I have investigated your appeal and have come to a conclusion. Throughout my investigation I looked into your previous ban appeal to find the reason in which you were banned and found; You were banned by Freck, at the time was a Director for advertisement. You confirmed the accusations of the advertisement. On your previous appeal you admitted to telling the current Commander Cody (CBlake) to "Come check out" the other server. You were very argumentative and toxic to people that disagreed with the idea of you being unbanned on your previous appeal. Your previous appeal was denied by Jackson and was updated to the reason of "Community Ban". Due to these reasons your appeal has been denied. // Locked // Moved to Ban Appeals -- Denied

Upon investigating this appeal and your previous appeal, it seems as though two of your bans are for reasons in which we no longer considering bannable. These reasons are: Order 66. Permanent ban for 4+ bans. Due to these being no longer considered bannable offences, I will be allowing you to return to the server and accepting your Ban Appeal. However, you will be under strict watch within the server and if you are found to be breaking rules, you can expect your punishment to be increased due to your previous bans. If you return with maturity and show that you are here to contribute positively to the community then you will be back to normal standard. I'm going to deny this suggestion as it was not cleared with High Command or Palpatine before suggesting this suggestion. However, I have discussed with our Current Marshal Commander @Omalic and Current Chancellor Palpatine @Korm about the potential idea of combining the two positions into one. Being that the person that holds Palpatine would also be the Marshall Commander as they have the same role within the server hierarchy. Once this idea is discussed and finalized through discussions with Trad, Korm, Omalic and myself we will post to gain community feedback for this idea. // Locked // Moved to Denied

+1. Would allow events to remain unhindered by trainings and we can move most/all trainings to the training server. ARC trainings, Vehicles, Jedi Trials, etc.

Sorry but no. The 30 days is perfectly fine. It allows for people that aren't able to watch it, such as ANYONE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, to have a fair chance to watch the episodes. On top of this, it also allows for Game Masters to plan shit out, rather than rush into things. Will leave this open for further opinions.

This abuse report has been officially closed. This is due to the following reasons: No evidence of the situation was provided. Staff member has promoted roleplay by allowing a jedi to "use the force" to push the rayshield button. The issues here were obviously a misunderstanding. However, we do thank you @Pry for making a report to allow us to review the situation and clear up any confusions or issues that may have happened here.

I know it isn’t a huge paragraph but it still sends the message across to let you guys know. Evidence to support your claims: I accept my wrong-doing and I am very sorry for what I did last year.

Unfortunately at this time you will remain banned. You stated yourself that you are still in a bad mental state, although you are in control of it more there's a decently large potential for you to snap again and create another issue. You should try and get yourself some more help before coming back as it's not healthy for you or the community. Appeal Denied

Similar to my opinion on the other post, I don't feel this makes sense -1

I personally don't like this? We removed the speed boosts to make everyone the same... You don't just run faster because you know how to use a bandage and you would actually be holding more equipment than a standard clone as you would realistically have a bacta-kit as well as a backpack to hold all your medical supplies Big -1 as this is more of a buff for player convenience and really doesn't make sense..

Do you mean alive in the Clone Wars era or because they were in the show?

I discussed this with Marvel, and the general idea was this is a low file size pack which allows us to use BodyGroupr as part of the CC trainings to confidently ensure that new players can properly use the addon on the server. Also gives a little bit of color and flair. Practical, Colorful, Compact. +1

This model you suggestion was not good, we had discussed it previously (when it was made) and it was definitely not up to par with the rest of the server...

Sanchez gave me the okay to post it. If I needed to speak to High Command or BCMDs of other battalions, he would have told me to do so before posting it.

I love you and all @Tinovious but I'd have to disagree? Rancor has nothing near as strong as any battalion ARC? The only class in Rancor with the Battalion ARC loadout is the Heavy Ordinance trooper, which means all battalion ARC troopers realistically hold the same capabilities as a Heavy Trooper. Now one thing I agree with that you stated was the fact that the battalion ARC's deserve something a little stronger and that can always be arrange afterwards. Also, I have spoken to Sanchez and Dragon on the fact that this would affect all battalion ARCs as well as Rancor ARCs. I would have said that in the channel we were in earlier but I kept having people talk over me..

That's not a reason, that's a factual statement and also the reason in which they were not mentioned in the list of jobs...
