I feel like sometimes in the early mornings the presence of the staff team lacks a little bit. Considering my Time Zone is GMT i feel like i could help the staff team/members during these early hours. Deal with issues, answer questions regarding the server or help with whitelisting. Furthermore, I wish to be able to further help deal with certain Minges and other undesirables who may come on the server to ruin the experience for the other members of the community. I'm not saying that the current members of the staff team are not doing this. I simply want to be able to help out, as i feel there is nothing wrong with that. In continuation, i would like to be able to deal with OOC issues that may arise on the sever from time to time. As my CG there is only so much i can do before it needs to be handed off to the staff team and i would like to also help with doing that. I understand that a member of CG dealing with an Issue relating to CG looks very bad. Which is also why I would try to limit my self from dealing with issues like these unless it is absolutely necessary that i intervene. I have also recently finished my Final project for college and I've completed all my Exams. I'm officially done with college until September. This has given much more free time spend. So i thought what a better way to spend my free time, then to help and give back to this community. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): So. I've been playing on this server for roughly 4 months. I been apart of CG for all of my time on the server. I'm brutally Honest to people and truthful with people. I'm sorry to say, if you don't like the truth and honesty then we may not get along that well. Yet i understand sometimes when I need to stop being an arse and to start being a little more open and friendly. I am also very tolerant when it comes to certain situations. If i feel like something is bothering me too much, i will tend to take myself out of the situation to cool down and if that doesn't work i tend to take a break. Do you have any previous staff experience? I was Previously a Staff member on this server and got to the rank of Admin however, i made the decision to resign due to myself becoming engulfed by College work, revision and exams. I made this decision to leave so that i wouldn't become inactive and i didn't want to put in a 2-3 Month long LOA. Putting in that long of an LOA didn't sit right with me. I was a member of the Icefuse staff team, this is where i reached the rank of Admin. Which, i believe, is the equivalent to Senior Admin on Synergy (Tbh i think i might be wrong with that). I don't feel Like I can manage that and being a Staff member. So i'm mainly resigning so i don't become an inactive / Bad staff member. I would be wasting people's time if i stayed in the staff team and just went inactive, so i'm preventing that from happening. Farewells: I'm not really leaving the server so there isn't really a need for a farewell. But everyone in the staff team is great. Keep doing a great job guys.

I'm going to stay neutral. I've read all the comments so far and both sides bring up valid points. I feel like if the Senators were actually online the SC could show their potential of being a decent battalion. So i feel like the issue doesn't lie with SC but with the inactive senators. True, SC does help out when they're hardly any CG on, which does help a lot on some days when the server gets filled with minges. However, CG wouldn't and doesn't have a problem with protecting both Naval and Senators. We would simply prioritise between who we need to protect and who we don't. Or simply split up the battalion in events to protect both naval and the senators (which we majority of the time do anyways to protect multiple groups of naval). Furthermore, I don't see many of you guys on unfortunately and when they're senators on i only see around 2-5 of you guys. What I think should happen is that we should get some more active Senators and see how SC do. If they start to prosper then fine, keep them. I don't have an issue with keeping SC. However, if we get active senators and SC are hardly on and CG have to do they're Job then they'll sadly have to be removed. While in my personal opinion i don't understand why those in SC now didn't just join CG if they wanted to protect Senators and other VIPs. However, right now i don't feel like its fair to judge SC when they can't even do the job they are designed to do! - CG Hound / Anderson

Furthermore, I enjoy being able to defuse potentially hostile confrontations between players as well as getting know all different types of players that come onto the server. I am a great believer in upholding the server rules, which kind of explains why i'm in CG. I believe that all players must follow the rules regardless of rank or position. In my opinion I believe that following the rules of the server will guarantee a fun and enjoyable experience for anyone who joins it. This kind of ties into why i would like to become a staff member as i would be able to deal with most of the confrontations on the server. This would allow me to deal with RP rule breakage on my CG, then OOC rule breakage as a staff member. Furthermore, as mentioned previously i want to get to know everyone, if not the majority, of people on the server and I feel like becoming apart of the staff team is a great way to do it. As a staff member I will be dealing with different situations daily with all kinds of people and I feel that through this I will start to get to know more people as the days go on. However, I do know that staff responsibilities do come first and me wanting to be able to meet new people on the server will not become a distraction to my staff duties. I first started playing GMOD last year just after Christmas and I've been hoping between some server since then. The first server i played on was MVG however I left due to not enjoying myself there, I then joined IFN some time later. I spent about 3-4 months on IFN and became a staff member as well as a Commander (Equivalent to BCMD here) however, after a long time playing there I found myself disliking the server so i decided to leave. Now i'm on Synergy and I plan to stay! People who know me will tell you that i'm a Mature, honest, friendly, tolerant person that always stands his ground. In continuation, i feel like being honest, tolerant, mature and friendly are all key mindsets that a staff member must have. A little bit of information about me outside of GMOD. I played Rugby for about eight years, I am currently in college, I have a dark sense of humour however, i know when to makes those sorts of jokes and when not to and..... that is about it as I play video games all day.
