Im going to be honest, I do not remember the last time I saw you on. I'm not on 24/7 but if I'm not able to figure out who you are then there's a problem. You also claim to "have a plan" for the battalion whilst not sharing it and are talking about inactivity issues without explaining the reasons why its happening and how to fix it. Im going to -1 for now until you explain how you plan on going about fixing the battalion.

The order needs fresh ideas and someone who is able/willing to do what’s necessary to innovate it. Yes you’ve been largely inactive save for talking in the master channel occasionally, but I do feel like you can do good work. +1 Nightmare, if you don’t get Yoda at least become more involved with the council so you can give ideas and help innovate where possible. In all seriousness though I've worked with you enough to know that you have great ideas and the ability to implement and execute said ideas; and I loved working with you back in 104th because of those qualities. Now all we need for you to do is increase the chair kill count and you'll be perfect.

In all seriousness Black did something with his senior reg position, which at the time was mainly just viewed as a stepping stone for Marshal. Black gained my respect when he rejoined the 104th and helped out as the Reg lead, teaching me how to handle the position and increasing my respect for him. +1 good luck Mein Füh... er my friend.
