    im aware of how it works im saying i may as well just be a PVT if i dont enjoy the battalions.

    like a lot of them said, CTs are a stepping stone, the most basic. no medics, no heavies, no special equipment. we are just the basic troopers. although I have always supported the idea of a ranked CT system it will probably never happen, for valid reasons and some reasons that are stupid.

     

     

    The point is though if you really dont like any battalions you join what's gonna make a CT battalion any different to you, what if the leadership and way things are run is identical to the rest. your situation wont change weather there is a CT battalion or not.

    Rule Suspected Player Broke: FailRPing as a job that does not exist.

    Explain to us what happened: For the past two days know, Patrick has run about the ship as "DELTA 42" a job that does not exist and has not been approved in the server suggestions. The situation arises that Boss and Regimentals "approved this" despite decisions like this needing to go through the server suggestions. The clear plausible explanation as to why Patrick has this ridiculous position is obvious and absurd. yet for some reason I am told by his protectorates that I need to "go to someone else".

    Unfortunately I didn't get screenshots immediately cause I expected him to change his name and move on but apparently he is also planning on paying for a model for DELTA 42 who once again, does not exist. 

    The only laughable argument I got as to why this is allowed is because I am a ranked CT and I have ARC training? Which is irreverent to the argument and an attempt to compare two different situations that don't correlate.

     

     

    Really this situation is Patrick getting away with failrp as a makeup rank and job which is unacceptable. If we are a community that is gonna allow people to get away with shit cause of FEELINGS and overstepping rules and boundaries that are in place then thats fucked.

     

     

    I will repeat once again, DELTA 42 does not EXIST and CANNOT be approved by "Boss and Regimentals" without a server suggestion so if Patrick continues to walk around as such then it is FAIL RP and he needs to be met with consequences.

    Pythin himself has been attributed to bullying Meows which led to a resignation, on pytins end it seemed like harmless harassment, but we really dont know what the victim is thinking and what direct attacks are too far. Since this was not really a suggestion yet but more of an awareness post, it's to stop this kind of stuff from happening in the future cause the people pick sides and begin to hate one another and it is just not needed.

    I point to the meme post for my example, we hyped up anti bullying, then proceeded to March around waving our anti TayTay flag for whatever reason. @Egg already noted the hypocrisy. 

    we all get a kick out of it, and some of them are very funny, but TayTay is  getting barraged with hate. I personally just dont want to see anything like this happen, if there is an issue then staff take care of it, end of story. What usually ends up happening is that info gets passed around, insults are thrown and sides are picked, the all hell breaks loose. Again this is a community, on the CW server we are all one team, we all have to work together. The needless harrassment/I'm better than arguments  is just everyone trying to compare their dick sizes to one another.

  19. Bart's BCMD Bacara Application (Waived)

    A lot of you guys are not giving him a chance because he does not have enough experience????????

    Honestly a Battalion Commander is not a difficult job to take on, activity and communication are the issue, and if Bart can work with his battalion on both of those, trying his best to be on whenever he can and effectively communicating with his battalion members about problems or situations that he needs to resolve then he will be fine. Bart is also staff member, which shows he at least is intelligent enough to pass their standards and although he is kind of a new member to the community we should not let that take over. We have seen a fall and rise of two recent Bacaras, one of them being terrible and the other doing very well. Bart can either just fail as well, or really bring out the most in the battalion. Ssometimes we need new faces to step in and change the way the game is played.

    Overall I believe that giving Bart a chance to step up and prove himself is the least that he deserves. let the interview settle the decision so high staff/command have a competitive position to consider rather than an unopposed interview, if Bart does bad then oh well looks like Bart is out.

    +1 to help secure a shot at an interview.
