You can't void this specific situation just because of the circumstances it falls under. This was not because you wanted to tell the high staff team about Nick's dual-staffing and his rule breaking, but because you wanted to start drama and/or expose him for what he's done. Starting another server isn't against our rules. If you want to open a server of any kind, go for it. Just keep off of Synergy addons and Synergy players. As it is, you are going to both be removed from staff and receive a 3 month blacklist from rejoining for staffing on two servers and intentionally not letting us know. Not to everyone. For some it's a business, for some it's a hangout, and for some it's an internship. But the big picture is that it's all three. If someone comes into a business where people go to hang out, and causes legal trouble, they don't have to be let back in. Hell, businesses can ban anybody. Sure it's a game on the surface, but if you're looking at the core aspects of how it's run, this is basically a business.

Diddle and Defensive heavy are banned from spamming (for jedi at least) They aren't inherently OP, just with more advantages, but you can counter them the same way you counter any other move. Besides, even if we could remove it, what would they be replaced with?

As it stands, IR in med bay is alright. Not the best, but it definitely is the best we can get. Interrogation should be no more than two to three people at once. There's a multitude of reasons why it shouldn't be in detention level, mainly due to actual player arrests taking place during events and possibly interfering with the RP. It was there before, and it was not good as many people have already said. It's all about who you let in. Since Brig has that rank requirement, it would obviously be less hectic, but who says you can't restrict entry to med bay? It locks down for a few reasons.
