    This is such a nothing statement, and is indicative of your whole app. None of this is saying anything except "I am good" you explain nothing cause I guess you assume people will just believe you but a faction as dire as BH needs a leader who can prove they wanna make things better but if you can't be bothered to even go into any details what's the point lol? Senate is basically the only well oiled part of BH and governors have near 0 hand in it, this is continued in your app as you passively mention it and go no further. That would be fine if you wrote anything substantial for the part the governors actually run but that's missing too. There's no reason to have faith in an app that doesn't hold any solid plans or qualities that would make your a good leader.

    @Bacta this might be a serious topic and might hard for you to comment on considering everything but I'd like to hear your side. I don't want to awaken any past trauma related to the event but I think it's important we all hear what the victim has to say about the abuse

    You're a sour taste in peoples mouths. You are not very approachable to everyone and give off a vibe that kinda shows you want to run by yourself. 

    You don't outreach, you don't really communicate clearly. You struggle to follow set rules, or are argumentative when people disagree/have an issue with something you've done. 

    You're passive aggressive as all hell. 

    Your biggest issue, really is your attitude and the way you respond to criticism/handle yourself. Fix these things and the joking behavior and minor minge things that you do can easily be overlooked so long as you stay serious when it matters.

    Yeah I can tell, you said a lot of "I want to" but not really a lot of how I'm going to. You don't need a every step plan but some ideas of how you're gonna do these things other than a wide array of promises obama-style. I've seen this cycle for every single battalion ever, you're htiting every point people care about but basically saying nothing. I'm sure you could bea  good BCMD but this app speaks nothing off that.

    all of these are in other apps and are just as vague and get implemented 0%, you need to show you know how to do these things but this app shows none of that. You aren't gonna be the first guy to get people to properly implement subunit or regimental roles if you have no plan of how to do it.

    weird that jayarr gave you guys this choice and you chose the phase 1, he borderline refused to make phase 1 but caved in because you wanted them so bad. If you don't want shit models don't ask for them next time? This is backwards development square warned us about. You got phase 2 models and you said no, jayarr had to remodel to get those god awful phase 1, this is karmic justic ngl

    Do you think you can just do whatever you want as guild lead or mas amedda and never listen to your governor? Kiara hasn't been incharge for less than a week! What do you expect them to do fix everything immediately after they get full control? This isn't a thing where an XO has sat in power for like a month and suddenly has all these changes they wanna do they just got full freedom from all direct oversight and they wanna change things?

    +1, no one deserves it more than Hanz, he understands guild better than most. Giving Senate freedom is awesome too

    -1, being a former core member of CCS is already a  pretty bad start but being in the bad graces of both the people who would be your 2nd in command is just another level of awful. You've got a lot of awful actions in your past that you seem to not really have moved on from so just don't think you can be trusted to run the guild and senate.
