I'm not saying that Fizzik is a bad dude, but I'd like to see others have an opportunity at this role, I believe you are great for the position and although I never played Icefuse you probably were a great lead, but 2 times seems like you have had your run and I feel as though some other avid player on the server should have this chance.

I know this might be irrelevant stating my time in Rancor, but everyday I come on I see Todd always working with his ARF's and he takes pride in them, and the 5 days I have been in Rancor I haven't seen Snow/Havoc on, only for his weekly trainings which I see just as an excuse for him to keep his position. Todd gets my +1

Coming from a first hand source, I wouldn't have been as upset as I am about this wipe if he had at least tried to organize a meeting to explain to us his decisions, Dragon, Llama, and Fiend all logged on to see that they had about 5 minutes to get a rank transfer to a new battalion, he gave us no time to prepare and no time to react, And upon being wiped from Null, I am starting to discover how much Cipher actually hid away from us as a Null and as Kal, I liked the guy as Ordo and he was a nice guy, hence why no one opposed him in the Kal position, but just like Napoleon, with power he just wanted it all and it honestly felt like the gilded age all over again when everything he says seems like we are going to have a great leader when under the surface his only intention was to abolish and build back from ashes.

Cipher didn't have to let Dragon back into Ordo, and in fact Dragon took the spot of A'den using the passphrase, it was Cipher's decision to let Llama have A'den since Dragon was still on an LOA and put Dragon in Ordo after he got back. And Cipher didn't have to enforce the Passphrase rule, as you stated its his battalion, so he could've simply turned away their passphrase, but instead he accepted it.

This is all in the day being, @Rush Cat I asked him in the day of the wipe "How opposed would you be if I were to re-tryout for my position or another?" to which he responded, "Honestly, I would deny you on the spot, I don't want to see you at my tryouts." Obviously with screen shots this would be more effective, but it was done through a private chat on TS.

Give us an Event Idea that you would like to Produce: I would like to produce an event that is more PassiveRP based, we do love our good ol' shoot em ups, but I feel as of recently every event has been just a reskin of the next changing the plot, location, and battalions which I'm not saying is bad, I'm just saying it can get a bit cliché, I would like to have an event on Rishimoon where the venator gets a distress beacon saying that the base is under attack, but when they get there it will be quiet with a Senior/Marshal Commander, if given permission, running the base with a battalion of 101st Commando Droids, (disguised as the 152nd) walking around trying to seem neutral, and basically the Commander will tell the clones that the distress beacon was accidentally tripped, but in a real the base was taken over by the commando droids and persuaded the Commander to side with them, the former clones of the base evacuated in time to make in the depths of the caves where hopefully after the battalions have spoken to the 152nd and Commander they say, let's do a perimeter sweep to make sure, and wander into the caves to find the clones that are refugees from the base, from there the recon team can send secure comms to the battalions still at the base saying we found a former battalion from the base and they say that the clones there aren't actual clones, from there the battalions can puzzle their way through all of the stories to find out who is telling the truth and what to do with the commander and how to verify who is a clone or not. After they open fire on the Commando Droids with the Commander calling in for CIS backup, form there they will have to try to stop the Commander from escaping whatever way possible and bring him in to questioning, where they will attempt to gather info on why he did it, and what his goals were, and from there it can be a part 2 after sending him to coruscant and reinstating the former clones in the caves back to the base, (In this event there can be medical RP, Tech RP, and Investigation, based on how the clones treat the situation.)

I don't think you can "VOID" a staff app just because you know it will be denied... in a real sense you have had this app open for awhile and haven't gotten thr support you expected.... it'd be kinda unfair if you didn't have the time penalty that others receive.

I +1 you being unbanned as you did realize your mistake in game and did apologize to the admin that tried to deal with you, but he still had to give out a ban for the use of the word. But however, you placed this appeal in the wrong forum sadly and in the wrong format.... Sorry.

I will admit, Rancor and Naval were a bit harsh... I was there after the event where he was the only CG on and I can say he was already down so he wasn't at optimal performance for DB, and on top of that Rancor and Naval were grilling CG as a whole for not doing their job, but since he was the only active one I guess he took it to heart. No one should feel this way on Synergy especially since we strive to make people feel welcomed.

Stryker did have a bad introduction into the server but I can tell he regrets those times and he has taken everything a lot more seriously, He is definitely fit for staff. Also the best damn lawyer on the venator. +1

+1 I mean this man has so much support that I'm pretty sure my response won't even be seen when they are contemplating, but all I can say is tha he has dedicated a lot of time and effort into the server and this is something that he has just earned.

-1 After being told not to jump into moonpool 2 times over, he still constantly jumped in as a comedy act, this is failrp and I told him this twice with warning, he failed to stop as when I left and spectated him. He did it more and more just to be funny in front of his buddies. I do realize this might have no effect on your app, but I do advise you that if you happen to get accepted, staff powers are not something to joke around with, especially when you are intentionally breaking rules.

Aust you don't know how many people stuck up for you and the amount of people that stayed loyal to try and keep the Battalion alive. It's quite disappointing that you didn't come on the server to announce it formally. At least SC can begin it's rise again to try and maintain their status of an Active Elite Battalion.

+1 Best SOBDE BCMD that actually has the most active Battalion, especially with the system he has implemented, Would be great to see him as the SOBDE Regimental Commander.

-1 I have seen this player in game and honestly, he doesn't amount to anything that he has put in the reason of why he wants to be an admin. I have seen him constantly flaming other players when they try to dispute what he says, and the only one being hostile is him. Several people can tell hi to stop and even when he is arrested he keeps going. This is not a good trait for someone who "enjoys helping people on a day to day basis."

+1 I knew him before he was Komr'k and throughout that time he was always active and one of the head leads in 327th. He has definitely dedicated himself to the server and offers a lot of help when needed.
