It is vague, you don't mention anything you did. This is not their appeal their names do not belong here unless you're claiming responsibility as a member rather than one influenced. You put blame on a lot of other people and how you were influenced. What importance do these people have to this story? This is about what you did not why you did it. The reasons don't matter because this is not a situation you benefit from, there is no pressure that makes it make more sense. You brought these things up, whether on purpose or not, in a way that sully the water. These are completely unnessacery details yet take up more room than you directly taking responsibility which is seemingly a footnote on every paragraph as if you forgot to write it.

More name dropping and shifting of blame. You riddle the piece with reasons why you did what you did, the external pressures, everything that could make you seem reasonable. But there is no being reasonable with what you did. Why not admit to what you posted, what documents you leaked, the images and gifs you were apart of spreading. Why all the ambiguity of the crimes but not on the reasons why you did it?
This feels halfway remorseful like you realised you did miss something but clearly deep down somewhere you don't feel like what you did was that bad. You've got reasons why it happened, pressures on you that pushed you into doing unsavoury things and because of that maybe it just will dissolve. You haven't shown that this won't happen again you've just spent a lot of time telling us why it happened then tip toeing around what happened and your role in it.
If you hadn't taken such extreme action this could pass but naming so many "bad influences" as if you aren't a person with your own thoughts is ironically pretty thoughtless. This is regret not growth, sure it's one stage but you're only showing you miss what you lost not that you're actually going to make up for your extreme short comings that put children in harms way.

The issue with battalion votes is if a situation, like the one DU was always in, arrises and 1 group holds complete control over a battalion. as long as HC gets the final say but a battalion still has strong influence I think it could be a useful voice of the people as long as it doesn't make 1 vote and shows how all the battalion voted.
You could even do it where it's a secret vote to the battalion but to HC they can see who voted so while the battalion feels secure and unpressured HC can get an idea of what factions are in the battalion or how different crowds arrise. People might be pissed about HC seeing how they vote but an anonymous vote would make it harder for HC to determine who is supporting what cause the voices of people who've been stuck at SGT for years and the voice of a newly promoted Captain are vastly different in information.

-1, this app might work for a RCMD who has an enormous in game and in community presence because we can basically trust his word but you've been an unbelievably lacking regimental who has really taken a back seat to only talk in RCMD chat. It's like you remember all those key words that are in every app "members, trainings, recruitment, activity, presence" and slammed them all into a short essay thinking it might pass off as something you care about.
I think you're far too comfortable in this seat and this application is fantastic example because you've put in less than the bare minimum and just sort of expect it to go your way because it always has before. If you started putting effort into the smallest things maybe you'd be more believable but it looks like you don't even know what's happening in the two battalions to keep track of.

The only part of this that is somewhat engaged is the last plans for 212th & 501st but even then you would never enforce any of this, you're extremely hands off and saying "you guys could focus on lore characters" isn't really gonna do anything for these battalions. That being your main method of working with your battalions just makes it seem like the job would be just as fulfilled by being vacant.

The heal rate previously was sort of busted, that shit was really fast and it was never an incentive to not get hurt. Getting shot fucks you up and the medpack is supposed to be a stand in for field medic stitches and bacta gel whereas the syringe is like a magic mixture that near instant heals you. An instant heal source should not be less effective than the infinite supply. More syringes means the medic can stay out longer and the pack means they are forced to make a choice between quick heals on limited supply or setting up for the long heals.
People need to take damage and know it's a genuine set back, I know it makes medics jobs more work but it would incentivise people getting into medic and more refined combat styles.-1

Also, no one is gonna get SGT for its meaningful role. You're just ruining literally the most addicting part of swrp because none of HC+ have experienced it in about 3 years, you guys aren't the players when will you realise this?

CWRP is not making it to S&Box, Garry doesn't want RP gamemodes (looks like his new title might flop if this is the case). He hates all RP gamemodes and want to make S&Box about the sandbox.
and if you're gonna say "oh I meant CWRP is dying" it's not it's still the 2nd most popular gamemode under darkRP. This puts it above TTT, SCPRP & Sandbox

Sim rooms are already a thing and there's a reason we don't do pvp fests very often in there except to fill training quotas.
And if your top solution to making civilians less boring and easier for clones to interact with is just an rdm area then it's not looking good for civies.
