-1, no offence to anyone who was 327th but we've had this discussion before. 327th just doesn't server a purpose except making each attack battalion smaller. Just because we're on Felucia doesn't mean we need to bring em back. 327th is a waste of space. 212th and 501st fufill their job 100% better. GC and TC are an easy replacement of K company. Nothing will set them apart on the server and it's just gonna be another battalion for people to worry about dying which is exactly what happened last time. I'm hyped for the third time it's gonna get removed I don't hate 327th, I think they're cool but this won't help the server at all. People are very clouded by nostalgia. As great as it once was it's never going to be the same. It'll be popping for a month and then it'll die. It's just gonna harm everyone else for a little while. The RP opportunities aren't enough to justify how it will affect other battalion who are still struggling for members. We can commemorate them as Event jobs but having a whole new battalion helps no one.

I mean they have been remove how many times now mate. The problem is it seem they have been removed do to not having numbers or bad officers corps. But against my better judgment +1. Because I know some great people that came from 327th. Don’t put a suggestion for 187th I will -1 that in a heartbeat

-1 Just make them event jobs but honestly not needed. The amount of battalions we currently have is quite diverse. Adding more just for the meme or cause we are on the same planet is not rational.

Lore: Funnily enough I would say that the lore of carrying the DC-15A would back the idea of troopers being slower. But there's something that loads of people live by, the old prospect that it's a game. Ever since the mobility restrictions on the stock CT weapons (among others) were added, it's made them all absolute trash. While I would say that the damage spread is what killed it, the mobility is what nails down the coffin. It seems like a good idea on paper, but I can't think of a single person who actually enjoys this "feature". It scuffs up marching in general, Naval have to stop and start walking when marching into Debrief because of the CG in front of them, and everyone who wants to look super cool with a gun that's the size of their ego can't walk around with it because they look like Dexter from Dexter's Lab when they do. tl;dr, Mobility restrictions suck and they make people look like idiots. The only weapon it makes sense on is the Z-6. ,

-1 327th was first removed because of inactivity. The battalion was dying and was removed. It was added back due to promising leadership and when it was added it had a boom of activity. 327th was removed second to have less attack battalions and more manageable + they were kind of dipping in activity. It fizzled out after it. I feel as though if it is readded it will do the same thing: come in, boom, fizzle out, go away. Not really needed to do it 3 times.

+1 Would be nice with the new map. Plus, we already had good models for it. We also used to have the K-company models. @Moose you might be able to add that to your suggestion. The K-Company lead is Deviss. It might be better as event jobs.

Personally, I think the better option would be to remove GC ARF all together. Before freaking about about some retard coming in and dunking on the suggestion, here are my reasons: 1. encourages people to want to stay in EC because that is where the ARF class is. 2. SS is dead because arf is just the superior class in every way. (better weapons) 3. GC is supposed to be the recon subunit of the battalion and regiment since it is under mechanized and keeping ARF exclusive to EC makes a bit more sense to me because as I stated in reason 1, it gives EC something special especially as the vehicle class of the battalion. 4. Bring back the previous specialization of 41st GC Support trooper because scouts are superior to ARFs. Scouts are essentially phase 2 ARFs. -1 for at least an amendment of this suggestion
