Gender: Male Timezone: EST Tell us why you wish to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): I would like to be administrator to 1: help the server with issues that haven't been solved that I can solve, (Such as the long wait time for tickets, a cc waiting a long time to be trained, ETC) In the past I tried to fix these issues but due to my frames lag I couldn't claim tickets in time, nor did I have any respect for training CC's. Now I have gained more experience and have learned what it means to be an administrator. 2: I want to work my way up the ranks of staff to hopefully become a game helper and later on, a gamemaster. The main reason for this is because of my lore knowledge but also after researching I realized that children and young teenagers have a better imagination than adults and around 15 it starts to get worse than as a kid. 3: I would like to build dupes for my battalion and host big sims. As an officer, one of my main jobs is to host entertainments and training. I can host some but the main ones I want to host need dupes. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): My name is Jake. I live in NYC. I run a small youtube channel with my friends and record a lot on Synergy Roleplay. I have been in the 212th for almost 5 months and I am born on june 7th. I have played drums for about 6 or 7 years but I have been taking lessons for 5. I used to play on a death run/TTT/DarkRP server named FAAF network which was shut down 2 years ago. I love fortnite, Minecraft, h1z1 and CSGO and would be down to play them at any time. Do you have any previous staff experience? I was staff on Synergy for 2 weeks but was kicked because of technical issues I had and responsibilities I was getting used to in my battalion which lead to me being inactive on staff. I am looking forward to reading everyone's responses

Explain to us what happened: Deadly posted a fake gofundme making fun of an ex-CG and people took it as making fun of Kurama. He got many +1's on his demotion and ban request and then these people posted gay porn and gore relating to deadly's boyfriends death in a car crash. Then they didnt ghet in trouble. @Joah we have so many more inactive people in this battalion. Mamba does all of our docs. He works so hard. I struggle with depression and no one cares. If mamba isnt on and wont tell you why that isn't his fault. If I wanted to kill myself (which i have wanted to before) and that lead me to be inactive you would ghave me removed. Mamba is a great battalion commander cody and he never did what crys said. Crys wouldnt know. He isnt on. I havent seen him in over a month. But apparently that leads to you beliving him. You don't understand it all. You have a single story. DOnt hate on mamba becasue of that. Please???

I want to be able to make sure that this community is a safe and good environment. I plan to put a few hours a week into being an admin even with a busy schedule (busy with playing on synergy) I want to be able to help people figure out what to do. I personally have seen a lack of admins coming to tickets me and my battalion make when no admins are on. I will try to respond to as many tickets I can but also help my men and my battalion. I can offer help with tickets and I know the difference between someone breaking rules and a joke so you can trust me with serious situations. Just like other things on this server I want to be the best meaning working up to at least senior admin. I believe as a senior admin I would not only be good at making dupes and helping people but I could also make a good game master because studies have shown kids and young adults have a great creative mind.
