Banned By: Lighig Why should we unban you/shorten the ban period?: It's been four months since my ban, to put it simply I think I have done my time and I've matured since. I know in my last couple weeks in synergy I had become toxic. The main reason to that is because I played to much. In 8 months, I put over 2000 hours into the synergy server. It was wearing on me mentally and people could tell. In a way I am grateful for my ban because it has given me time to see the error of my way. I have no intentions of ever leading anything ever again. If I am unbanned, if it hasn't happened already, I will be revoking my own legacy ranks to all battalions and naval (BO). I want to start fresh and rebuild my tarnished reputation on Synergy. I'm sorry to @Zim I was extremely childish in our final discord messages when for the most part we were rather civil towards each other. But our alpha mentalities finally hit a spilling point and we had a competition of who had the bigger dick or thats how it felt. I don't expect any sympathy from anyone because of what has happened in the past. I just hope you all remember all the good times of simple enjoyment. And to all the friendships I've ruined with those like Andrews, and Chambers, I am also sorry. I once again don't expect any sympathy but a sorry is a good start to rebuilding friendships. I said stupid shit to both of you, it happens. I haven't had the chance to say sorry because I've had no form of contact to you all. I have since handed over all ownership of any documentation and discord information to the appropriate people. I am not in anything synergy related, so my reason for ban is no longer a reason for ban as I no longer hold any documentation or discord information related to Synergy. Also, one final thing, there was a code of honor that was there before frecks time. All Yularens wait to hand over discord ownership and don't hand it off to anyone else. I was simply sticking to the code of honor even in face of a ban. While it may seem foolish to some, honor is one of the more important things in my life. I always try my best to be honorable, and the smart thing to me felt like waiting until we had a new Yularen. Which is what I had done after my ban. I had handed it off to Alfa. I did not deface anything on Synergy or in the discord. I did not touch any messages that were important. All I had done was waited out the time until we had a new yularen rather handing it off to a director or owner. Weevil you probably would have had a successful appeal if you hadn't minged and broke rules the minute you were able to interact with the community again..... This appeal has been DENIED due to the poor community feedback.

I mean both systems have their flaws. Without stamina you can constantly spam attacks with no real discretion, but you can be heavily punished for it. With stamina the fights drag on longer and turn into more attrition based fights rather than an intense spar. The spars now do not feel intense, they feel...boring? I do not know how to describe it. The old system spamming was punishable and was fun to use (in my opinion) and this new system slows down spars so much that it turns into people turtling because it's the best way to preserve stamina. If people run out of stamina you are not able to punish them properly because they can still jump, making it almost impossible to hit them unless you time your attack right, until they have their stamina back. I've played games such as For Honor that use systems like this and it works when you are actually punished for running out of stamina, in this system you just run and jump until it's back. +1 like I understand why the stamina bar is there, but it needs to be either increased or removed. As it kills the pacing of spars (in my opinion.) Also, if you want to refer to non spars. The old system punished spamming by causing you to hit people around you with certain stances if you spammed, so it was balanced in that regard. Maybe add only a few sabers that use stamina for formal spars and allows the previous system for others? I do not know if that is possible but that may be a compromise for some people

With the whole bullying Patrick situations I’m just going to leave my 2 cents. I think there was a big over reaction and Maymays got thrown in the mix and he was blamed for all of it. I disagree with Maymays bullying Patrick completely because as far as I could see, Maymays demoted Patrick and Patrick got the maddest you can get. And then Maymays got blamed for it. +1 to this appeal. He laid "almost" the full story out. Which is more then i can say for most people who do ban appeals. Yes it shows how bad maymays could be. At the end of the day the patrick thing was a cluster fuck and was the fault of ALOT of people not just good ol maymays here. You stole my idea Pythin, dont even @ me I would like this if it was maybe 10 slots, and they just had one weapon (no special classes or ranks) maybe just a Sith Trooper Captain (1 slot) and Sith Troopers (10 slots) +1, Sith just need some support fire, hard to hit Clones on the mountains with sabers also -1 for the Jetpack, that's stupid.

Pythin this suggestion changed the whole server into a Sith VS Jedi server but in Clone wars timeline, this is purely custom and just is totally weird. Also if you look at any Sith vs Jedi troopers is just dead because whats the point of having guns if you fight mostly people that deflect bullets and can kill with you range also with their force power. Edit: MRP died because its the format server and it got killed by the community because of the toxicity, minging, and a lot of problems, why would you try to change CWRP to MRP but stars wars version. It would just rebecome as toxic. The chances that it doesnt become like MRP are really low.

I would be neutral on this. Cause god knows the base needs it. (Security is a joke) but i think it would be easier to task someone like DU to actually pull security outside then a made up battalion.

From what I see you were an influential member of this community. I do not agree with the way you acted around people. If the statements @Bobonater3 made are true. Then I'd suggest taking a little more time out to think about what you've done in the past. Despite this I believe people deserve a chance, I hope this isn't a mistake I'm making. But I'm willing to give you that chance, prove the community wrong and It'll show that you have changed. But if you one day come on and continue the way you've behaved previously then perhaps you'll not be given a third chance. +1
