I need to word this in possibly the best way possible, so you can understand it. I don’t believe you would make a Great Yoda at all, and I can go into detail on a few points. 1. You think every is out to get you literally all the time. Most of my interactions I have had with you, you end with things like. “This person doesn’t like”, or “ I wasn’t only saying my opinion don’t get mad at me. You also immediately assumed I was mad at you like last week because I responded to your message in one word answers. As Yoda, you can’t assume theses, and need to act mature. Work with you council, and sure people may not agree with you, but who cares. 2. You talk about Cliques and wanting to fix them, when you yourself were in your own clique on the council. Cliques are inevitable as people becomes friends and tend to work better together after becoming friends. 3. When things don’t go your way you tend to freak out and lose it. Whenever your council suggestions didn’t go your way. You would act immature, and assume the 1. Thing I put. A Yoda shouldn’t be immature, and act this way. 4. When I was on the council you acted like you were the only one doing anything, yet you would take and do peoples trials for them, without letting them know before hand. People have lives and things to do that may get in the way. As Yoda you need to assume this, and maybe host an emergency trial later, yet I don’t believe you’d do that 5. 6. You don’t need to be master to do that. 7. l Weird when You stated you’d only go for Yoda if Claw went for it? If you never had any intentions to go for Yoda, why go now, when most of things you suggest can literally be made and fixed as a Council Member. there is definitely more that could be said, but I don’t think you’d be a good Yoda. So this is going to be hard for me to write, and is going to be a long post as I am going to be stepping away from Synergy. Synergy has been a great place for me for a long time. I joined the server about 4 1/2 years ago and I have some great moments a part of this community. I started my time in CG, worked to 41st, worked to Rancor, then to SOBDE and Jedi. I like to think that I have tried to accomplish all I could have accomplished on the Server. I can probably say one of my most favorite moments of being on the server is when I got to be a Liaison. I had such a great time helping people, and being to do good for a community. I wont say I was the best member of the community, I had my fair share of mistakes and fuck-ups made along the way, and I like to think I tried to fix them, and make it better However, I think it is time for me to finally put my hat down and let go. Recently one of my friends talked to me about how I never do things with them anymore, and how they always see me on discord when we are out, and how I feel like I am always in a rush. Another thing is one of my friends Pronto, who recently left, Resigned because he realized there is so much more to do in life then be Focused on Gmod. This got to me a lot, and I had to realize that I am spending too much time playing the game, and not focusing on getting my life started. Shit it has gotten to the point were instead of my Name I hear all the time its Pythin. Literally nightmare right there. This realization made me get to thinking that I need to fix something, and to fix that it means I need to leave. I need to resign and to work on my own life. Even tho it sound like I am regretting the time I spending countless ours on Synergy, it doesn't mean I regret the people. I have met so many people on the server, many which I am so happy to have called my friends. I'd like to give them there respects here for the moment @Bbstine You are a great person, and I cant wait to be there as a homie on your special day. You never stopped believing in me , and in someone's helped shaped me to be a better person @FyiNGL That SOBDE Reg position thing did piss me off , but That will never discount the fun I had with you. People like to think you aren't the best person in the community. I like to think you are an amazing person, and poured your heart and soul into this community. @Mazen We didn't see eye to Eye sometimes, but you are a great person who only wants to help Synergy grow. No that is not at all what I am saying. This would be a system that would just help bring masters to RP better with the Knights and Padawans in the Order. Doing one /comms isn't going to count, and I dont want them to put things like that in there. It would be there for big things( Scouting missions with Knights/Padawans, Sending Knights/Padawans on Missions/ As Lore characters or masters Conversing with Knights/Padwans in Comms for a extended Convo). This channel would be open for Knights and Padawans to view, and show transparency that Masters are working well with Knights and Padawans. Sorry I wasn't more Specific. My time is currently up in the air as of currently. I can be free either early in the morning or later at night till Aug. 14th, then I would strictly only be available in game later in the day, as I would be back in school. Like I stated in the App, I want to address the issues further as I get the position. What I mean by that is Whenever things get brought up and need something done, I will fix them. I dont want to just suggest changes to have change. These are the 3 main things I would like to get done as Yoda. What I would like to do is have that 2nd point I brought up. I would like the masters to interact more with knights and padawans to spark more RP with them. I would also like to start-up roleplay with the other factions, like BH, by Sending some knights and padawans out on missions to have them interact with Bounty Hunters. We also have Kota's Militia, which I will bring back, which would allow Bounty Hunters to be hired by Jedi to work will with them. I know the errors that I had back when I was SOBDE Reg, and I know that I DONT want to make those mistakes again. I have been working on it ever since then. Liaison gave me the ability to help people, as well as College, they have allowed me to mature. If I were to get Yoda I wont act like a child and do stupid shit. This will be the last position I go for, so I want to make it my best I've had, meaning I wont do anything to jeopardize that. I completely made a Blunder there. Obviously, thjs is a system I want to put in place to help show transparency between the padawans and Knights to masters. It was just Yularen as a High command in the server, and I was in charge of keeping everyone on the ship running at 100%. Here are a few things that I would like to have done before the end of my term. One of the main things I would like to do is decrease the Number of trials we do, from 8 down to 4. This will Free up some masters time to do other things in the order. In doing so I will be implementing a system that would randomize the masters who will be taking those trials for that week. This will consist of 2 NA Trials(One Knight and One Initiation) and 2 EU (One Knight and One Initiation). Another thing that I would like to do would be to take the first point, and have that lead into this point. I want to implement a system were Masters will be required to do one things with any knight or Padawan or with their battalions. This can be a range of things, which include Good Comms RP-Scouting missions-Sending them on Missions RP related-etc. This will be a discord channel for masters to post on, and everyone else to view, so that people know what's going on. Implement a meeting for Overseers to all be a part of, and to voice what they are doing with the other overseers, and just make sure all bases are covered with the order. This will be a bi-weekly meeting that can happen on a weekend with the High command set a time for it. Those are 3 of the main things that I would like to do if I get the position. If I get Grand Master, I will surely have more ideas, but all of them I want to run by the council and make sure everyone agrees on it.
