I'm crying to these -1's. They're literally for the dumbest reasons, "Complaining about this and that" or "I don't know who Egg is" or "Blacklisted by Logic" (Come the fuck on its Logic). Anyway, he's served 41st for 2 years and did an absolute amazing job. Sure he's only been around for a week, but he's literally better than any other option 41st has and will have. People in the posts are talking about how 41st has a known reputation of being mingey during Egg's term, but in reality, is there any battalion that isn't mingey? NO. Nobody is perfect, and I know the people who -1'ed have done some dumbass shit in the past and still gotten their positions regardless. People change over time, and I'm putting my trust in Egg. +1

Mod on IFN is like getting PFC, literally free if your fisablly active and take like 2 tickets a day. As 1 of your EX-BCMDs, you were by far one of the complicated people I had to deal with. All of these, besides MRDM, happened while in the 91st. Last thing before I go back to WoW, you need to actually show people you have changed. -1 I cannot in good conscience give a +1 to Egg. When you were Gree I was a lowly 327th enlisted. I could not go a single gaming session without seeing a 41st being arrested, and I almost did not join the 41st under Sanchez because of that. But, I did, I got to know people, made my way up through the ranks until I got to the position that I am now. I worked harder for the 41st than I have for almost anything else in my life. To see you come back after months of not even being in a different battalion to at least be on the server and applying for Gree out if the blue is disheartening. I've seen some very worthy people come to the 41st and work their asses off just to get a little glimpse of trust within. I believe that the server has changed a lot, and you should see that, get to know your battalion, like you'd get to know a tractor again after you've replaced most of the parts. I don't think you are ready to lead people you haven't tried to get to know.

+1 i feel bad in a sence that i allowed myself to believe that he was being targeted. As the commanding officer running the 187th right now i can tell you that ricky brought toxicity and drama to my battalion. I gabe him multible chances to make up for it. And he threw it in my face with what he did to cherry. Cherry thorn and rhino brought this to my attention and ny that point i had had enough of the two facing and removed ricky from the 187th after this incident happened he is absolutely rude to people and needs to be delt with he has no respect for others nor himself and will do anything to try and cheat himself out of a hard spot. Even if it means facking someone inpersonating him. The dude is toxic and needs to go. Other wise this shit will continue to happen to more players.

Does joah even still care about the server / have any intent of running it cause honestly i feel like high staff and owners just arent active enough to care anymore

+1 I knew Ricky in the 187th and he was sometimes quite toxic and got angry. Like one time I was doing tryouts and then he comes along and says Ricky: "Sonny move I'm doing tryouts now." -1 Where to begin... This application is bland and generic, and any original points made aren't where I think any battalion should be headed. In the application, for the "Why should you become a Battalion Commander?" section, all you've done is state the job of the battalion commander and some givens in terms of what someone who might want to become a battalion commander might be doing. What sets you apart from the rest? That you wrote an application? Honestly, the haste in typing this up shows, and ultimately makes it hard to support you in getting this position. For my more concerned thoughts, you're essentially gutting the battalion in favor for some sort of council from what I can tell. I'm all for taking opinions and listening to leadership below the top, but giving officers who have everything to gain from ousting someone in a position isn't something that I can see working. You might ensure it is upheld for a time, but more than likely you won't stay on top of it or one of your successors will let it go unmanaged. Next, you've put down "Insert Regimental leads" From what I can tell, you mean to replace people, which is probably the case. Then again, this isn't something you should state on the application, if only because, again, it's a given for a BCMD to maintain this. This mentorship program is pointless if only because officers should always be looking out for NCO's, preparing them for getting into leadership in the battalion. If officers in the battalion aren't already doing this on their own, they shouldn't be officers. Honestly, I'd keep breaking down these parts of the application, but to put it in a brief but blunt way, these points are fluff. There seems to be little real direction under your leadership, which in my opinion would lead to stagnation and a lack of movement in the battalion.

-1 Man i'm a SGT in the 41st currently and I don't even know who you are, and I'm a former Commander in the 104th and the entire time of both battalions I have never heard you're name except when you were blacklisted in all honesty. I know the current 41st that are here are working hard and have already worked hard to create the battalion they are today , which is legit one of the most active battalions on server. Nothing personal against you i just have no idea who you are and honestly see no need for fixing when there are people at high ranks that are much more active and are currently working their ass off for every member in the battalion. Change is good for a battalion and leaders will learn what's right and wrong just from trial and error and i think applying again for this position is honestly useless and really rude to current members that you haven't even spoken a word to, especially those at high ranks going for the position currently. And the fact you got waived as a SSG is a big yikes within the battalion and brings down everyone's morale. From reading @Razen's post you probably should have contacted someone before doing this because now it just leaves a bad image for yourself within the battalion , and if i'm going to be honest this type of stuff usually ends in members of the Officer Core leaving and the experienced NCO's along with them. Either way good luck man.

