I've been instructed to rate by a benevolent spirit 5 - I liked the dupe and the panic of not hyper spacing into a CIS fleet with out pants down 5 - I care for you a great deal, almost as much as you care for your event :3 5 - No lag is always a positive, especially as a tweaked up tea enthusiast who may or may not be goated with the swaws.

I liked being a bomb 4 5 5 - one major lag spike, unsure if it was me or not. Happened after and did /me attempst to look for anything files about a "Compound X" Correction - it's a bug, it causes an error. I think it doesn't like speech marks

Bit sad that GM lost Boarding and EOD but understandable. I would like to bring up lore, as much as that is worth now. GMs do have specialisation in boarding which is why we had it. TECH and EOD was something we had due to boarding and the fact NO ONE ELSE wanted to do it. But I do understand you don't want on batt monopolising something. But most RP anyone did, like boarding, tech and eod. The only training where people actively look for the required person is AT, Negotiations and Interrogation.

Sounds like a Game Master problem... But in all seriousness, GMs just need to implement stuff to prevent. Like SO need to uncloak to TP. You can also implement a rule where you can be thrown or fall great heights while cloaked. So a jedi can't yeet a cloaked trooper over a rayshield. I tried to implement stricter rules for Cloaks when I was REG. Almost had them done then they decided they would just adjust the wording and told me I wasted my time, still a bit salty about that. I was BCMD when Mystic was incharge of SO, he held a tight ship and understood that we didn't was people abusing Cloaks. We van reduce the number if need be and you can easily tell a BCMD what you want and don't want.

RCMDS are supposed to Foster relationships between battalions and focus on a specific RP style of yhere regiments, if your doing a pot luck each week then you can't really focus amd you just become a Marshal who can't do anything a Marshal can. Also, even when I was SPEC REG, I still worked and coated with other batts, specifically the RECON REG like Rancor and 41st, and I still o tenanted and supported the server as whole, it was just if 21st or DU had a problem I would go. Hell, I'd even chat with BHs about shit, as with Jedi on occasions. Sometimes I wonder if some people muddy the job of a BCMD with the job of a RCMD. Even if a batt doesn't have one, you can implement a leader to work as a proxy, like a captain who you promote to Colonel and then Cpmmamder and Foster to be a new BCMD. This may just be me reminiscing, but yhe old way was more secure, you knew what the job entailed and what you needed to do. You were a guiding hand and a RP magnet.

I saw this mentioned in a few vores, SO already have models that were reasonable new and look fine. Not much you can do with black armour. And they can use the DD models so they have sealed suits. +1

Upon reflection I was a but too brutal, and I have seen how well the server has been doing which is did not express enough. I was more rasing a concern about adding a massive faction to an already pretty crowded server. This is a prime example of why old heads should be taken with a pinch of salt and why I should not go on the forums before I go to bed haha. I was even having a good time when I was on on Wednesday, it was more than 5 minutes as Meow can attest to but thats neither here nor there.

Right... I am going to say this planely, as this sound sgreat but is ultimately useless. Essentially and the citizen EJ job but permanent, nothing wrong with that. The issue is that NO ONE will be on it enough for it to be more than BH mk2. The main issue for it is not lack of things to do or anything like that, it's literally server pop. I have looked at the server the last couple of days, and the last 2 weeks have been pretty good. Even in my early TZ I saw like 40/50 people on. But thats it, that's not a lot of people on the server. If you divided all factions evenly amongst the player base, which is 9 clone batt, 1 naval 1 jedi, 1 Senator/HC I guess and 1 BH, which 13. 50/13 is about 4 per group. In reality most clone batts will have more than the rest by a large margin and AFKs. I am not saying it won't work, but putting it simply. Synergy has fallen off, somewhere, and we need to get back on but I am unsure how. Anyway, I'm old and barely play anymore so have fun and such.

