  1. I was rolling OEM because it was the only 'good' PVP exotic I have. Dw, you see me rolling syncs or dunemarchers these days. Maybe falling star.
  2. @Kurt@Taz You know me, ballin like always
  3. Going from retail to gmod hell? Friend you are crazy! +1, good to see you around friend
  4. Yes (shoot the oracles in the order they appear/make the sound cue and don't let the wyverns sacrifice for example), but someone else always dies at least once to which I say, "Well, there goes the flawless run! (/s)"
  5. RP Name: MoH Ghost Company 2ndLT Cale Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:42584104 VIP (Y/N): Yes Age: 24 Timezone: EST/EDT What was your previous staff rank?: Head Admin Are you currently staff on a different server?: No Why did you leave the staff team?: Left due to IRL obligations. Have more free time now atm. Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I'm a roleplay nerd. I want to join the GM program to host cool events with heavily narratives, passive and active roleplay, as well as creative spins on 'shoot'em up's. With this as my focus, I want to help cultivate more roleplay on the server overall (similar to what I did yesterday with 212th's Operation Phoenix Resupply, if any recall/were there). How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): I felt it went very well, I was able to accomplish the rank of Head Admin (HA for 5 months roughly), as well as GMM and TR. I did a lot for the server, and there was more the server wanted from me. However, I had to leave, on good terms, due to my life being too busy at the time. Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?: Yes, as expected.

    MOB WAR

7/10 - Event was fun and interesting at the start. Though it was on the players this time around for stealing items and causing the blood-fest to ensue - yet have the gull to blame anyone but themselves. Events are like a road - one stupid driver can ruin it all. The GM runs the event, but we're all driving and can make it crash bad. Battalion Leadership / High Command could potentially seek roleplay PT/Accountabilities for the players - something fun yet to get the idea/lesson across.
  7. I'm at a lost of word for the quality of this event. The best event I was in. 10/10. It even came with a cinematic video for the expanded universe lore of the server... mindblown. Engima code breakers ft. Rat and Mortar
  8. I only joined during the last 20 minutes so I feel it unfair to give it an official rating. Of what I did experience, 7/10. Seems like it was a fun/good event.
  9. Bismillah, good luck with everything
  10. Best of luck, good health and fortune onto you
  11. +1 there's a reason why his pfp is the 'legendary' status from Halo.
  12. o7 Enjoy the retired life, hmu on discord to chat anytime
  13. Greetings, I came across this notification: As a friendly reminder, at the very least, it is good security practice to change your passwords ever-so often. I'd also recommend you don't use the same password across different accounts - especially if your synergyroleplay account has the same password as something important - like your main email, amazon account, bank info, etc. Do that (while making a strong password), you'll be doing a lot to help secure your account.
  14. It was about time, finally. So the boy goes on to become man. But you've already become a man these years. The rest of the comments here prove that, as well as the work you did. Welcome to the new game of real life. Best of luck trooper. Discord DMs always open for girl advice, heh. Stay good, Shockpoint.
  15. So does this mean you'll be back in 3 months for round 7...? Jk, take it easy man. Gonna hit you up sometime and talk about making that girl a real crowd pleaser. LOL.
  16. "For some reason I grew an attachment to 212th after being fished and didnt feel like RDMing." This killed me Adios mi amor, hasta la vista. Be around so when I want to practice spanish in the future i can with you. Best of luck in life bro.
  17. Bruh still best SMB Oddball. I'll be here ready to give you advice when you find a girl to crush on but can't find the balls to confess to. Papa Jagger will show you the moves. Godspeed weeb, enjoy the real life.
  18. You did well. Best of luck.
  19. You're gonna break my sense of reality. I work on a lot of computer builds, I might give it a go for my next build. Here's to it's the Toyota of PSUs. My car has been doing well and hanging in there for the last 6 years (2005 car, still kicking in 2021!). Hope your word holds true, the best way to find out is through experience.
  20. He doesn't, but like I said it'll help future-proof his build so he won't need to get a new one anytime soon. As new parts come out, they'll naturally be needing more and more power (not much, but still). As a rule of thumb, you want at least double power than what's needed. So you're using half capacity of your PSU. Sounds like a waste, but it saves you some headache. Higher watt PSUs also tend to come with features like modularity and fan operations. Yup, important to update BIOS before install. It'll be good with a 5600x before he installs the CPU. Had a friend who didn't do that, had to re-flash his BIOS and mess around with drivers. Headache. Though like I mentioned, my recommendations were made on the account he'll want to keep the build with an upgrade path for the next 5-10 years.
  21. Amen, then I'll chalk it up to the 'one-in-a-million' happening. Still cautious about it, I'll still recommend people Corsair and whatnot if applicable. Your PSU has been going for 11 years? That's awesome. I wish for that longevity with my parts. Have you cleaned out the dust or anything? Any kind of maintenance?
  22. That's why the PSU upgrade is lower on the list, though you want more power with higher tier parts. It also serves as a good upgrade path as any new parts you get won't need an upgrade in PSU to meet power standards. I have a bit of a story with Seasonic. Friend of mine was building a computer. I was over his place and we powered the PSU alone as a way to check it out. It's fine for awhile, then a pop and a boom. Thing blew up. SeaSonic was nice enough to get us a replacement, though the PSU made some weird sounds and we didn't want to risk it. We got a Corsair PSU, no issues. I could have had just a really bad experience with SeaSonic, but I've never heard of anyone who buys Seasonic or uses them. Most people I've spoken to would rather get most things over a Seasonic. Btw, 80+ gold at 650w, got a 5700 XT and 3700X is legit. Good build there. Though the reason why I mentioned an upgrade is that he has a bronze efficiency while you have a gold, it does make a difference. But like I mentioned before, the PSU is one of the things to wait out on.
  23. I didn't do that, but I've seen people make that mistake.
  24. +1 Leche es un buen hombre y espero que haga el bien en el batallón. Leche has been around in the 212th for quite awhile. He's a really chill guy as well. I'm all for giving chances. Though Leche, the points Shockpoint and Deku (specifically the communication bit) need to be addressed - whether you get Cody or not. Trust me, XO runs the show too. It'll even help to be working on these points before getting Cody to improve relations/opinion on you getting Cody. People will not only have high expectations of you as a BCMD/XO, but higher expectations from a 212th XO / Cody. They're gonna expect magic, you best be a magician. Just don't overwork yourself and IRL first, as Cody can become a 'job' real quick, real easily. Do what you can and best of luck.
  25. My man. Long time no see, hope all is well. I want to piggyback off Harsh as well - SSDs can even be a life saver. HDDs use read-write arms written on disc platters to store information. Since you have moving parts, they can break. SSDs instead use microchips to store files. The read/write/recall functions are much faster since it's already on a chip - no moving parts. Faster performance. The most important detail: no moving parts. You can drop it and it'll probably be fine. If your computer dies and your storage is shot with ESD, surge, or breaks, SSDs have a better chance/easier time with data recovery compared to HDD. If the HDD breaks, you pretty much lost everything there. With SSD, there's still a chance. I am speaking from personal experience, SSDs saved my behind.
