Explain to us what happened: Oh boy here we go. So the player in this report is a decently famous YouTuber with around 200k subs. My first encounter with him has been a while, but each time I have, I believe that he's managed to get himself arrested up to the 4+ limit. He became a known minge and we just left it at that, as he would never even make it past CC training before getting temporarily banned. However, last night he managed to get through it with about 14 other CCs. 

This is what drove me to make this report. While the CTs themselves didn't do anything minor, they eventually all went to second floor lobby and started shooting it up (some even shooting at each other?) We managed to arrest them all, but the streamer left immediately after, causing everyone else to leave as well. While this was happening, we were watching the stream and a link to the recording will be provided as evidence. (hopefully he hasn't deleted it) Most of the juicy stuff happens at the end.
