As stated by a few this is already a thing, if you just want it be more common ask @Marvelmore often or even myself or @Woeny now if you want to change what rank can approve it then that's a whole different suggestion then what you have up now.

The same @TessaKittywhos applying for a RCMD slot plays everyday still and just came on as a developer for the team? The same @Gearswhos still active Jedi leadership and I see online everyday? I can speak for myself on this, I have no interest in moving into any sort of ownership role. I'd shut the fucking server down if I owned it and had to deal with half the shit that our Founders have to put up with anytime I had to step away from giving 24/7 attention to the server.

This allows people who want to partake in the GM program but not do staff work the ability to do so and will allow staff members who don't have the creativity to build large scale events and stuff the ability to just do staff sided work. GM rank would be a separate rank like SUB or VIP EX you could be GM GM NA GM A GM SA
