Better weapon safety swep

Suggestion: To replace the current safety pose, which just sorta puts the gun down. It just doesn't feel right RP wise, especially when trying to march in columns or look at least somewhat serious.

Implementation: More along the lines of this:

for SMG's RC Weapons and some other small arms for example that would really work for something like this:

I mean, just look at that. It would look so much better than the current safety pose, and would just be another small thing that just helps immerse.

Lore: I mean....

Workshop content if applicable: Would require development, couldn't find anything on the workshop.

Maybe make it a swep but not the default animation.

As far as I know we don't have a developer for something like this so this seems highly unlikely. Maybe Maxwell but he's already busy with the game mode and chatbox system.

+1 since that is how they actually safety a weapon in the show.  Plus high ready is always better then a low ready