This feels like fucking full circle... Back before I resign form the server, I had 4 people in CMD+ positions in the the 21st - Misfit, Mystic, Deathtiger and Xbox (If I remember correctly). 3 of these applied for Bacara after and applied and I was positive they could run the battalion in my stead. I don't like choosing Favourites, but Mystic did have characteristics I do favour. Nonetheless shenanigans occurred and the Whole 21st is not GM things happened, Bacta came in... then left... then the server... yeah... idk... ANYWAY! Since then, the GM has been in a sort of limbo. I will outwardly say it, Lyonaxis wasn't the best Bacara, not that I blame him, he is busy. Mainly in the activity front/not being in TS too often. This was more from what people told me and what I saw, but this is not the place for that conversation - Also this is not me flaming him, just stating fact about this following. GM, as a whole, is not in a great place (The whole server isn't but that's not relevant). But one of the most active people I see on the server is Mystic, he is either on his clone or Jedi, bumbling around, interacting in comms, the works. He is someone who listens, but is also someone who leads and has fun when they want to. Unlike me, I can be a real stick in the mud. I feel he can breath some life into the 21s- FUCK, I mean GM... *sigh* By being an active BCMD, a beacon for player to get on a interact with. BCMDs are often the lynchpin of battalions, they live and die by them, which is why I always strove to be as active as possible. The server could loose all of its RCMDs and nothing would really happen, loosing all of it's BCMDs is a big issue and Mystic is perfect for the role - HELL, he was chosen out of the officer in the 21st at the time to become Bacara. Anyway, a TL:DR Mystic is great - He has my vote as the last Bacara of the 21st Nova Corps, God I miss SO, but don't you fucking bring them back.

Pretty sure this is essentially what is in place now, excluding the identical interview a re-app gets. But if someone re-applying doesn't have supports [+1s] and the HC have concerns they raise in the interview, they generally don't get it. This is also subject to opinion as each battalion runs ina different way and sometimes BCMDs get dealt a bad hand or even a good hand when they did either a lot and got nothing back or did nothing and it just happened to work out for them. I'll use the example of the 21st/GM wipes, the battalions didn't bounce back because of X being put in place, they bounced back due to 21st being HCs punching bag for about 3 years and the fact that we all cared for the battalion enough to stay in it. You can ask most 21st/GM about the wipe and they generally have mixed opinions on the people put in charge at the beginning.

Nah, just throw him around as Anakin or Ashoka, it's lore accurate. Server wise, the boarding batt BCMD should have a jet pack, but also like, is boarding still happening as I was informed it was rare.

This is the same reason I left, it felt less like a game and more like a job, a job I didn't want to do anymore. You sometimes have to get out of Synergy and see the options you have. I hope you enjoy your semi retirement or even full. We may gave butted heads but I still respect you for who you were.

Debateable classable as an Encounter but fine, I'll rate it like one. Gameplay - 3 - Nice idea but the difficult was more random then plannable. Care and Effort - 4 - Nice dupe and you did put in effort to ensure it ran well. Server Performance - 5 - No lag that I can remember.

I joined in the end so take my vote with a pinch of salt 3 - Good attempt and nice idea but unforeseen circumstances had caused some issues. 3 - Similar to above, you were quick with your responses but the idea fell apart 5 - No Lag

Well fuck, I do enjoy communication. So I will make this clear, this information and concern about the batt were not communicated to me while I was Bacara, this was something they did either behind my back or recently. I will say, upu literally make 21st Purple 212th and removed, as @Marveland other put it, the most useful /unique sub on the server for a 2nd AC clone. Like it seems counter intuitive to remove roleplay from a server that is not bustling with it anyway. Also, unless they change the load out, KU were unique ARC jobs, essentially ARC Medic, Jet and Heavy, I don't know if it will change but yeah. I am hopeful but I ain't coming back, I am enjoying retirement and hope it all goes well. Take my comment as constructive criticism and not be flaming it. I am mainly annoyed about the lack of communication and not the decision itself. I am only made about the decision and bit as I am the reason SO wasnt yeeted back in 2019.
