Please when sith do this bring it to a lord this is a way we can try to counteract this. If a lord is doing this bring it to jackson or joah. Try to record it or take screen shots of power gaming moves/failrp/metagaming. This is the only way we can try to counteract. If they are spam killing you for no reason, going inside base/temple without Dark Council Approval or a valid RP reason, breaking NLR, metagaming, or in general being a minge please bring it to a lord or Dark Council and try to get proof. I know there isn't a lot of lore if any of them being on Endor but it does add more of an RP element if done right and it can let encounters happen naturally with just sith walking up to outpost and rping as long as its done right. If its done poorly then what you described can happen.

Honestly I would recommend you try cracking down on minges and battalions that seem to have a lot of minges and try to get them to straiten out their act. Just try to improve the server, Like the quote says and the post says about the problem on synergy this has turned into more of a semi-serious rp server. Try to make sure that battalions are not tolerating complete minges (if someone is just messing around in TS or just a little in game thats fine) but try to overall enforce the RP aspect of the game. I think under the right leadership Synergy could be shifted back to a serious RP server.

+1 I haven't seen you being toxic really to anyone and you overall seem like a good guy that would be willing to help out the staff team. If someone provides me with a concrete example of him being toxic and proof ill change my vote.

I think what he is talking about is that when you become NA you are required to be a trainer and he wants to help train the future of synergy. TRO applications are just for if you want to Train the Trainers So I don't really understand what your saying to be honest. He will be a TR if he becomes NA and has the ability to train CCs. So yes when someone gets staff they have to have TR to train CCs if they don't I believe they get TR trained. I've worked with you in the past for encounters and you have been great (Unless I'm mistaking you for another person) And you seem like you honestly have events and other encounter ideas in your head and I would like to see you on the team. It doesn't seem you are being disrespectful and I think that you seem like a good guy that would be willing to help out the team and make the community a better place. My past experiences with you have been positive and you don't seem to take things too far. Best of luck! +1
