    Who helped (If applicable): Undkindled

    Event Name: Avenging a Sith Lord

    Summary of the story: Sith attacked the base to avenge their lord that was killed in @Unkindled's part 1. They showed up and attacked the base and surrounding outpost with acolyte soldiers that were lead by 2 apprentices. 

    What was the result of the event?: Surrounding areas were attacked but cleared of hostile acolytes, one apprentice was killed in base, the other apprentice was killed in an escape attempt, and the ships were either destroyed or fled.

    Was this more of a role play oriented or "shoot em up" oriented event: Shoot em up

    Give us an Event Idea that you would like to Produce:

    Shock are sent to rescue and escort an HVT that was kidnapped by gangsters on Nar Shadaa. They have to sneak or fight their way to the criminal stronghold and fight their way through the rest of it to secure the target and apprehend the gang leader. Next, they fight their way back through the city to the landing pad where they make their escape, hopefully with both people alive. This would include a few event jobs and maybe an extra helper or 2.

  9. Rancor Heavy Ordnance Changes

    So, you say that having the clone minigun and rocket are what makes it doodoo, because the arfs having those already. Now, big brain time, what if you just nerf your basic trooper class? Most rancor jobs are already nutty, and that basic trooper is one of them. The arcs should get the minigun, but arfs should not, because it is just an arf. Keeping that rocket launcher is alright I guess, but the model change also seems very unnecessary. Rancor battalion jobs as a whole are actually so overpowered its gross, and I really don't think that this change is going to be a good way to improve the server as a whole, but instead just give rancor another op class. This one just has 2 mini guns and a rocket, instead of just 1 minigun.

    With these points, I am going to -1 this suggestion.

    Why did you leave the staff, team?:

    I resigned from VA and GMO because I was unable to balance my GMO work, battalion work, and general staff duties. I was sitting and taking up important space in the server staff team, and did not want to bring them down, so I chose to focus on the battalion and resign from my staff positions.

    Why do you want to rejoin the staff, team?:

    I want to join the staff team again because it is lacking in a lot of departments that it used to. I want to rejoin the staff team to do quality events and help keep people occupied and help during the later times when I am online on the server. I want to help people to enjoy the server the way that I used to and help keep the server alive and well by being a role model for other staff and community members.

    Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?:

    Once again, nightmare has shown more dedication to the jedi order and server than anyone I have seen, ever. Nightmare has been through every single one of its ups and downs and been an active and upstanding member of the order since before I even joined the 41st more than 4 years ago. Nightmare has the ideas, experience, knowledge, and abilities to make the order what it once was. Many old members are coming back to the server, because recently, the server as a whole has been suffering in leadership and roleplay positions and quite frankly, it has lost it's way. I believe nightmare is one of the very few people who are truly able to make jedi engaging and interesting again.

    All memes aside, through witnessing nightmare as a 41st jedi, his work as a luminara, his work in high staff, or his current work as arligan, Nightmare is a true gem of this community and this position should, without a doubt, be his.

    You have my full support and +1 my friend. Revive the order with your Tibetan Buddhism.

    Llama has been around and somewhat or even directly involved in this server since its conception. He knows the ins and outs of everyone and everything. He has seen battalions go through their worst bits and their best bits. He had more than enough experience and drive to go for this position and I believe that he can do the position justice. Since he joined my battalion so many years ago, he has always been a kind and fair leader that I had the absolute pleasure of working with. His journey through this server had made him into one of the greatest members of the community and I am proud to call him my friend 

    +1 my brother, I'll keep a spot open and warm by the fire for you, and I'll wait for as long as it takes.

    May I ask what you have done for the 187th since your term?

    This seems to be quite some inflammatory accusations, and if that's what you're going for, bravo. But before you go and call him out for minging with 41st, as its BCMD, I would REALLY like to know what you mean by this, and who was directly involved, so I can deal with this "minginess" accordingly. If what you mean is the situation involving carvis and shaw with rose thrown into it all, you seem to be very misinformed on the whole situation and I really do not appreciate you saying this about my battalion based on rumors, lies, or half truths. I'm not trying to start a fight here in this app, but please get your facts straight before trying to flame someone and my battalion.

     

     

    For my full vote on this, I believe that dreams is more than qualified for this position. He has talked to me about going for it for a few weeks now and he wants to move on to helping all the other attack battalions since his plans for the 187th have been realized. His plans are good and he had reasonable expectations and ways to realize those plans. I believe that dreams is the right person for the job and can do an amazing job as a regimental.

    I'm going to +1 this based on the fact of yes, there is very obvious toxicity and targeting from her, and also due to the fact that I believe that she should have already been permanently banned already due to the 187th doc situation that @Dreams- still has the absolute pleasure of dealing with. This ban should have been enforced long ago when the original report went through.

    While I dont care about the yoda+41st issue that people really seem to be clinging to, because that's just a dumb thing that's tacked on and isnt actually reportable, but the evidence for inactivity is what I am actually looking at. Yes, the evidence is a bit shaky, but it's there. From my own personal experiences, I have not seen him as yoda once which could be chalked up to timezones, but I have been running around at all times of the night and day but still nothing, and I believe activity concerns were also brought up in his application as well. Next, in regards to playing on an unnamed master job for rp, is another reason that they shouldn't be yoda. Yoda is in fact a very big part of the server especially in game, I'd say more so than "behind the scenes" rp with yoda and the order are massive parts of why people take part in jedi and swrp in general. Next, if yoda has to spend that much time doing "behind the scenes" work, then it also shows the many weaknesses of the jedi high command and the current council.

    I am going to leave this with a +1 by also adding that if a cmd report that was most likely made in less than half an hour can find some actual decent evidence of how scarecrow is inactive, how much more could be uncovered if someone with actual access and resources looked into it or cared.

I actually and genuinely do like you, but from everything that I personally saw, Cannon carried the Temple Guard branch as a Manager, and Bro carries it by actually playing on it substantially. Temple Guard is a incredibly important branch in Jedi, and the fact that it yet lives and hasn't been spoiled by time is great, but from what I have seen from an outside point of view, very little of that has anything to do with your ability in terms of leading them. In your entire time as Cin, according to your trial log, you have hosted 2 Temple Guard trials in total. Can we trust you to host ARC training's? There are a total of 6 Jedi Investigators including yourself, seems like a limited number to me, has anything been done with this branch since it's inception? Also since November 7th only two Temple Guard have been recruited. Yes I know filling TG can be hard, but when Serra Keto is the only one hosting trials and can only get two people clearly something needs to be done and things need to be fixed. Since October 29th there have been 20 TG trials hosted, in that time only 3 new TG have been recruited and the rest have not been attended by anyone. Of those 20, 14 were hosted by your Serra Keto, other Managers should be pulling their weight and so should you. It isn't a good look in my eyes to be running for a BCMD position that has so much influence over the rest of the server when something like Temple Guard seems to be getting so little effort out of you. It seems to me like Rancor may just be a shot you're taking at being a BCMD, and I see major difficulties for you, these being that based on your time as Cin I don't feel like Rancor will get the kind of effort it will need from you, also without being a member of High Command at all I fear you may be out of your element as Blitz, as well as lacking the trust of the Current High Command just adding on to the litany of issues I see with a potential term with you as Blitz.
     
    I genuinely do not want this to be a personal thing, but I just can't support you moving into a battalion that I fear you aren't ready or able to lead. So this has to be a -1 from me brother.
