You know I gotta -1 this my man. I just don't think you're quite ready to handle Reg and Head Admin. I also just don't see you as having the right temperament and attitude for Reg. Not a personal thing man but this is how I see it.

I am sorry brother, you are a really cool dude and you and Snad have been good to me. I don't wanna burn bridges here but I gotta be honest. We had a conversation at one point about how you were going to move forward putting more effort into the Order and inspiring your peers to do the same, however I haven't seen anything in terms of execution of that plan. All I have seen is stagnation, and a total lack of effort and drive to try to improve the Order and make substantial changes to it, this issue must be fixed from the top down and thus far I have not seen you make any effort to do so. Thus I must find myself opposing your running for a second term and hitting you with a -1. Again it's not a personal thing I just feel as though the Order needs someone to lead it who can put in the level of effort, and has the drive, to make major changes and to improve the order going forward, as well as to drive the current Council towards doing and having the same.

I'm gonna be real here brother, no disrespect you are a great lad, however I found as Shaak Ti that you mostly held on to the spot without really doing much or putting in a ton of work or showing any initiative saying you just "collect forms" Again you're a great lad and I don't want this to seem like something against you as a person, but I just didn't see the work ethic from you as Shaak Ti, nor do I think Reg, which even more than Shaak Ti, tends to become a position which people sit and become lethargic on. Given what I saw with you as Shaak Ti I don't expect that being Regimental Commander would be better, in fact I expect it would be worse to be honest as that is simply the nature of the position. With this being my reason I gotta hit ya with a -1 friend.
