However, high fire rate archetypes are inherently at a disadvantage due to Garry's Mod lag and hitbox problems. As I said, in theory it should be good, but in practice the DC-17m is considered worse than the Westar. Empirical data outweighs theoretical data. Also, you fail to take into account the accuracy of the Westar. With the scope, it hits more shots than the DC-17m.

+1 i think everyone here just scared that sugga will come back and take your spot lmao jk in all honesty when that server was made we all still wanted to play on synergy just made a server for refugees from another server that died and we went along to support sugga we had no intention of stealing docs but it did happen so we did not try to fish people from synergy only asked people in our clan discord we all meant for it to be a fun relaxing thing to get away for a bit but then the ban happened. but sugga definitely deserves another chance. Lore: The DC-17m is the signature weapon of Republic Commandos. Being such, one can imply that firepower is a major component of the DC-17m for Republic Commandos to make quick disposal of droids. While it does have a high firerate, the damage output does not match its famed status. While the high firerate should melt droids and personnel alike in theory, the DC-17m lacks the damage to finish them off quickly. Factoring in Garry's Mod's inherent hitbox problem, the DC-17m is further lacking in the damage it so really needs. By buffing the damage to 43, it should be able to live up to what makes Republic Commandos so fearsome in the battlefield.
