From the first day that I joined Synergy and got CT trained I went right to Rancor back in October. I have worked my ass off playing with this battalion as well as making relationships with lots of people in it. I worked my way up to WO Hammer where I stayed for 2 months helping bridge the gap between NCO and Officers. Due to my work as Hammer I was promoted to CMD where I have been for a month. As CMD I have been dealing with relations within the battalion and trying to help as much as I can with the Rancor [ENGL] Within Rancor I was the Engineer Lead. In this position I recruited people into the branch as well as trained the future of engineers outside the battalion. I am still focused with this even out by trying to help out as much as I can to get more people in the branch. Jedi: [Padawan-Knight of X] I have worked my way from Padawan to Knight of X. During this I have become Shadow Manager and Ace Lead. [Ace Lead] As Ace Lead I have revamped a lot about the program. I have reworked how the application and grading are done with automation. I have also brought back more active people within Ace and cleared out the inactive people within the branch as well as updating the roster. With this I have also worked through the conversion of switching over to LFS as well as Felucia where there's very little fly space. [Shadow Manager] As Shadow Manger I have helped recruit new Shadows as well as Sentinels into the branch. There is not much to say as this is more of getting people into the branch rather than a real leadership position. Why should you become a Battalion Commander?: I should become Rancors BCMD because I am dedicated to the Battalion. I am always there to help anyone that needs it. I have plans in order to improve the battalion as I am going to state down below. Do you understand the lore of your battalion or squad?: Yes Availability: 8AM-12AM Everyday Estimate of how long you've played on Synergy Roleplay?: 1907:42:43. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: I want my battalion to be more active on the server, as well as more interactive with other battalions. To achieve this I will be hosting more passive RP within the server for Rancor patrols. As well I will come up with ideas for deployments that can happen for rancor that aren’t just shoot’em ups. With saying being more interactive with other battalions I will host planet side trainings that include other battalions to get working with them to improve. I will also try to improve with the 41st as they are our recon brothers. +1 been doing good with Naval and reviving it. Has held many positions despite him being at such a young age. Best person for the job.

My time expired for NA last Saturday and I would have had to wait 2 weeks to apply. There was a bunch of concerns I brought up due to me being on LOA for a week yet not having my time extended like the others have so I asked to be waived to apply. A compromise was made by the Director that I could apply yesterday instead of the 20th. Hope that explains it. <3 I wasn't removed. It was more of my time expired. I'll try not to Moly I don't believe I have had any outstanding encounters with you? I've only ever talk to you in regards about the Engineering RP. If that's how you feel I am sorry about that and will try to correct my actions.

I am very active and able to help, most importantly willing to help. As people have said to others before and on my previous app, I put helping people as my first priority and try to help as much as I can. I also believe that I will be able to do more for the community if I were to get into this position. The reason being is that as I go up in the ranks of admin I will be able to help people with their simulations and training. Lately I have seen a lack of people taking tickets especially when it comes in ragards to sims, trainings, and trials. I just want to be able to help the community as best as I can. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): I am dedicated to the server and making it better as you can tell by the positions that I am in. Also by howw my playtime has doubled in a little over a month since my last application. Granted there are many hours of AFK but majority of them are me playing. I try to hold losts of training's for people because I know of the time differences. In my TRO position I try to host as many as possible to allow people that may not get the chance to come to be able to become a trainer. I also like to accommodate everyone. You can see this by my willingness to host ARC training's at unconventional times if there are significant people that need it. Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: Yes I do have previous staff experience. I have been Head admin, super admin etc. on many different RP servers. These servers are no longer up due to the fact that the communities were disbanded. How many hours of in game time do you currently have on our Clone Wars server?: 1480:58:31.

@Qal It has been over for some time. 5/30/2020 to be exact. Sorry for not updating here. There are many different LOA places I had to update at the time

They are both needed to run properly. One is the skins the other is the mechanics for it. And in regards to the last statement. The ETA-2 are the same way. We have many differen't ETA-2 that aren't just one with many skins. Each Jedi that is listed hear also has an ETA-2 except Kit and Seasee.

1/4 Event was not well organized. Used lore characters(with permission) that had 10,000 and 50,000 health without permission. Spawned 50 pods from 2 frigates. Spawned a ship 2 times in front of himself in base and at granite in front of many people. He was shot down from his ship twice yet somehow meraculisly escaped. Shoot the long distance comms array and shut down regular comms. There were others that he did but it is to long to put it in here.

I think that I would be able to help the staff with the overload of tickets even on normal bases. I have seen a lack of help from the admin with helping with trials. So far the only people that actually do anything to help and spawn things are Bananaberry and Ecetera. As I would move up he chain I believe that I would be able to help more efficiently with the trials and maybe events if I decide to move to the Game helper side of things. With the administration powers I would receive, it would allow me to help further the RP and Training of the server. You can ask most people and they will say that I am on a lot doing a lot of things. Yesterday alone I hosted 7+ trials I believe. And when it comes to administration I don't just take one persons side. I would talk to both of them and figure the problem out even if it happens to be a person in a high commander position. Me and 1 other rancor tried at first to go assist and was told to stay in CY. We weren't allowed to participate in the event itself.

1/4 The encounter was mainly focused towards 212th and not any other batallions. They were just told to say in CY.

This is resulting in Zen META-Gaming Explain the situation: Allegedly two CT's stole AT-RT (which should have been despawned a while ago. Were int he hanger hours before this incident.) and took them out of the base. Zen put out an IC AOS on both the CT's which resulted in them to getting arrested. I am not upset with the arrest I am upset with the way the information was obtained. If you want Zen to set a good example he should also be held to the standard of not META-Gaming like the rest of us.