-1 just recently came back to the 41st and hasn't spent much time with the people within 41st. Also I have no idea who he is. Talks about "problems" within the 41st but the way I see it there is nothing wrong within the 41st. The battalion is stable and running efficiently.

FAT +1 Slender has been the most active and hardest working officer in 41st. I have been through pretty much everything with Slender. I fought alongside him in Wolfpack, and now I fight alongside him in Green Company. Here are the reasons why Slender should receive 41st Battalion Commander: 1. Work Ethic and Dedication Slender is THE hardest working officer in the 41st. He has managed to hold all 3 Officer Branch positions (Regimental, Intel and Disciplinary). He pushes towards making each branch work at its hardest. He dedicates so much time towards punishments and demotions in the disciplinary branch, pushing troopers to follow rules and be respectful. He has also managed Intel at the 'Deputy Director" position. He has pushed for new beginnings with new additions of tabs and updates on the roster. He is constantly managing Intel Members and updating things on the roster. He has also been appointed to the position of "ARC Lead", where he holds one of the highest ARC trooper count on the server, with SEVEN ACTIVE ARCS. His work ethic makes him easily applicable for this position. In 104th, Slender switched to the Heavy branch (the most inactive branch) and made it the MOST ACTIVE branch. Everything that he has touched has turned into gold. He has always done more then enough for the Battalions he has been in. 2. Activity, Experience and Passion Slender may not have the best Senior Officer experience, but his experience on the server itself, and as a Junior Officer shows his drive and hard work ethic towards the Battalions that he was in. This is our most active Officer, if not most active Trooper in the Battalion. He puts in a good 10 hours a day and shows no signs of burning out. He has so much passion for the game itself. He puts in the most time just to be on and push for the glory of this Battalion. He loves being in 41st, and we love having him here. He has so many amazing goals that prove his creativity differs him from current Battalion Commanders. 3. Family and Kindness Slender is probably the nicest person I have ever met on this server. He helped me when I needed it the most with the 104th Support branch, and he continues to be the biggest help with 41st Officer work. He is a very approachable person, and as mentioned he always listens to both sides of a story before making a decision with disciplinary work. He looks at this Battalion as his family, and we have all come together as a family. This is the man we need for the position, the man that will continue to push 41st to be the BEST Battalion! The man that will keep this family close and push for the best future! My man, you got this. Good Luck Mooklyn.

-1 I've only seen you on the forums and never ingame. It speaks volumes that you just walk in and go "I'mma go for Gree" without even getting to know your current members in the battalion. EDIT: You can dumb me all you want, but you know I'm right. How exactly are you gonna "fix" a battalion when you don't even know the members in your battalion nor does the battalion know you?

-1 I applied for Gree against you a long time ago for a very good reason, the entire battalion was mingy when you were in command of it, and you did little to nothing to stop it. So I ran against you for it. Then if I recall correctly you were then removed from your position.

I'll give this a +1, but for the love of god a lot of y'all gotta stop with cult worshiping of the man. You did do a good job in the times where you really did show up and put you're all, but from my point of view and what I know, I feel as if you got way too comfortable in your position before and weren't exactly on your toes, which evidently would happen after the long service you did. I wouldn't say the battalion was necessarily mingey, but by god there was extremely leaking toxicity from those in the upper ranks of your command. I know you like to have fun as a BCMD and some times stretch things, but always keep on the lookout for those subtle problems that can become big.

Thats the problem. First off there is no struggle in 41st, It is doing extremely well right now. What I have done along with the 41st Officers has only benefited the Battalion. I was denied due to people holding on to a situation in 104th that was dropped and dealt with. People hold on to things on the forums. And how dare you say our leadership is failing. We have plenty of good officers holding up everything. There is no major issues currently, and the fact that you say that makes you completely unknown to the Battalion. I care about the Battalion, and its doing very well right now. Also the problem was that Egg let the Battalion hold that title for far too long. It will not hold the title again.

You do realize 41st has been doing just fine without him right? We are not trying to become the Minge Battalion again, We are hard at work trying to recover from what we once were.

-1 I rather have Slender be the CMD, also i see you were once cmd but i think we should move on. Viper does a lot of helpful things for the battalion and is a really nice guy, Slender is also active (like Viper) and does a lot of helpful things for the battalion. I've seen you on once or twice now the past few days. Also when you were CMD 41st was called the "Minge Battalion". I'm not a mean guy but a if you get CMD I've been hearing that some people would leave the battalion, its kinda weird how you barely know any of us and you're applying. Yeah no.

