rejoined Naval to try to bring it back to its former glory. Another Admiral left while I was in Naval and then afterward I climbed up to the rank of Vice Admiral which is what I am now. Being Vice Admiral for almost 2 months now has made me realize a lot more on how Naval works and how it should be run. As Vice admiral, you see everything that Naval is going through and you have to be attentive to everything that is going on. It has currently been my biggest responsibility on the server and I think that as my time as Vice Admiral, I have helped Naval grow back again to be active at all times and that everything is constantly evolving.

Why should you become Admiral?:

I

I actually really care about Naval and I don't really see myself doing anything else meaning I will solely dedicate all my time on the server as being Yularen. I am someone who is always trying to think of ways to change something for the better regardless if it is minor and I think a Yularen should always look into trying to improve Naval and making it more appealing for others. I currently hold the highest seniority in Naval and have been under 5 different Admirals and I have seen what worked and didn't work for them. I consider myself a proficient roleplayer and would try my best to lead by example in Naval.

Do you understand the lore of the Republic Navy?:

I fundamentally understand the lore behind the Republic Navy in the Clone Wars.

Give a brief overview of your achievements on the server:

Vice Admiral
Chief of Engineering

Branch Overseer
Veteran Admin
Gamemaster Officer

Do you have a microphone?:

Yes

Where do you want the Republic Navy to be at the end of your term?:

At the end of my term, I want everything filled like every damn leadership role needs to be filled with someone that can dedicate time into their field. The reason that's important is that first, it gives someone responsibility which equals meaning and a sense of purpose to keep playing. I want Naval to be looked at as someone you can come across on the ship and you know that they can roleplay with you, meaning they are always in roleplay mode and are always willing to create a passiveRp event out of anything. Though I feel like as long as Naval has a steady amount of officers it will be like having a well oiled engine with things evolving always. I want to by the end of my term have at least 65 members in Naval as we currently have 40. Lastly, I want naval to be drama free if such a utopia is possible.

How do you plan to change the Republic Navy under your command?:

I mean, changes in Naval have already been happening while I'm Vice Admiral. We have added a completely roleplay based tryout which I guess can be improved in the future by maybe having different dupes with different situational rooms.  Basically, the goal is to make Naval a place where we award good roleplay but can also teach someone and help them practice the way to properly roleplay whether its role etiquette or verbal interactions. I would also start making a distinction between people who main Naval and those who don't and have that labeled in our roster which can help evaluate someone's activity. I also want to make a powerpoint slide (google slides) that is given to someone after they are recruited into naval which will give them a baseline of everything they need to know as a MIDN so that they are at least prepared to be on the job as a Naval as it requires much more responsibility. I am currently trying to think of a new ranking system that will reward activity and roleplay rather then it be a cooldown based system though the ranking system right now we have is fine.

Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?:

Yes

Do you understand that your position has a two-month term limit and you must reapply after two months to maintain your Admiral rank?:

Yes

+ fucking 1 this man served by my side for the entirety of my term, this man will do nothing but good for naval. I truly hope you turn naval into your own image and treat it as your greatest treasure as I once did. Carry on the legacy and do what is best for Naval. Good luck my friend!
