Listen okay, people are going to flame Technodad for the really low quality application right, like anyone can see that and anyone can understand that it's always going to be the case. I've worked with Technodad on many projects including ones within Synergy and outside of it. He has great understanding of every aspect of the battalions and their lore. He also has a great mindset of being a leader, literally claiming, if I'm doing a bad job then remove me. It's not that hard, likely hood is not many other people can run for this position and execute it properly. +1 From me.

Remove all ranks but lore ranks and keep people under the age of 35 at PVT. In other words, -1, both are referred to as Lieutenant anyway, I don't see the number, infact unless you're a Commander I don't care about you

+1 Easy to work with, cooperative, motivator, understands the battalion and needs of members, gets along extremely well with its members and selects great people to be in positions (like me in barriss offee :)).

To be honest, I thought they were being removed with a replacement, rather than just being wiped out. I was hoping for that mandalorian thing (there's even models with different factions on the workshop etc). I feel like it's kinda shit having to be the good guy all the time, otherwise you'd never see me on the good side ever again if we had some cool bad asses to be edge lords on. A refresh of leaders with new ideas or actual control would've done a better job than wiping it off the face of the Earth, just reset the fucker.

+1 Yes he was arrested recently, but he admitted to it and claimed it was a wrongdoing, he does have intentions to seriously play the server again and acquire roles he once had that he can use to then better the server. Within the 21st, he's worked with other players on a fun level and participated where it's needed, I think he is ready to come back to staff regardless of what others may say.

-1 Won't lie, idk if I can call it toxic or just being kind of an asshole sometimes. Like, I'm toxic and I can be a proper cunt, but it's like you go out of your way to annoy people or ruin the fun for certain areas of the server when people are playing a video game. I don't dislike you, I rarely dislike anyone on the server, it's just I'd raaather not have to deal with someone who tries to ruin shit for people with the power in their hands to do so even more than before. Just focus on your batt imo, that's what you set out to do originally, might as well keep at it instead of wasting your time.

8/10 - I wasn't there for all of it, or barely any of it. But from what I saw and participated in, it involved a lot of what I had wanted from an event shoot 'em up (from the part I joined into). We were forced to use teamwork and work together using a multitude of abilities, rather than just holding left click. I hope that there was RP throughout that event to make it a 10/10 (but obviously I was not there).

And yes, it is both a player issue as well as a game master/staff issue, the recon guys are doing something spicy and good which is what I like, hopefully after that's done others will be motivated to do the same :^)

I think there are some fucking GOOD GMs, one of them being @Scribbles, if people just decided to use a few different resources like the fog tools, music, the NPC ranges as well as lore and creativity then we'd have some solid events, and yes, working together is a major part. Focus on quota > quality rn for some gay reason

I get there's not much we can do, but SURELY people aren't just limited to randomly having CIS attack, usually deployments is where they shine, idk why there aren't at least a deployment for each batt during the week or over 2 weeks

Has anyone noticed the decline of interest or effort into events? I've never been a game master on the server and don't plan on it, and I know VIPs are able to suggest ideas into the game master section to help them but surely the ones who sign up to be a game master aren't just there to fill a quota riiiight? I've seen so many bounty hunter events in the past 2 days that it's actually kind of annoying, same with encounters. Just because it's an encounter or event doesn't mean everyone needs to be attacked by Shlaboaka Fett for the 50th time or his 100 brothers and sisters of the clan. I also haven't seen many deployments happen either, if game masters want to meet their quota and actually make it enjoyable for the players involved, don't be scared to ask the BCMDs or high ranks of a battalion about cooking up a deployment with a few others, it's actually nice to see game masters go out of their way to carry out the job they signed up for. Not trying to seriously flame and I know the argument from game masters is going to be "we have an event idea section for a reason" but come on, there's more to the Star Wars universe than just bounty hunters and the CIS.

I have also hinted at it for an interview, it's how I got my current job, "I work with an online management team working with google excel documents and large ranges of automatic spreadsheets in order to update the times and dates of members joining and leaving the community, as well as activity hours and amount of active time served for each individual. Other activities also involved updating and logging achievement goals within the community." :^)

I've heard some weird shit about you, like inactivity, no help during the whole situation etc, etc. However, due to every other application being denied, I might aswell +1 you. Otherwise if you fail it'll be removed anyway. +1

If you wanna help them, it's probably best to join them rather than making posts about it on the forums. But I can give you a few ideas from what I've heard from the countless members that left 187th and said some shit. Also just my general opinion from what it looks like from the outside. 1. Lack of actual leadership or structure. 2. Too many random promos for people who didn't deserve it/they don't believe deserved it. 3. Lack of recruitment. 4. Shit attitude from 90% of the members. 5. Infighting (privates leaving the same day as joining due to it being a "shit show.") 6. No organisation or ideas. Now I'll list what my opinion is on how they're falling 1. Failure to focus mindset and energy into the areas that need it, such as foundation to build up from. 2. Just general toxicity and failure to punish individuals based on what the majority of the community report in. 3. Giving the wrong people the power they don't deserve, every player I've spoken to about the 187th has said something bad about at least one SNCO+ within the battalion, all be it those players might be gone now but it had happened. 4. Bad representation of the battalion, if the players within the batt look and act like shit, the battalion is gonna be thought of as a shit place which results in players declining or not wanting to join. If they really want to improve on fixing their battalion my personal opinion is to first scrap the 35th idea or at least the name, god is it boring. Next focus on building your foundation, focus on recruitment and rewards for recruitment, then your regimental areas, ensure that at least the core regiments such as Medical, Heavy, Aerial/Para and ARF/ARC are all ready to go with the correct documents and leadership behind them. Next once you've finally after a very long time managed to build yourself up create a core leadership for your troops, have people in the correct positions, overseers and disciplinary officers, an actual intel team that kicks ass. Ensure that any negative shit coming to your battalion stays either in the dark or not at all, you don't need it. Furthermore once everything is completed after how many ever terms, you can then focus on building your elite subgroup, I mean look at DU, it took them ages until they finally thought about pushing Havoc Squad out. And don't call them something bland like 35th, come on now, no one wants to go from one number to the next, especially when you have little to no lore you can literally make it up and make it EXPLODE. I'll give a shitty example, HALO Squadron (HALO referring to HALO jumping). Obviously my entire statement and segment might be wrong as I've never stepped inside of the battalion before, I'm just going off of what I've heard from old members and seen from a 3rd party view.
