Suggestion: Add Ship NPCs

Implementation: Add ship NPCs to the server

Pros:

Bigger better space battles

Less ships can be spawned for events

Takes up as much space as 1 NPC\

Cons:

They get stuck on stuff...alot

Its only in Beta

No target doesnt work

The ships need to be respawned manually they dont explode
