TLDR: -1 is my personal, but i could +1 I would be fine with this but you have the wrong reasons. 1) The stagnation is irrelevant because you have the cabinet in place. They are there not only to enforce rules and assist the Leader, but to give him ideas and help him with changes, and new rules. Their entire existence is so they can assist and support the leader. Also would you say eggs multiple terms as Gree caused a stagnation in the Battalion? If so then he should no longer continue being Gree. (love you Egg) The role of the Clan Leaders is to ensure that stagnation doesn’t exist, if they see something they don’t like they are allowed to remove the current leader. 2) I kind of agree here, while just being appointed to a position just forces the underlings of the bounty hunters to just bend to their will. They don’t have a say in the matter. The voting on the applications will let them have a say as well. The power playing in BH is supposed to be apparent, and as a Guild Leader you need to be careful and play around it. It’s a fun dance between impeachment and staying the favorite. 3) I agree The guild leader should be present at the commander meetings, I’m in the HC discord and I encourage people to give me names and reports of people who break the rules/minge and I have swift and hard justice upon them. The bounty hunter system is that of checks and balances, if any of this confused you please ask me to specify and i will.

-1 I’m the guild Leader and I think we should be planet side. It gives not only the guild to catch up but gives the Republic a break. If we see something during the 2 weeks on base that needs to be corrected, we have a week to figure out where we went wrong and so we can correct it for next time

@Clank to answer your questions I update the current bounty board daily, we have a "times claimed" section where you can look to see how many times it has been claimed and right next to it is the "time claimable" All you need to do is verify those two numbers. Secondly, I try and clear the board daily and update the claims daily (yesterday i did over 100 claims). Khufu is currently working on a new roster that will do this automatically and more. Also Intel was not properly managed at the beginning and I am going to help make sure everyone is on the same page and assign people to over look different parts of the document. The renown system as it stands is in good shape (in my opinion) some people are grinding out the harder bounties. Currently as it stands we do have some stupid bounties, i'm not gonna lie. But we just re-did the priority system and that should open up some new opportunities. We are looking into adding daily bounties, but that priority is not as high as some of my other concerns right now. Power structure is kinda fucked. We will be looking into reworking that. Having it so each rank has checks and balances

Hi! I am Hisoka/Hero and I am the current Guild Leader of the bounty Hunters. I know that there has been quite a bit of confusion on things and I have decided to hold a little AMA to answer the questions to the best of my ability so we no longer have confusion. Bounty Hunters had a little bit of a rough start, but we are working hard to clarify rules, rework docs, and make sure that the RP strives for when I inevitably get too power hungry and get voted out of office. Currently in BH we have Reworked the commissioned bounties and added in a priority system so that it specifies who can do what bounties at what level. ATM I my list of what needs to change consists that will improve quality of life. Working with some BO to create an official Contract system, creating a set specific contracts that the Republic can grant BH, it will also describe what you can and cannot due with each contract and who is able to grant them Making sure the ROE is fair and balanced for both the Clones and BH, so that we can come to a mutual agreement on how to operate around BH Slight rework to the BH jobs, how you acquire them, and what clearly specifying what you can and cannot due with them. In order for them to grow to their full potential (so as to improve the pleasure of killing them later), Hisoka allows the target to live in situations wherein he is easily able to kill them. Reason for visiting Anaxes Hisoka is heading to the planet of Anaxes soon. His current objectives are unknown but our intelligence tells us that he is joining the "Bounty Hunter Guild" his current role in the guild is currently placing him as a cabinet member. Future intel may be able to give us his true motives.

I mean. What’s the point of adding this? I could care less about the guns and shit we never do PvP with our real jobs. I get how you want Delta to be special and have another opportunity to make them more appeal. But is this the way you want to go? How would you fill it ? What RP would they add?