Neutral. I know you're a very well-known dude among old heads such as myself, a good Gree and all that, But I'd like to see more of your activity and Work. You need to take some time to adjust to everything and ensure everyone is aware of who you are (Such as the people that say they never met you) Make your presence more known. The 41st are in a good place for the time being, I Think you should just take some time and prove to everyone you really are coming back! Best of luck

Giving my honest opinion here mate. Its what you are allowed to do on these posts.

Regarding his leadership abilities, Im not sure how he is. Ive heard from previous 41st members that it used to be extremely inactive and mingey. We have tried our best to be steered away from being called the "minge" battalion that was once supported by Egg. This Battalion has more fun then any other battalion, whether its the constant RDM in bunks,our constant private deployments, us telling hilarious storys to each other around the campfire, or even playing other games together all the time. We have connected with each other extremely closely, and I cannot see Egg connecting with these people as we have currently. You have been gree so many times, and I feel as if you should give it a break. If I were to be completely honest this Battalion doesnt even need a Gree at the moment. Our steady officer core and Hard working NCO count have kept this Battalion above most others. My experiences with you havent gone well, me asking you questions about intel and you just ignoring me time after time, and members of the Battalion trying to contact you or get to you and no response was there. What 41st is right now is magical, and you are going to change everything. Officers will get lazy again, and Officer Branches will lack. Nobody wants that again, I can assure you that. Everyone that is in the current Battalion is having a blast in 41st. Why do you think we have so many numbers? People see the amount of fun we have and they want in. They see 41st as the Battalion you can join and lay back and have fun often. For you to step in and say "Yea guys im gonna take control of this Battalion again this isnt a hostile attack" is unbelievable. You have had your run at Gree, let somebody else have a chance. P.S. Egg is not at a rank halt currently. He is free to do requirements/get promoted.

ok my issue is He just recently Came Back I think he should play around on the server a little more rank up a bit more before he gets BCMD again I understand he has a lot of love and I dont doubt his experience but shouldn't he at least be back for a little longer before applying again? I think he should rank up and see how the server has changed and interact with the new 41st members etc before applying to be their commander. -1

Let it be known this I was the person that brought up to high command that the 41st CMD's were mingy and it felt like egg was doing nothing to curb this problem. I was mad and felt like they were untouchable so I was thinking and I was like you know what egg should be removed and I contacted high command made my case and I was then told to leave the channel (it was my channel omegalol) they discussed and the next day egg was removed they were the reason at that time that the 41st was considered the "mingy" battalion it wasn't it was just a few people that made it seem that way they were the reason egg was removed It was egg own niceness that got him removed Tldr. Shitty CMD's not caring about how it affected egg got him removed If egg has reflected about his time as gree then I think because of his failures he will make a great gree @Egg im sorry I hope that you could still not hate me. I know for a fact this is going to get me hate but I think that it should be known RIP everyone loving sanchez

I dont even know who you are -1 i dont know who you are, simple as that. i ever since i heard you were running for gree you never even joined the channel and tried to meet your battalion. it honestly seems like your trying to change everything thats happening within the battalion. now i know your previous gree and all for 1 year and nine months, but its time for somebody else to have a chance at turning it into something great! it may not be your image of the battalion but for all the people within the battalion right now... this is about them and their future within the battalion. you could be great! but i dont think you should get it, hang out with your battalion more and then this may be a plus 1

+1 This is the only person that should be the 41st BCMD. First he is the most active member of the battalion. there was not one day that i did not see him on. he was always watching and looking how to improve the battalion. he spoke with nco's and other officers about the future of the battalion. he was always there for me whenever i needed help with Arc work and his ability to achieve goals and finish work before deadlines without stopping is unbelievable. he is The only person for this position at the moment. He has so many goals that will further improve the battalion i think he can achieve those goals quite easily with his officers at his side. The ideas that he comes up with are amazing (as you can see from his App). even when he was an NCO he was always striving and wanting to better himself for the sake of the Batt in 104th back then and in 41st now. he has an amazing work ethic if someone needs him to do something it will be done in before the deadline. Brooklyn is the only person for this position. Brooklyn would constantly hold training and further improve the ARC branch. there was not a day i didn't see him doing work for the arc branch and improving it as a whole along side me. he has always cared for the future of anyone within this battalion. Brooklyn is great with discipline also he does amazing work, being able to whip them into shape all while them still being respectful. Everyone in the battalion knows Brooklyn and his work ethic. They know that he could be the future Gree and this is his chance. Brooklyn deserves the position for so many reasons, more than i can explain. he was a successful ARCX, a great Officer, an amazing Disciplinary lead, and a wonderful Intel director Deputy if you didnt see it before, +1 Good luck, brother you can achieve what you believe in.
