Suggestion: add the ability to "browse our files" when adding an image.  Its alot faster than having to manually make it a url and then add it

Implementation: add a "browse" button when adding images.  Nothing major. Just something for ease of access.

As a certified memelord, this kind of thing blocks the memes of getting out of your racks.

Directly uploading images is disabled for two reasons.

1. Major security risk as it allows people to upload files directly to the web server's file directory (possibly with a malicious file)

2. It breaks stuff when the attachments folder is over 100 pages long like it was when we fixed things

If the founders wish for this to be enabled, I can enabled it, but I advised against it due to the above two points.
